My husband and I first went to Ashley. After wandering around for 30 minutes and not being greeted by an employee we decided to leave. Our next, and last stop, was Miller Waldrop. Tammy Slaugh greeted us shortly after we walked in. She explained to us that there were two showrooms. One that had discounted furniture, and the regularly priced items in the other. We walked both showrooms before she came back and asked us before we had any questions. I really appreciated that she gave us time to browse, but also was ready to answer questions when needed. We asked her about the couch we were most interested in and a leather couch and our concern about both and our pets. She was very helpful and honest. Although the leather couch was almost double the price, she didn’t try and force it on us. She was honest about the benefits and drawbacks of both and let us make an informed decision. We are very happy with our purchase and when it comes time to buy more furniture, Tammy and Waldrop will be our FIRST stop!

Large selection to choose from, all beautiful furniture. We were able to find what we were looking for while other places we checked were on backorder. Zeydi provided excellent customer service. Took the time to help us find what we wanted and double checked availability.

After purchasing a lift chair from Miller Waldrop I experienced a problem with it. I let them know and they sent out a nice young man and he fixed it immediately. They are always helpful.

We had the most amazing experience with our furniture purchase. We bought in Lubbock and had delivered to El Paso and they made the transition of our items to the warehouse in Ruidoso seamless. They quickly followed up with items that I had questions with and I most certainly will be buying all my future furniture from Miller Waldrop There’s no place to shop in El Paso, so wish y’all would open a place here.

Sales person was attentive and friendly for pre-sale. But post sale was not there at all. Had to call to find out our Mattresses were on site for almost a week (because they were out of stock and had to be ordered), and delivery didnt have a clue that it was supposed to be delivered. Once everything was lined out though delivery and set up was quick and friendly. Great service up to the point of sale but lacked all follow through after the sale.

Great buying experience! Sales agent wasn’t pushy but was attentive and informative. Furniture quality is great and best of all my furniture was available day of and didn’t have to be ordered. I have a sectional and a mattress with a power adjustable base from Miller Waldrop. The sectional looks so good in our living room, matched the asetetic perfectly. They had plenty of sectionals in stock but we got a custom color and it was well worth the wait to get it just the way we wanted it! But my favorite is the bed. I didnt know that a bed could be like a recliner but it can. Its great for reading and watching TV. As for the mattress, the salesperson had me do a test where it measures how firm/soft of a mattress I need and then helped me find the perfect one. Highly recommend you take your furniture needs to Miller Waldrop and let them help you out!

We have been shopping for a mattress for a few years now and some friends told us about Miller Waldrop and let me tell you the experience we had was great and Loyd was full of information and knew his stuff.
