Grandson went in and bought something not understanding that everything was no longer a dollar.I fail to see the reasoning for staff to laugh at him. He is 10 years old. Instead of explaining the amount concept to him they laughed at him. One person named Teresa was exceptionally rude. Another cashier told him you wear glasses you should use them. He paid cash but they dont do cash refunds. They did not offer any exchange or store credit.Very poor customer service overall.

The manager and the employees are just rude. Trying to throw people out who cant wear a mask. Yelling about it over the intercoms. Telling anyone who doesnt listen to just leave the store.This store needs new and better management. My money will be takin elsewhere from now on.Fire the staff and start over.

This is ridiculous. They are the only store in town requiring masks. When I asked about it, the crazy woman who will yell you down across the store stated that all the other stores will get shut down like before. They require but wont provide you a mask, however are quick to direct you to the display where you can buy one from them. This is a scam. I can literally walk in any other store in town and have no problems with not wearing a mask, but these ignorant people will harass you.

The rude women need to be let go. I walked in no one said anything about wearing a mask so i cruised the store grabbed a few items and right when i was checking out they hollared do you have a mask im like no im vaccinated. They replied it dont matter were not checking you out. Im like wth i thought people were able to walk around maskless if vaccinated. The store employees need to be fired or talked to about being rude to customers. Who do you think pays you??? Customers...

Really rude staff. Spoke with employee named Toana, manager on shift Loana. The employees dont care about their jobs or the customers. Business states they close at 10pm but when we arrived a little after 9pm they had the doors locked. The employees would just walk by, look at us, and walk away. I dont know if they just hate their jobs or are plain lazy, either way they should find a new job. Terrible customer service giving dollar tree a bad name.

The manager/“the lady” all the other comments state, is unprofessional and rude to customers about masks vs kindly stating to please wear one.. she shouldn’t be in customer service. She needs to be FIRED!

I enjoy shopping at dollar tree. Most times are pleasant but sometimes the employees or should i say 1 in particular are like the mask police of the store. I understand covid safe practices are important but when some employees dont even keep their mask up its ridiculous to yell across the store at customers or literally walk up and down the isles patrolling for infractions. But the customers should respect your rules for entering the store as well.....

Just left this store, so disappointing...it never has anything like those other cool dollar trees you see on YouTube, also no air conditioning, ugh!!!

No1 said a thing about the mask til I was next in line to check out and the cashier said she wudnt serve me if I didnt wear a mask. Left my stuff there by the register and walked out. I wont give them the satisfaction of telling me to wear a mask when I dont have to. If their store was clean then I wud respect it, but its not, its so disorganized and dirty.

Very strick on the mask rule to enter, but other then that nice staff and great selection.

Walked around the whole store no one said a word to me about a mask. Get done shopping go to check out and they will not let me buy anything. And I am sure they never cleaned the items I touched when they restocked them. I will never use this store ever again. Please watch out

I will never come back. I would not recommend it to anyone, and everyone I talk to will be told not to support this store. Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had in a retail store. Multiple employees were extremely rude, and no employees exhibited any customer service skills. The employees refused to allow my children to even touch the toys. They then claimed they were not being monitored when at no point were they without their parents. They very quickly stereotyped our children as the type that would make a mess and leave it. Because of their fear of actually doing the job they are being paid to do they wouldnt even let them touch their dollar toys. Then announced on the loud speaker that children are not allowed to play and needed to be monitored. They said they want to keep their store clean making it seem as though our presence some how made the store dirty. My children were excited to spend the money they had earned doing household chores. Instead they left disappointed and the store missed out on our business. This was an absolute disgrace.

Worst customer service ever! We never really go in dollar tree and definitely won’t come back to this one. Workers are very rude and clearly don’t want to do their jobs. Store is a mess and there’s roaches.

Coolers for drinks and frozen items are covered in black mold. I’m not talking just a little noticeable mold I’m talking when they stock the fridges and freezers I’m sure mold gets all over their hands and the product. I went to reach in for a drink and was absolutely disgusted. I know you guys see this, are you really that lazy that you ware willing to risk yours and your customers health? Grab a bucket and some bleach, absolutely unacceptable. Will not return, I am 7 months pregnant with a 2 year old at my side I hope we both don’t get sick from being in this store.

Employees are rude but the manager Kathleen is THE WORST. You know you’re a POS boss when your Own employee is telling me to file a complaint with corporate. Already on it.

This place is so rude it’s not worth shopping here the employees make you feel Un welcomed, an employee was being very rude to a little boy who just wanted to reach for a chocolate bar not to mention some products were moldy and out of date I have a service dog for my anxiety and they refused to let me shop after telling them it was a service dog the excuse was that there are dog supply’s and refrigerated food yet the food is not out in the open where any dog could easily consume, have in mind my dog is a poodle I had her in the shopping cart so I didn’t see what the problem was

They always have their shelves stocked and are constantly cleaning and organizing. And I can get most of my crafting supplies here. Love it

Its a store where everything costs a dollar. A surprising number of things. So if you need a few things and only have a few dollars this is the place to go.

Always busy but nice selection, including frozen goods, pretty cheap.

They always lie and say bathrooms are out of order . I have kids and they always have to use the restroom. So I always have to leave . Also the cashiers are very rude. Always yelling threw the store and never smile

Lazy workers like to close up 15-30 minutes b4 the actual closing time. They literally have someone at the door just to turn people away.

I was in the store today and there was an elderly gentleman who clearly has some type of mental illness bring his bike in the store. The manager was terrible to this man yelling at him to leave the bike outside. He refused and in front of everyone she was yelling and threatening to call the cops. The poor man went in to get chips and that was it He wasnt hurting anyone. After making a huge scene she called him over to check him and and continued to scold him. She even made two employees watch the door like he was using his bike to steal something. She was tactless and horrible. I will not be going back in due to her lack of people skills and social judgment. She obviously has let the job of manger give her some kind of over inflated ego and God complex.

A Dollar tree, nothing special, have a good selection, but theyre almost always neatly organized, which is a really great thing.
