The actual body work done was good. Level of communication and delivering on time was not good.Too many promises not fulfilled. Sorry to say.

Well I first wanted to say that I was highly recommend to come here for body work for my brand new 4 month old Kia. Very mad at the incident with my car because I was behind a truck who ran over a cone on street and it flicked back on my car and now I have 2 cracks on my bumper, so now I have to get a brand new bumper. Anyway, so far they were the best priced around and customer service awesome. I was quoted by bob who was very honest and helpful. I have a scheduled appointment tomorrow so will update with pictures of before and after when work is done but had to review auto collusion technology now because of the again awesome customer service and price this far.

I brought my car in through a recommendation from the insurance company. The staff was super friendly and my car was repaired very quickly. The entire experience was hassle free and I highly recommend Auto Collision Technologies.

Although I decided not to have the body work done I was completely satisfied with my visit. From the first phone call inquiring about their services to receiving an estimate from Richard. I felt at ease. The estimate was a very fair estimate and I feel certain they would have done a top quality job. This will be my body shop of choice if need be.

A fence post and my 2015 Silverado recently had a disagreement. Rob and the crew at ACT did a fantastic job making it new again, at an affordable price, within the time frame I was given when I got the estimate. This is how you run a business. I highly recommend them!

Ive had work done twice with this local company. Both were out-of-pocket jobs, and both were done very well, at a reasonable price. Communication was especially good. When repairs were delayed because of parts availability, the office let me know immediately so I could make arrangements with the car rental company. When a problem with one repair surfaced after 6 months, Nick investigated, gave me the benefit of the doubt, and was more than generous in his adjustment. I would not hesitate to bring my car to them in the future.

I am a car guy and a very picky customer. I brought my 2019 Alfa Romeo Giulia to Bob and Nick due to a scratch in the door and they were very upfront with the quote even giving me a worse cased scenario quote in case they had to blend an extra panel. The only reason i bring up the kind of car i brought to them is because the car was ordered with a pearlescent tricoat paint job that changes color slightly depending on angle and lighting. I was very nervous about them getting it right. Well the paint work was outstanding. Not a single sign of a drip, no orange peel, no overspray, no irregularities at all. It looks perfect. Great job guys! Highly recommended.

Incredibly overpriced estimate for a tiny undamaged piece. Three other local shops quoted me less than 1/3 of what I was quoted here. That means literally if you multiply the amount I was quoted here by 0.33333, it was still more than the other shops quoted me. I suppose this place is great if youre from Jupiter and you have more money than brains.

Nick is an amazing guy to work with. He goes the extra mile and does the best work. Nick and his dedicated employees are the very best. I traveled 50 miles to have them repair my car and it was well worth it. My XLR looks beautiful after a Raccoon decided to cross paths with me. My opinion, they are a 10.

Did a terrible job on my moms vehicle body lines are all over the place and you can tell from a mile away. You would have to be nearly blind to say it was good enough to go back to a customer. Would not recommend.
