The tent sale was great. I managed ti buy a bed but unfortunately upon pickup i got the run around for one and a half hours simply because the staff both didnt know how to describe where the loading bay was. And also because the staff that were sent down to meet me decided to sit inside the unmarked closed bay door listening ti music rather than just open the door when they were told a customer was on their way. The 2 pics i posted is the unmarked bay door. (Far right)

I only can say one sentence about my experience in park royal Brick, “ Hamid is number one in Brick”. He was so patient with us. We are so sensitive in purchases, but he helped us a lot in a way that he is buying for himself. Really good behavior, I should say thanks to him. I recommend him to everyone that wants to have a great purchase. He explained everything details with warm and great behavior. I say grants to Brick for having such a strong employee.

Once again The Bricks stellar sales consultant, Emil Filipkowski deserves a 5 star review!! I recently had to order a new dishwasher for my Mom, I had already searched the Bricks website so knew exactly what model I wanted. I called Emil and he processed the order over the phone and I was able to pay online. Took about 5 minutes and no need to go to the store (although its always nice to see Emil in person!). Thanks again Emil!!

Do not recommend - the customer service is seriously lacking. We ordered appliances in March, didn’t get them until September and one was damaged. We have been given the run around in terms of returning it and it’s now been sitting in our kitchen for over a week. Booking installation of the other appliances has taken forever. Generally, we would appreciate if they answered their phone and stopped telling us other parties are responsible for the ongoing delays.Update: I sent an email as directed by the Brick in its response to my comment and never heard back. I stand by my 1 star review.

I have been looking for the right chair for a few years that is comfortable for my back and also reasonably priced.A gentleman came over and I spoke with him and then he disappeared. I just wanted to share a quick line about my experience buying a washer dryer here a couple weeks ago. Tom was super helpful and knowledgeable about what we needed. He showed us a few models and what they offered and when we found that we really did only need to simplest of models he pointed us in the right direction of what he recommended. We have furnished our whole apt with great items from the Brick and have always received very good service. But our sales rep, Emil has surpassed all other reps ever! Emil was personable, friendly and extremely patient when we needed to buy a new fridge. He went the extra mile to research fridges that would fit our very restrictive measurements by contacting and confirming specs with the Brick vendors.A huge shout out and THANK YOU to Emil (LOVE THE SHOES! LOL!)

Shopping for a new mattress can be daunting...investing in something that you will have for many years, that your sleep and comfort (mental/emotional/physical/spiritual) well-being and health depend on. Tom took the time to walk me through everything I needed or wanted to know. So knowledgeable and patient, with only my needs in mind. After about 45 minutes of helping me I asked if he was on commission. To discover that these employees are 100% commission, and for him to not have one ounce of “pushy sales guy” vibe about him made me want to buy everything from him. I can tell when someone is being honest, and when a sales person is feeding me a “line” they’ve been trained to, to make the sale. There’s none of that happening at The Brick...at least not from Tom. He’s my guy. 👍🏽The mattress was delivered COVID safe, and I’m not sure about it yet. It feels different than the one on the showroom floor (that a hundred people have tested...so, there’s that 🤷🏽‍♀️) Maybe it just needs to be broken in, but I have 6 months to return it if I don’t like it! Tom said to give it at least 30 days, and I trust him, so we’ll see! The shopping experience alone is enough to make me go back. Thanks Tom!

I bought some house appliances in the store, and the attention I received from Mohsem was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable about the appliances, at the same time he was very clear explaining and very patient answering all of my questions. In addition to this, he went out of his way to give me an amazing discount, incomparable to anywhere else. Bought brand new GE electic stove on 24th of Sept 2021 that was on clearance and salesperson mentioned to me its as is . She assured me it works and not to worry. no warranty paper or instructions. Oven does not work and their warranty company Trans global service who does the repair takes months to fix anything as im on my 2nd month waiting for them to repair my dishwasher I bought from the brick. lol brick sells defective items the puts them on clearance to sell as is and tells consumers theirs nothing wrong as they are new. Dont buy any clearance items and dont trust the sale people. they lie and say whatever to make a sale.

I had a very bad experience here with the untrained staff. The person I had to deal with was very nervous and not honest. She was annoying and wasted my time around 4 hrs to just convince her that the deal was clear from the beginning but she was not. The only person there who was honest and nice; Hamid Mobbayen would be punished by the managment for what a real costumer service he was because as I undrestood the managment there wants the staff to be like Kooman(the annoying person and not honest and nice), but not like Hamid who was very great and polite. This is my last purchase from that store. That was awful.

