Very friendly staff went out of their way to make sure my tires were right reset my morning. My tire was low when it actually wasnt. I didnt even have to ask they just did it.

I am usually happy with my experiences with this place but was very disappointed today with the service. A 20 minute fix (a screw in my tire and the locking lug nut socket was missing from when they replaced my tires a few months back with a comment of we can throw some regular lug nuts on there yet they did not, so now I am going to have to order some) took longer than it should have mostly due the fact they fixed the car and parked it way out in the far back area where it could not be seen easily from the front and neglected to tell us it was fixed. We sat there for 3 hours after being told it would take 50 minutes(I checked twice and was told it was still being repaired), then they didnt know where the car was (took 10 minutes to find out because several of the guys were standing around talking while other cars were sitting in the bays. It was quite chaotic and unprofessional). Everyone has bad days but this was unprofessional and I was unhappy about the whole transaction with the exception I did get my tire fix, it was how the operation was running that day in Discount Tire that irked me the most.Lesson from this experiences:1. Always make sure they put your locking lug nut socket back in your hand when they work on your tires.2. Watch the progress on your car so you know how long it is going to take and then you will also be able to see where your car is at all times.3. Everyone has bad days or off days but professionalism and courtesy should never go out of style.4. Do not make promises of services or other things if you can not provide them.

Awful! Dont go to this Discount tire. I had my truck tires balanced and rotated and it was a horrible experience. First they deleted my reservation. I even received a reminder the day before but when I arrived, no reservation. Then when I picked it up my radio was turned to a different station and turned up. I left to drive a hour and a half back to work and it didnt feel like the tires were balanced so I checked the air pressure and all four tires had different air pressures in them. Varying by six pounds. I couldnt go back because I had to get back to work. I ajusted the air pressure hoping that was the problem. It wasnt. They put 16 weights on my rim and still didnt have it balanced. Then I was going to change my breaks and found out they kept my locking lug key. I called the manager (Chance) and he said he would personally take care of it if I could bring it back. I had a co-worker take it back and while they did give my coworker thee lug key instead of balancing the tires properly they put 37 weights on one tire and jacked up the air pressure again!! I told them I had already adjusted the air pressure and not to touch it. Also my coworker said that Chance did NOT take care of it. He had someone else do it. Horrible service!! People should be fired from this location. I have never had any problems like this at the Discount Tire locations back home. Regional Manager needs to clean house.

Discount tire is a really good tire shop. They always get me taken care of, I went in today and purchased two tires and they offered me to fince the other two with zero percent interest in a 6 month period. Which I thought was awesome considering alot of other peoples situations right now.

William helped me today and he was awesome. He explained everything to me and told me how long it would take and he was right on with my jeep being ready at that time. He was kind and made sure I was satisfied with the service. Thank you William I appreciate your service today.

The hobbs store did have my highest respect until today.. all I needed was a tired repaired because I had a nail in my tire... they Guaged my tread (which I know im needing new tires) they proceed to tell me that I need tires.. I tell them that I know but it just isnt going to happen today.. all I need is a tire repair.. they tell me they dont know if they can repair my tire after I was already told that it was repairable... I tell them either repair it or send me on my way so I can get someone else to repair it... they took forever to finally start repairing my tire... it took 30 mins to repair a tire... sad thing is they werent even busy... its like they were all brand new in there... needless to say but I wont be back to this tire store location again...

I told the man I wanted 3 tires and put the old tires in the back of the truck. And he said where do you want the spare. Right where it is I only have three matching rims and then he wanted to put on the bill a extra 54 dollars for installment of 4 tires. I ? Him about it and he could not see where he went wrong so I walked out and left for Lubbock to get the tires there and for sure cheaper and no protection plan and installment plan on 4 tires when your only trying to get 4

Ordered a tire for my 2018 Civic. Didn’t get there within the 3-5 business days & was charged a restocking fee for a product that had not even arrived (wasn’t informed about restocking fee.) Ahh, Forrest Tire provides better service.

The initial engagement was decent and the employee was helpful. However after waiting for 2 hours for them to change a tire on a wheel I brought in and seeing multiple customers come and go with full sets if tires, I had to call the front counter to inquire about my one tire. They said they didnt have anything in my name, so they asked what kind of tire it was and then brought it out as if it had been ready for over an hour with no apology extended. Poor communication and an unwillingness to want to provide a great customer experience is what i believe warrants a 2 star review.

