[I did not have to listen closely as our menu options have changed ] Cathy was cheerful and helpful. Highly recommend. Good merchandise and good service. A real rarity

I have ordered from Wittman in the past. Excellent personal customer service. Very high quality products with excellent pricing. I ordered on Monday and received my order on Wednesday. I also love that their products are made in the USA.

My robe is over 10 years old and although Im getting ready to order a new one, sometimes I think, why, the one I have, bought in 2006 or 07 is still in such good condition. Wittmann Textiles nightshirts are the most comfortable sleepwear I have EVER worn! Customer service is above and beyond expectations! If you are looking for a comfy nights sleep, I strongly recommend their nightshirts. The quality is exceptional (they last for what seems like forever) and they wash up like a dream. We decided to replace a 13 year old robe only because it got stained. Placed Our order got an email asking if we were sure about the size because the robe we ordered 13 years ago was XL not XXL. Changed our order to XL and saved $4. That’s customer service!

Great products, great prices, great customer service - these folks even know me by name and preferences - and this was before everything was computerized and indexed! And, oh my!, their terry robes are so cozy my new bride stole -er- re-purposed mine!Take note, all yother retailers: Wittmann does right by the customer!None better!

Outstanding, their Mens Luxury Cotton Terry Shawl Collar Robe is my favorite out of probably a dozen... much more comfortable than the 130.00 The Genuine Turkish Luxury Bathrobe from Hammacher Sclemmer.

The ONLY place I buy nightgowns....for both myself and my husband. This company goes way beyond the normal customer service, AN HONEST, TRUE COMPANY THAT REALLY DOES CARE!!! I recently (less than two weeks ago!) bought my husband six new nightshirts. Hes worn these for years and LOVES them! While ordering them I decided to order a mixture of long and short lengths. Which Id never done before. It just so happened that the short ones were on sale for $19-ish, which is an absolute HUGE sale (thank you WTC). The next day I received a phone call from Kathy!!!!! I was shocked....she had taken the time out of her hugely busy day to make a phone call to make sure I wanted to order the mix of lengths....long & short....which Id never ordered a mix before. How amazing....I was so shocked, Im sure I sounded like a stammering, stuttering idiot while speaking with her. These gowns are just an absolute MUST HAVE in our household.....PERIOD! Sleep is not the same without wearing a WTC gown. If you havent tried them.....YOU ARE MISSING OUT! Thank you WTC for taking the extra step to make sure your customers are well taken care of!
