I am new to this ship center, but I can tell you, I was very impressed by the greeting I received as I entered the shop. I found them to be very professional. I was there while a mailbox customer came in who had been away for a while. The cashier/clerk went and got a dolly and loaded her packages up for helped her to her car with them. I really think that is above and beyond! I think they do a very good job and my experience was great! I will definitely use them again!

Both of the Ship Center stations here and just north are totally amazing! The staff is super friendly and tentative to everyones needs, as unique as they are with every item they need to send! This location offers mailboxes and a wide variety of cards, supplies and stationary! I am very pleased with the services at this location and will be back! THANK YOU!

Came in today 4-21-2021..Had a return I needed 4 pieces of tape to secure my return!The owner charges $3.75 for doing this! LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE..Been in the store many times..No More....

The young lady was super nice and wearing a mask..About 10 am another employee walked in, no mask .Started helping customers without wearing a mask .unreal !!! Fri.Dec.11,2020 around 10am.Update I went in again yesterday Thursday afternoon Dec.17 and the clerk Did not wear a mask .

I have used this ship center for years. Their customer service is above and beyond. They are very informed about all shipping and the uhaul service that they provide. Everytime I go in there to do my business, when it is my turn, I am greeted with a smile, hello, and how my day is. I have been to other ship centers around the country, and they are far and above the best I have ever used. I definitely recommend using them for your shipping and uhaul needs...

The store offered a great service earlier this year but since some of the former staff isnt there looks alike and a younger female is the store manager, customer service is pure unfriendly, respect less,rudeBefore they did boxed the itms correctly so it doesnt get damage.The new manager put the item in plastic bagAnd the item came damaged to the final destination, no sign for an apology blamed it on Fedex.As a very regular customer bringing all year around business to the store this is unacceptable.We just returned a uhaul trailer to this storeAnd we got told its not assigned to that location . It clearly stated it on the contract.The manager to me ( not really caring about it)I have to loadet up again and bring it server miles to another location.I told her thats not going to happen.Finally she told me to call Uhaul mysel,Sorry woud nt it her job.While being on hold with UhaulShe disapeared in the back.I was calling her if it would be not necessaryTo come back to the front desk?The manager puts a bad taste on the owners store .We will bring our business to an other store.Absolutly the last time we opened that door.

I always get excellent service at the Hobe Sound Ship Center. Its so nice to have it around.

Terrible service. Can only get to your box during store hours. Never greet me when I come in. Pretty sure theyre racist. Always a long wait. Leave new people there that dont know what theyre doing. Huge mistake renting a box from these people. Go across the street to the UPS store. UPS Store has excellent service. UPS store is much more convenient. At the UPS store, you can get to your box 24/7. At the UPS store, they always greet you. At the UPS store, they are very professional.

Rude and unpleasant people working here. You are better off going across the street to UPS or drive down to the Tequesta FedEx.Heck even using USPS is a better experience than these ill mannered people.

Ive been using this store since it first opened. These guys are great. Friendly staff who are willing to go the extra mile to provide service. If you expect service, you should also expect to pay for it. For Fed-ex and UPS the drop off service is a courtesy- dont expect supplies and staff to be free as there is a cost for these services. Ive noticed most of the low star reviews here are from folks who probably dont tip well or at all at a restaurant. If you want good service from a family owned local business, this is it. If you want cheap, faceless, corporate service- try Walmart or the UPS store.

Beware, they will Rip You Off! Went in today to ship a small box to Texas. Was quoted $37.00 to ship FedEx 3 day Home Delivery. My box was ready to ship just needed label. I ship a lot of items and knew this quote was very high. I thought that she made a mistake. When I questioned her about the price, she explained that they are a family business and have to pay their rent, so they make a profit on the shipping label. Im ok with someone making a profit, but I dont expect to pay double because they have to pay their rent. I took my package, went home and printed my own FedEx label for $17.00. They were trying to make me pay $20.00 more than the actual price of the FedEx Label. That to me is pure Rip Off. I will never enter that shipping store again. I will also tell everyone that I am in contact with not to do business at this place. Total Rip Off.

I recently visited this business and was shocked at the flippant attitude of a female worker to a customer in front of me. Her behavior bordered on hatefulness. I left and took my business elsewhere.This employee should strongly consider a new profession.You are not cut out for counter sales with the public and ill manners make you look like a fool.

This place has incredible service. They are VERY friendly and will do anything to make sure you feel comfortable. They have so many services. And once again they are very very helpful and friendly.

Outstanding service!!! Fast and competent. You are in and out, with a smile. I wouldnt even consider using anyone else. Its basically all the same, but its the people that make the difference.

If you are shipping on FedEx, set up a FedEx account first otherwise they add on their own charges which in my case amounted to a greater than 50% increase over the FedEx cost. When I inquired about why it cost 50% more than the FedEx quoted price, the clerk told me it was probably because I didnt put in the box size/insurance. When I got home I redid the FedEx quote and the Hobe Sound Ship Center cost was still 50% over the FedEx quote. I called FedEx about this and they said these shipping centers can charge whatever they want.

What a great store with great service. I got all my errands done at one store. I had to have a document notarized, shipped overnight, a fragile item packed up and shipped to Michigan,and 100 copies made. Thanks Hope Sound ShipCenter!!

If only I can give a -zero. Terrible Customer Service. They should remove the FedEx sign ...if you do not want to work or deal with FedEx customers then please do not advertise you are associated with FedEx...Save yourself the time and Just go to a FedEx location ...a REAL FedEx store in Walmart.