We came to use a credit that the Brick mentioned to my fiancé & I while shopping a month ago (an extended warranty credit). We already purchased a electronic item ($401) and after spending an extra $82 (since our credit was $319) the customer service lady said that doesnt qualify under the extended warranty credit... afterwards we had another lady try to read to my fiancé & I, like we cant read or understand the warranty terms... maybe they should think about changing the wording in their warranty to No electronics or home appliances like fridges, ovens, etc.

I do NOT recommend the Extended warranty from here OR LG appliances. We bought all our appliances here along with extended warranty for 4 years. The LG fridge broke after 1.5 years and the extended warranty that we paid for is useless. It took them 4 days to get us a service, just so they can tell us they have to order parts and it will be 10 days. Now we are pass the 11th day still no date or parts . At this point I would expect the warranty to replace it but apparently that takes even longer. It would have cost me less to buy a new freaking fridge. It not like we can go to friends and family to use their fridge at this time so thanks 😒

Recently bought two bed frames and two mattresses from the Brick. I highly recommend Emil - he was very helpful and goes above and beyond. We changed our mind on the bed frame we picked before our delivery date, and Emil was kind enough to do the switch without us having to go in store - we paid the difference online! I have recently bought some furniture . When I opened the boxes I found that the quality of the products was a bit low but in comparison with Ikea I think,they’re definitely better .The best thing I should tell about is, the sales consultant called “Hila Yekta” is a really nice person and she has a great cooperation with customers in every aspect of the purchase,solving the delivery issues, changing the order and so on. The worst experience ever.My wife and I went to the shop last December (before Black Friday) and paid for a dining set and six chairs. The associates were friendly and the next day they said that the chairs were ready to be picked up. I picked them but I was told that the table was not ready and it would be available the first week of February. I said that I had to store the chairs until the table comes, but they said that I had to check the chairs and return them no later than 48 hours in case there was something wrong with them. It took me almost 4 hours to check the chairs and put them in the box again. To my surprise, they called me the next day and said that table had been discontinued and they were out of it. After a long argument, they asked us to return the chairs and choose another dining set which would come the first week of March. Unfortunately, we did it and had to pay more for a more expensive one.Today, I went to the shop and they said that the new set would come in the first week of April if we are lucky because they dont have the chairs at all. I was very angry and asked to talk to the manager. She came and as usual she couldnt help like the previous time. I said that I wanted to talk to someone of a higher position but I was notified that the store manager wasnt available as usual.I have some unanswered questions:1- How is it possible to sell something when you are not sure you have it? I consider it as a type of fraud.2- Why do you charge the customer immediately and not after delivery?3- Why do associates try to brainwash you to make a purchase but they dont explain about the pitfalls?4- Why isnt the store manager ever available?5- Why do they mention that they are not responsible for the delay and they wont compensate for it?6- Why dont they respect us and our time,however, we are buying something expensive?7- How do they ask for an insurance fee before I receive the furniture?That has been a terrible experience I have ever had. I wish I had taken my friends advice and had never gone there.

I love this location of ‘The Brick’ as they have a lot of variety on display. I’ve never been disappointed by the customer service and management here.We visited ‘The Brick (park royal)’ again last Sunday to buy some furniture for our new place. This time, we were helped by Hadi. He was very patient and guided us well through to our final selection. He has really good knowledge of working with customers having different tastes & suggest them things accordingly. We are really happy with our purchase. Good service.went in to look at dishwashers. Asked if. My old one can be removed. Not looking to spend over 1000.00 dollars. I only use a few times a month. 699 for Bosch. 279 extra for installation a d removal of old dishwasher. Also looked at mattresses. Tried top of the line they had queen 2300! Next model beauty rest 1200 for just the mattress-didnt need box spring.both were really comfortable and top model was 10year warranty ...but last day of sale. Only looked didnt purchase here. I know there are more sales again sometime. Actually got the dishwasher I wanted on a budget at Home Depot with the better stainless steel inside throughout at lower cost.

This place sold me a bed a tv and 2 rugs. All were good products. The saleswoman thatbwrote my information down decided to put my name, address, email, phone number down incorrectly to the financial department . Not only did they expect me to pay the bill on time to a account set up improperly but when I fixed it and paid the 3400 in full in 2 months. The store was not very customer friendly orientated. They only want to think of the sale and not of the after effects of said sale. Customers run your business not employees. Make customers happy so they keep coming back or they wont come back its that simple.