We were traveling from Mn and our rental car got a flat. We called ahead to see if they had the tire in stock and to see what the wait time was. When we arrived, Shaun got us in and back on the road within 30 minutes! They were all very friendly and the store was very clean. So grateful to not have to take too much extra time out of our vacation! Thank you for the great service Shaun.

Would give them 5 stars but they took twice as long as they said they would to replace a set of tires (over 2 hrs) Overall good experience with them though. I like their road hazard warranty, free flat fix and tire rotation. Be prepared for them to try and sale you a new set of tires every time you go in though.

Honestly, it took a while. I cant complain because it takes what it takes to fix a tire. They are nice people and its the only Discount Tire in town. Lots of company trucks and cars = you have to wait a little. They got me in and finished the service. Tires work and Im happy. Just remember, its busy because there is only one.

Had an issue with car shaking over 70 so came in to check the tires. Shaun had us in and out in less than 20 minutes. Everytime we come in he is always on the ball making sure we are satisfied with everything. Thanks again!!

The place was amazing the guys were amazing I cant give or props if I tried to I went in to get a flat repair because I had a screw in my tire I have recently lost my job and they said my my tire cannot be fixed they were going to put my spare on my spare was too old and by law were not allowed to put it on so I am out to you tires stuck an hour away from home and man they gave me two free tires just so I could be safe get home and look for a job I couldnt believe it its amazing recommend this place to anyone

I wish that I could leave less than one star. 4 months ago I purchased a set of tires that Discount Tire recommended me. Today, I noticed that the tire tread was incredibly low. Ive only drove 18,000 miles since the tire replacement. They would not replace them saying that the tread was beyond warranty (which is fine). What ticked me off is when he said thats what you get for purchasing cheap tires. They recommended these tires to me initially.Discount Tire has serviced my personal and companys fleet for 5 years. Not anymore.

Outstanding, over above-and-beyond service here. Shaun Latham did a spectacular job getting me on the road with new tires. First off, never get a flat tire on a Sunday...everyone is closed. Discount Tire customer service on Monday morning told me they had only 3 tires of my size, but that more were arriving that day. I was under the impression the rep personally saw the tires being unloaded and he assured me they would have 8 of them when I arrived that afternoon. It turned out he was in a call center and the 8 tires werent arriving until Wednesday. I was leaving Tuesday morning on a long distance road trip and needed the tires before leaving. Shaun contacted the Lubbock Discount Tire, found they had the tire and arranged for someone (okay, a family member that worked there) to get the tire to Hobbs that evening so that first thing Tuesday morning, before the store opened, the new tires could be installed. Best customer service ever! Thanks so much, Shaun, for helping us out and helping us stay on schedule!

Very rude individual that was giving me help or lack thereof, convinced me Ill never go there again. He totally sucked, has no business tending to people. Im sure the other workers are great but this individual, no way.

They are very respectful and answered all the questions I asked. They had sold two of the four tires I needed by the time I got there, but will have them in two days from another discount tire store for me to have them put on. My tires where put on and read at the time they gave me to pick my car up. I will continue to do business with Discount tires and recommend them to my family and friends.

Very nice professional service. But told them I wanted two tires around 70 to 75 per tire and the best 2 of my four put on back but ended up with 4, 88.00 tires BUT I am happy with William. He seemed concerned about my cracking tires. Tried to calm my fears over total price. Took off the warranty which saved me 56.00 (I think) but was told I could come back in a week or two to add it back on if I wanted too. Over all I did need 4 just didnt wanna spend that much. Thank you William for keeping me safe on the road.

Excellent fast courteous service all employees are very professional, Visited this location on 07-19-17 and Sebastian was a huge help explained every step they took for my flat repair and even checked all other tires for any issues without charging for that service. Had tires rotated and wanted a flat fixed. They did rotate tires. Fixed wrong tire that was ok. Did not check tire pressure. 15 miles down the road .low tire light came on. The tire they were suppose to fix had 52 pounds other 2 had 65. The wrong tire they supposedly fixed had 77

I had a blow out on my dually and they replace it. But they didnt put one of my hub caps back on. I called them about it and they saod they would send me a new in the mail to my house back it texas. So it worked out.

