Never have enough products in the store and always telling customers that its coming next week?
Ive been to quite a few Sally Beauty but this one was kinda dirty and didnt have much selection at all... it seemed run down compared to the others. Plus the customer service could be a tad bit better.

Never have anything in stock EVER!! No matter how many times you go in or when you go in they won’t have what your looking for at this store.

My experience with Sally today was horrible. I was purchasing a $150.00 item and was told that I would have to purchase the hairbrush I was looking at if I used it. I did not use it. It was wrapped in paper.
Staff isn’t that friendly. Went in and it was very poorly stocked.
