Katie is a great amazing sales associate at Zales please I recommend her she new all her history and her styles. She takes time with you and really knows what you like. The whole staff is great and kind great atmosphere.

The most amazing experience ever!! We looked for my wedding ring everywhere because very very few of my Vera Wang were made. It was a special trunk show item and when I called the LBK Zales they just brushed it off saying no one had it and to come look at the ones in store. When I called the Hobbs Zales, Levi, didn’t even try to persuade me to come in to look at others, he took it upon himself to deep dive and discover the only one remaining in the Zales Chain. He got it shipped IMMEDIATELY and within two days I had my new wedding ring!! Amazing store

They try to be (condescendingly) polite but their total lack of real finesse shows through like nickel on a worn out plated gold ring. Claimed they dont even have testing acid to test a ring they might take on trade-in or buy from a customer. I call total BS! Furthermore, they quoted the most ungodly jacked up price to replace a small pin in a link bracelet. I told them that we poor folks cant afford to feed your stockholders and left. They wanted $120 just to fix the tiny pin in the bracelet which would take all of 20 minutes. Just like auto dealer mechanics, only the jeweler version.

I went buy to pick up my wife rings and the person working there closed early. Worst customer service ever. Once you pay you are not worth their time. If I could give 0 starts I would have.
