Wilmary store manager rocks! She gave me great advice on my BMW headlights and was amazing and diligent in helping me put on my steering wheel cover!!! Hard to find dedicated people like her! She deserves a raise!!!

Shopped at Auto Zone in Hobe Sound, FL for the first time today. I was looking for a super window cleaner product they have for car windows, mirrors, and picture windows.I was provided with excellent service at Auto Zone. It was much better than Advance Auto, down the street, who could not even locate the product in their computer system. The two women I spoke with at AA were slow and unprofessional.

I had a great experience here when I went to have my battery checked and replaced. Brandon and Jacki couldn’t have given me better customer service and they worked together like a machine! I will be returning to this location because of them.

I went there for windshield wiper blades and the lady was so nice she insisted I have a gallon of wiper fluid as well. She didnt know that it was my dads birthday and its the first one since he passed away last year. I never thought wiper fluid would mean so much she didnt have to do that but to me it meant my dad is still with me and taking care of me in little ways like he used to.

Outstanding service with a can-do attitude. Was actually referred to them by the Advanced Auto Parts employee because they couldn’t figure out if they had a battery in stock or not. Not only did these guys mail it but it was $20 dollars cheaper for the same battery.

Roger helped me and went above and beyond! I was from out of town my alternator went out help me find a mechanic that was honest and reasonable got us right back on the road same day! Kenny also helped 😁 👍🏆

Hiram was hugely helpful when I had a dead battery. Their price for a new battery was much less than their local competitor AND they changed it out super speedily and without charge. They were also super courteous.

My father went into Auto Zone here in Hobe Sound, Fl and was taken care of like a king. If you ever need something, I strongly encourage you to ask for Miguel. He went beyond the call of duty, my father and I are blown away with his knowledge and customer service. He was EXTRAORDINARY.

Hiram was a one man show! He was the only one working and he still found time to quickly replace my car battery, but was really attentive to the other customers in the store. Nobody had to wait, he was swift and really kind. Glad he was the one who helped me (: very great employee and very patient. Thank you!

Five star experience. I didn’t know if my battery was going bad or if I had a problem with my alternator. Miguel saved me the trouble of paying a $120 mechanic diagnostic fee by providing a free battery test. Walked out in a half hour with a newly installed battery. Excellent work. Will definitely be shopping here again.

Hiram was super helpful with quickly replacing a brake light on my mother’s car. Ladies this is the place to go when youre wondering what is wrong with your vehicle. They are very helpful! They go above and beyond to help diagnose and dont bully you into buying things you wont need. I cant say enough good things about AutoZone, but they have helped me with alot!!

Hiram was great he drove to another store to get the alternator I needed luckily I broke down in their parking lot the staff goes above and beyond I fixed my alternator and they even had the blower motor resistor I needed so not only did I get my alternator replaced I left with my ac blowing and a smileon my face all I can say is all around best experience Ive had at any parts store hirams boss should know he is a great worker and keep him around at any means necessary