I have bought tires for two cars at this location and really appreciate the service. Being a female, I am leery of a guys place but at no time did I feel that I was being taken advantage of. And they did not push an extended warranty on me! I stop by before leaving on long trips to have the tire pressure check and they always do it cheerfully.

I dont leave reviews. But this is a special occasion as I also am a business owner.First off, ordering 5 new tires, (one for the spare), I had to call about three days consecutively about a week and a half later to try and find out where my tires were that were supposed to be there already per their words. Shipping is shipping, not entirely their fault. But the fourth day I skipped the call, and call the following day and I was informed, oh they got here yesterday. The one day I didnt call, they failed to notify me as they had promised.Next, only 4 tires arrived, not the 5th. Go figure. I arrived for my scheduled appoint at 5pm for the install, they started maybe around 5:45. Not a problem, im patient. Everything was fine until all of a sudden there was hollering from inside the main office to the back as two people approached one another cussing in front of God, children and all, and it took myself, A CUSTOMER, to push them both back and break up what would have been a fight while about SIX people up front, worthless as can be ranging from around 20-45 yrs old sat around laughing. As if their employees arent worth letting know, (who are also young kids), that their future is more valuable than this. Once that calmed down, only one kid who was neither manager nor apart of the problem apologized on their behalf. Good for him, pathetic for the rest.Also I asked that my 4 tires be put on and installed on my custom wheels. I brought in my 4 stock wheels for them to install my still semi new tires on, they finished at around 7:00? and go figure, the wheels I instructed to have my old tires on, have no tires on them. They had to dig them out of the BACK and put them on, and then did not even balance them. So I had to have them balance these wheels and tires, (my spare/tougher tires I swap to when on the farm), as I had paid for them already.And here I am another week and a half later, just decided to call and see if my fifth tire arrived, sure enough it did. I had no notification again. I took another tire/wheel in with me in the bed of my pickup for them to put this fifth tire on for me as my spare, (I switched from 295s to 305s and wanting all tires to match including the spare), and I again wanted my semi new tire back so i would leave with my 305 tire on my spare, and just a bare 295 tire along with it in the back of my pick up. It took awhile which wasnt the problem, the guys in the back work hard, I understand that. They finally notify me that they are finished. I walk to my pick up and what do you know, my extra still semi new tire was not in the back, again like what happened with the first installs. I had to go fetch it with some probably unstable kid who works near the front said, he wants it back?. Um, yea dude its a new tire still, and is for the farm why would anyone throw that away? Cant get everyone to understand what isnt hard to comprehend. Also I get homeBesides all of that, choose wisely and keep driving towards Lubbock or some other discount tire. This franchise owner of this area should be ASHAMED. This is a pathetic excuse of leadership and or value to work ethic. These poor kids are not being led down the right path for their future careers. Except for that one it seems who willingly took the blame and apologized even though he did nothing. Some people are just born with it. The majority here are not. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.Oh, also I get home 30 miles away, and my spare tire which is now meant to swap out and travel long distances while I travel as it is the same exact tire as the other 4, has not even been balanced. Go figure, again.

Bought multiple sets from discount tire in Kerrville Texas never had an issue went to the one here in hobbs NM the manger told me he could sell me tiers and then denied me and was beyond rude about it. Ill never do business with them in hobbs New Mexico

The kids that were putting my truck on the lift were reckless and broke my exhaust along with the hangers. They hit the truck so hard from underneath that they caused it. I was watching them when it happened and they both looked at each other and laughed then backed it out of the bay and used a carjack instead. Talked to manager and he said to call him with bill to fix it and he hasnt called me back. Lubbocks office has helped me with getting the issue resolved and will continue to drive 1.5 hours instead of 30 mins to get my tires serviced.

They have extremely poor customer service. The sales manager Josh is a weasel who is always trying to guilt customers into extended warranties and service they dont need. Incidentally, the warranty costs more than a replacement tire. At that cost if I shred a tire, I will just get a new tire thank you very much. They also tried to feed me some line that my rims were structurally unsound. Oh, and by the way, we just happen to have these rims over here on sale that will fit your car. Im a structural engineer by trade, and no the rims are not defective, just put them back on the car.This store needs a change in management!
