Very helpful staff, and had everything I was needing in stock. I would have saved myself allot of time by checking with them first.

Super helpful!!! I went to get some bolts to fix a chair. I ended up getting some bolts that were too short. I went back and they let me exchange the bolts without charging me!!! Kindest people you will ever meet.

Please read all the way firstI use to shop here back in the day but the service went to pot.. not sure of all the managers names but 1 about 10 years ago was so arrogant he could never be wrong, the next about 5 years ago was horrible with customer service and would never return calls, and the next about 2 years ago well he was never there so I do not know what to say about him, but then he left and I guy name Jesse I think came in from a different store and really started making changes for good I could see a difference when I went in now mind you I only go in once or twice a month but the customer service was amazing the care they gave was second to none, cleaner store, more product, returned phone call, it was great, the whole staff was amazing, Jose to name one, but the manager guy left and a new one came in, and to tell you the truth I was worried, but right away was the New guy Tom was setting the bar, the store had never looked better, all the changes new product it just keeps getting better, I think the Tom and Jose combo at the store is what it need, and kudos to whom ever hired them two guys they are great, and so are the other employee i just dont know there names. keep up the good work you have yourself here a customer for life.... Tryed to get help at Home Depot and Lowe’s org we’re garbage but came here and they did everything they could to help and got me back working

This is a great store. The old fashioned type of customer service where they greet you when you enter and are interested in meeting your needs.
