I visited Oil Express in Lombard, IL today 1204 E ROOSEVELT RD and when i entered the parking lot everything was fine until i got on the side of the building to pull in the back to get an oil change. There are about 3-4 very deep pot holes and i hit them and did not see them. They are blending in with the concrete. I was very upset my car shook really hard as if i was in a accident. I pulled in and asked the three male workers what is going on with the pot holes on the side they are very bad and my car hit the ground pretty hard. They said we told the owner multiple times because we keep getting complaints about them his name is Art and he is in the Hinsdale location. They gave me the number to the corporate office in Hinsdale and told me to call maybe he will do something if a customer calls. I said if you have gotten complaints why havent he done anything and they said they do not think the customers follow thru and call. I had them check for scrapes which the lighting is not that good in there and they did not see scrapes.. the guy who was putting the oil in the car checked under the car, and not the body. After leaving and stopping at the store and then going back to work when i got there and walked to the front of my car the sun was shining and i noticed both sides of my bumper was cracked, and i took pictures and came into the office called the number they gave and left two messages. I really do not appreciate this because it is very inexpensive to fix pot holes instead of someones car. I will wait to see if i hear from Art tonight, and follow up with another call. I am praying i do not have to get a lawyer involved i need to be compensated so i can get my car fix. Its still new!!!! Very upset right now!