The brick has a terrible refund policy. I purchased few products at THE BRICK in Park loyal(West Vancouver) and have been waiting for a long time to get them. However, when I got it, I found that there are a lot of scratch and damage. So I asked for them to refund. but they told me, they can not refund because there is no refund policy. The reason I was angry was that I didnt know that since they didnt tell it. They should have informed me in advance. Another reason, I spent my time to solve this problem and if I exchange it, I have to wait and spend my time again. Who can compensate my time? For reschedule to get them, I have to day off. Who can compensate my money? Last reason, the most of the products were damaged. If someone want to purchased the products at THE BRICK, think about which company is more flexible and more have a responsibility. Also, They break a promise. One of those items was supposed to be delivered 2weeks ago, but I could not get it. they told me it would be delivered today. But it also was not delivered. They didnt tell me anything in advance. When I called them to talk about my order, they told me it would be delivered on March. They should have told me in advance.

DO NOT SHOP AT THE BRICK. After several visits to The Brick at Park Royal, West Vancouver, we purchased the living room set we were looking for on April 9, 2021 and a delivery date was set (last week of April). On the day of delivery, to our surprise, we received USED, BROKEN and RIPPED set. But worse than that, the set was NOT EVEN COVERED BY BOXES OR PLASTIC. When we complained, we were told THEIR WAREHOUSE DIDNT HAVE A BRAND NEW SET TO SEND US AND THAT WE COULD USE THIS USED, BROKEN AND RIPPED SET till we receive our brand new set sometime in June. Long story short, this experience was so terrible. Our complaints has not gone anywhere and weve been ignored brutally. NO ONE AT THE BRICK ANSWERS TO US THAT HOW IN A COVID PANDEMIC, A USED FURNITURE SET IS SOLD AND DELIVERED FOR A BRAND NEW SET? Today is July 20, 2021 and we still havent received our furniture. At this stage, theyre just ignoring us plainly.

Sales staff openly argued about who would serve me, then left for fifteen minutes to sort it out with the manager, while not even telling me where they were going.After that they didnt give any good deals because it was clear they would have to split commission. Sales people were rude and unprofessional.There was also some sort of mix up, and my name and contact info was put for someone elses order (even though I never bought anything). I received a total of FOURTEEN messages/calls/emails of them asking me to update my info. I called customer service multiple times explaining there was a mix up, and every time they assured me it was fixed, only to get spammed with more texts and calls.No reason to go back.

The process of purchasing the laundry center and the following incidents that we suffered from made the experience an absolute nightmare. I can resonate about the reviews below concerning the bad quality of items at the Brick. Due to the bad quality of the discharging hose supplied together with the laundry center, our apartment flooded, and our tenants suffered hugely and then terminated the tenancy agreement. The entire apartment is a disaster now. If you would like to live comfortably while also washing your clothes, stay away from the Brick!!!! There were no people coming to install the hose in the first place, and when we discovered and complained about the hose by emailing Customer Service, no one replied!! What kind of service is that?????? there is absolutely no common sense!! We would tell all our family and friends to stay away from purchasing items from the Brick while we wait for some sort of compensation from the Brick. You have ruined the past few months of our life due to your absolute lack of professionalism!!!! Meanwhile, we will patiently wait for the compensation that we deserve!!!!!! Thank you. We left one star NOT because we thought the Brick deserved it, but that we are not allowed to post this with ZERO STAR -which is what we would rate IN ALL HONESTY!!!!

One star is too many stars for the Brick and the management staff. Extremely rude, lack of customer service and even inappropriate behavior from the manager.Consider yourself warned.We bought a mattress from them and paid for delivery. Mattress was soon deformed and lucky the manufacturer accepted us to get a replacement. We then had to pay a SECOND delivery fee for the mattress.We upgraded to their top of the line mattress and even that mattress deformed within 3 months.The manufacturer again accepted a replacement.At this point we asked the Brick to deliver the 3rd mattress. They refused and said it was not their problem. We asked the manager, she ignored our request. Meanwhile waiting at the store, I witnessed the manager yelling and rudly speaking to her staff.I asked the staff for her name.When I left the store I got a rude phone call from the Manger upset that I had taken her name. She will remain nameless as I am not trying to humiliate her.3 mattresses later in less than 1 year and over $350 in delivery fees.Good luck to anyone who shops there.

I went to the West Vancouver location to purchase a bed. There was one sales associate that followed me around the store and I repeatedly told him I did not need any help. I decided on a bed and Mohsen S was very friendly and helpful!!! However, the other associate was very rude and angry that I didn’t purchase it from him as he said he saw me first.. Our couch has broken after 5 years of use due to poor build quality. The frame cracked in an area that was obviously reinforced by the builder as they recognized it was an area of weakness. Unfortunately we do not have “extended warranty” and they fail to recognize the faulty product. Maybe my expectations of more than 5 years of life from a couch are unrealistic, but we definitely won’t be buying our next sofa at The Brick.

