I dropped my car off 1/26/20 Tuesday for ABS brake repair. The guy told me Thursday. Thursday came and the guy told me my alignment was done wrong. I just had it done a week ago at Firestone. I put my trust in him and said ok. Friday the guy told me about some screw pack was needed for the alignment. I called Saturday the guy said we cant to it were here only 3hours. Call Monday. Monday came no call I had enough. I called and told him I was coming. The guy said I was just going to call. My bill was 698.00. I had to drive a man to the airport the next day(PBI) My car rattled my steering wheel was shaking. My car drove beautiful before I left it at Auto Air & More. I had to pay for Two alignments that the last ruined my car. Use caution before you choose this con artist.

I am a mechanic but I am out of town and wanted to find a good place for my family member to take their car to get worked on in this area. Took a car in that needed cheap work done. They overpriced it by $1100. Dont waste your money here at your typical mechanic scheme garage.

I brought my car in to have 5 minor maintenance items taken care of. I wrote them down for the imbecile at the desk......twice! I pick the vehicle up and they did 2 of them, forgot that I wanted the other 3 items done and wanted desperately to do 2 items that did not need done. I paid the bill and got out of there on the run.What a lousy place; poorly run, poorly maintained and run by Dopey!
