Amazing customer service! Chrissy the manager has always taken extra care when I’ve need to ship large portraits across the country. Everything always arrives in perfect condition. Excellent customer service every time.

Too small, service from workers subpar, they charge BY THE MINUTE to use their confusing and outdated computers to print/make copies of things instead of charging by the page. What if you are disabled or not familiar with their technology? Should you really be billed for the 5 minutes it takes to navigate their archaic technology? And to be helped by a sassy sarcastic worker? Rude. Never coming back.

Update you darn hours on Google.

Accepted payment for increased coverage of a package. When the package arrived the box and everything inside was destroyed. UPS and this store denied any responsibility. DO NOT expect any coverage for lost or damaged shipments. Class action law suit underway.

With my husband we sent a package to Mexico, it did not go through customs, UPS kept the package and there was no refund for the package or what we paid for the service, I will never send something through UPS again.
