In my opinion, the best place to get your car stuff

We discovered Advance after having many frustrations with another local auto parts store. We are so glad we did! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Our favorite person there is Chris. We always try to deal with him- not that the others arent good, but he is our favorite! He makes you feel like family and goes above and beyond to help. Thank you Advance Auto, and especially you, Chris! Youre the best!

This store is A+ in my book. Staff is extremely helpful, hours of operation are great. Good quality parts, reasonable prices. They keep my inbox filled with 20% off codes so usually I shop online and do store pick up. Dump Autozone and try this for a nice change. :)

I rated this location 5 stars plus. I long time autozone customer since I was 25. But this location change it for me. They are the best in customer service and extremely helpful to find what I needed. No hassle or fuss from employees and knowledgeable. Im a new customer and this is my go too.

When I wanted them to use the machine to detect what was wrong with a car I was going to purchase they told me to do it myself! Unprofessional to the fullest.

Everytime I am there I have to go ask for help while the female employee jas her face buried in the computer and the other employess are no where around. Irritating.Only if its an emergency, Ill go here.

Dont know what to rate it I have not been in a auto parts store for years. And it BLOWED my mind what it cost for quart of oil.

The associates are competent professionals, the management is reasonable and accommodating, the store was clean and well stocked with products to fill my needs completely.

This place is great, you can register on the website and get discounts in emails and stuff you order online and pick up in the store. My car needed brakes and I ordered them online, picked the up in the store the next day and saved about 25%. Got them installed by family for free...since Im too old to turn the wrench anymore.

I had a oil filter that my eyes sure said was the wrong one by the size, but thanks to the people working here who know cars and would not tell you the wrong Information, the filter was correct despite the size difference, great experience would go back anytime for any parts for any car.

I think her name is Courtney, is very rude and not very helpful. She always has an attitude when helping customers. As long as she is there, I will not return. All of the other employees are awesome and friendly.

Having been to over 70 Advance Auto Parts stores, this location is in the bottom tier. Its worth the extra drive to go to the Gary or Portage locations.
