Poor quality products. All the interior doors were cheap, thin MDF that were warped, split and/or cracked, & had to be replaced. An exterior PlastPro door had a warped frame. The other exterior PlastPro entry door had mismatched panel sizes.

Chris was totally deaf to customer service. His evaluation of what we needed was wrong, the order he placed for materials was wrong and he had zero interest in correcting his mistakes. I cannot remember a time where someone had less interest in doing what was right!