I purchased a mattress recently and realized that Costco is selling a similar product for 1000$ less. They offer this price matching, specifically for mattresses, that DOES NOT REQUIRE the two products to be exactly the same. As long as it is the same brand with the same key features, it should be fine.Mattresses are from the same manufacturer, both king sized, both come with PrimaCool/Sense foams, Gel foams, Indulge memory foam, Intelli Coil and Air Vent system. Now, they claim that these features do not constitute key features, and the only features that matter are Brick’s exclusive foam on top of many other that is already built into the mattress and some other minor details.When I called the store, two of the staff in two different occasions and after confirming with the store manager, came back to me saying that Costco is a US retailer, we don’t match US retailers. When I contradicted them with terms and conditions and asked to talk to store manager, he himself tells me a completely different thing. His line is, key features are not the same and there is nothing I can do. The only thing I can do is to make some provisions for your next visit when we will sell you something else again.After leaving a message for the head office, store manager calls me again and he literally says, these are his words: “I can throw a couple of hundred dollars in store credits to make you happy”. Isn’t this the poorest choice of words or what? They already sold me something at a 1000$ more and all they can do is a couple of hundred dollars of store credits. Just enough to make me go there, pay some extra to be able to use the credit toward purchasing something else again!!################################################UPDATE:Despite the fact that the store manager tried to convince me that I will hear the same things from head office and therefore it is better to accept his offer, talking to regional manager was indeed a much better experience. He, instead of being like This is not a negotiation, take it or leave it, at least made a sincere effort to address the issue and we reached an agreement. And it was quite different than what the store manager was willing to offer :).

My Wife and I went into The Brick on Sunday to purchase a Tempur Pedic mattress. We were certain on the make but not the model and Ron was beyond helpful in our search to find the right one. With left the Bick feeling happy and confident with our choice. I would strongly recommend Ron to any customer who is looking for a new mattress or any other furniture.

This is the worst place I have ever been. I bought a sofa 4 months ago and they send me the wrong one. I waited for months in order to get my new Sofa, and finally it arrived but again wrong one. Honestly, I have no idea what is wrong with this company and those sales managers. The rudest people I have ever met, now I guess I have to wait 4 more months to get my sofa.You guys are lucky that people are not suing you.

We bought our appliances, bed and mattress in the Park Royal Store. Emil helped us select quality products with execeptional prices which he fought for us during a VIP sale. English is our second language, but Emil was very thorough and patient with us and made sure we understood the features of the products. We had to change the delivery dates quite a few times because we had a power panel upgrade, and the inspectors time was hard to book, but Emil worked with us every time to sort out the delivery changes. We finally received out bed and mattress today and I am very happy to write this glowing recommendation for Emil and the branch.

June 13 2021 - My husband and I are building a house… in Ontario! Masoud was amazing, patient and informative throughout the entire appliance purchasing and financing experience. He answered all our questions and we are so appreciative of the service we received.Thank you Masoud!Update 7/26/2021: I wanted to update that while we were very happy with our purchase experience with Masoud, we are now disappointed in TheBrick itself and no longer recommend purchasing appliances through them.We purchased $10,000 of appliances on June 13th. Masoud ensured it was in stock in Mississauga ON for us at that time. It was set for delivery this week because we werent sure when builder would want it.I spoke with someone online at TheBrick this week to update delivery date to Aug 25 and I was told we wouldnt have microwave until Aug 19 (builder had wanted sooner). So I called today to ask about that and was informed nearly all our appliances were no longer in stock (so ours were sold I guess?) and in fact our laundry units were discontinued (but they were hoping to get more in). We could not be guaranteed the Aug 25 delivery date.But the thing is... they were supposed to be delivered THIS week. No one notified us of a delay. Also. They were in stock before. Why were our units lost or sold to someone else and now we definitely wont have them this week and maybe not even for our house closing?I dont care if things are delayed because of COVID-19. I barely care if we move in and dont have appliances for a few days. I understand that. However, its unnacceptable that we werent notified about this and that $10,000 worth of appliances that were sold to us and in stock in Mississauga at the time of purchase are now no longer available for us.Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication.

Most dilettante salesman with unprofessional manager (The Brick at Park Royal, West Vancouver). Sale is their priority not the customer, they don’t care about selling wisely and they take advantage of their customer and persuade them to buy in any rate. My story is too long but they know what they are doing with their customers. It’s frustrating to have this kind of business in our community.
