Do you have a loud GMC Terrain like I did?? It’s probably your center muffler, a common problem!! It’s not such a pricey fix with Velazquez! Highly recommend!

My car was having issues with brakes, they told me to bring it in. They told me it needed back breaks and rotors, they could have said i needed front ones also, but they are honest. Within that same day they called, told me how much it would be and the prices were very reasonable. I told them to go ahead and fix it. They were very efficient and had the brakes and rotors fixed that day! My Moms car needed breaks, the Honda dealership wanted $500.00 to fix them, Velasquez told me to bring it buy. They were half the price of the dealership. It was fixed the very next day. The employees are amazing and honest. I will always trust my vehicles to them

I asked for a full diagnostics on my vehicle and it was returned back to me without a lick of oil or coolant in it. I almost experienced my engine locking up on me because they did not thoroughly check as I asked them to. Highly disappointed in this location in the Broadway location is well # HORRIBLE

I paid $280 to get my car fixed,it wouldnt start..they tld me they fixed it..I picked it up..went hme..the next day it still wouldnt start..when i called them they hung up in my face..they say they put it on a machine..its an electrical problem..if it was an electrical problem why u take my money & no u couldnt fix it..

I’ve been here twice recently...once for brakes and rotors, and today for suspension work. I appreciate that they don’t try to nickel-and-dime you like some place (I’m looking at you, dealerships!), and also that they are SUPER quick. My car was in and out today in the time it took me to walk across the street and work out. I have one more small repair that the dealership quoted me TWICE as much as the quote I received today. I would definitely recommend them if you’re looking for wallet-friendly and fast work!

Great price and very professional work! Told to drop off the vehicle and would be done within 4 hours. They called 3 1/2 hours later that they were finished. Very punctual as I needed a shop to be. Couldnt be more impressed with these folks.

I took my car in to get a new pair of mufflers put on to replace the stock ones. The wait was about 2 and a half hours, but well worth it. The price I paid was most likely cheaper than any other place I couldve went too. After they finished they let me look underneath my car to see the welding and other work that had been done. It looked fantastic and they asked me if I wanted to keep my stock mufflers which I did. I will be coming back here in the future for my other vehicles.

Been going here for 3 years to get my oil changed. Every one is so kind and polite. Cheapest place to get your oil changed and very quick! Once I go inside, I just hand my keys and they bring my car back real quick. Wait time would be 15-30 minutes and Im good to go. #1 place to go for oil change.

Great place I have taken multiple vehicles to have work done quality work at a great price.

Initial reason was to put a new brake caliber and get an oil change, he also inspected a tire and offered us a deal to put a new one on as well. Before hand we told him we had a 10hr drive and when we left he assured us everything was good to go, three hours into our drive our tire flies off which couldve killed my husband, my baby, and myself. We come back after being towed from 3 hours away and leave our truck here overnight because the whole front end is ruined and the right front door, because of the impact after the tire flew off. ALL FIVE LUG NUTS WERE AT THE EXIT WE TOOK OFF THE EXPRESS WAY!!!! Were here now and his response is well I tightened the tire myself, and the reason your tire flew off is because your rim was rusted, after he assured us a few hours before everything was good to go for safe travels. He doesnt want to take responsibility for HIS work and our truck is useless now. Do not come here!!!!!!

So I had to get a smoke test done on my car cause it wont pass emissions. I take it to this shop and get this smoke test done. They say I need a new fuel tank which I have to go buy from the dealer because it is cracked which should be around 400 to 500 dollars and will cost me 200 in labor. I go home tell my boyfriend so he goes and drops the gas tank. I do no need a gas tank. It was a hose that was cracked on the canister. So I spent 65 dollars for them to not really look at my car but guess what the issue was and instead of spending around 700 dollars I had to spend 60. Thats lazy service.

We will never go back.I used to get my oil changed every other week at this place.(Delivery Van to South Bend every day)I never once had an issue or a problem. Ive sent my wife up there as of late and she has been turned away because she was told he was not doing oil changes now.? What?...She was just there again today at 5:00/5:15 and was told that they were closing. What? Do they always treat female customers as if they are stupid our something? This is the third or fourth time she has been sent away. We are done and I advise every other female out there to not waste their time.

Paid $285 for a rear brake job pads and rotars, 3 weeks ago, Ive been hearing a grinding noise ever since, took the car to MTI in south haven, yea the parts they put on the car were garbage, now its costing me another $400 to get it fixed right. Stay away from this place.
