It was awesome. Very friendly and polite and didnt rush or try to sell us something more then we went in for. Will always continue to go back here when I need things for my phone or anyone else on my family plan needs anything will do the same. Went in to get help with my bill and I decided to buy my girlfriend a moto g power and a couple add-ons and would of got my pixel 6 but they were out of stock so I bought my otter box case for the pixel 6 pro and with his help I got my pixel 6 ordered off the Verizon app and he didnt even rush us when it was time for him to leave they made sure we were happy and taken care of.

Cannot say enough about this awesome Verizon store. Rigoberto helped my daughter and I with two trade-ins after a different store inexplicably canceled my purchase the last day the sale was being offered. Cheerful and courteous no matter how many hoops he had to jump through, including working several minutes after closing time, he did work around after work around and took care of both of our issues. We will be going back to the Hoffman estates Illinois store!

Very poor treatment of a business account holder.My manager set up the account in his name. Phone is mine, paid for with my card, online account set up with my details.Do you think they would sell me a phone?My money not good enough.Inflexible unapologetic strident enforcer of rules.My employee has to come to the store so that i can buy a phone?I was offended and insulted.So much for good service.Associate in question was not prepared to do anything except insist that I understand his side of the argument, not the situation of the paying customer.Very shoddy, Verizon.I will not return to this store.And if I have similar treatment at another store, I will switch to Tmobile

Very friendly and professional staff. I have been at this store twice in the past 4 months. I ordered my smartphones online and chose in store pickup. They will ask you for an ID to verify. After that, the pickup process in store is courteous, efficient, and fast. You may also do curbside pickup where the staff comes out to your car.

I recently made an appointment and unfortunately it did not show up for me and another customer. However Vivian was able to squeeze me in and talk me through upgrading my phone (considering how very little I know with upgrading phones.) She was patient and kind and what impressed me even more was seeing the team work together despite the chaos. They also recommended useful accessories that I would use for my iPhone. I always have a good experience in this store with the kindest people. Thank you Vivian and everyone for getting my new phone together!!

Went in to possibly switch over to Verizon but due to COVID they only work by appointment. The general manager told me that there was 2 customers ahead of me and that it would be 30-45 minutes. He took down my number and he said he would text me when it was my turn. I went shopping and came back an hour later. Since I hadn’t heard back I check to make sure that they took my number down right and I didn’t miss there text. They then told me that there was 4 customers ahead of me and that it would be another 40 minutes. I waited another 20 minutes in my car before going home. It reached closing time and I still didn’t receive a text from them, a whole 3 hrs later. So, this means if I would’ve waited for them I would have never gotten seen and would’ve waited for nothing. This is very bad customer service!!!

I ordered an item online to pick up in the store. According to the email I had four days to pick up my order. When I went to pick up my order (94 hours after my purchase), within the four day time frame, they told me that I only had three days and wanted me to re-purchase the item at a higher price. The store and emails were inconsistent, and very dishonest

I went into this location to purchase a new phone and also to review my account. After speaking with a sales person he told me that he could lower my plan and also get me a brand new phone. So I’m thinking great, so after purchasing a new phone if I come to realize when I get my new bill that my invoice actually went up $142 a month instead of going down!!So basically everything he promised me was a lie!!I would totally not recommend this store they are very deceitful.

Went from a iPhone to a S9. Chris is great. Quick on getting things set up and was able to transfer all my stuff from one phone to the other.The first lady I talked to wasnt so great.. I asked about the phone and she told me some stuff and then went to the demo phone they have and started reading me the specs off of the demo phone.. her product knowledge was lacking.. I spent a day or two looking over the phones on YouTube and felt that I knew more than she did..If it wasnt for Chris this probably would have been a 2 star. My point isnt that the lady was rude or anything like that but do some research on things youre selling. While I was waiting for my updates I talked to a few other people who work there. Everyone is very nice. I forget the name of the Sulotions Manager but he was very nice and was able to give me some tips on setting up the phone along with Chris.All in all. Very happy.Sorry the review is kinda all over the place.. had to do this in a hurry and didnt wanna forget..

This store is not at all helpful. I am not going to shop there again. The LG phone I bought 6 months ago had a defective battery. It is under warranty. I took the phone in and they said they would order a new battery for me. Instead they ordered a new phone--that comes without a battery. I took the new phone back to the store to explain. Turns out they dont know how to order a battery replacement. And they dont have batteries at the store. So they told me I could call LG or go buy a battery, but defective merchandise isnt their problem, Its not our product--and they wished me a good day.

I never have good experience with Verizon. You lied multiple times about my plan and would not fix the issue. Every employee has a different answer. Most recently spoke to Michael and WOW... you sir are of no help. Verizon, you need to hire better people and train properly.

Our family has gone to this store to buy many phones and Ipads. Jerry, is one of the best and most friendly sales associates I have ever met. He knows the product, the accessories and issues with almost every phone. He also remembers customers and the products they purchase. Jerry will also look over your plan and let you know if there is a newer one that will will fit your needs and price better. I used to sell phones and I recommend this store and Jerry over any others!

Stay away from this store. I went in today for a simple screen protector and left with a phone that was re-initializing and all my pictures, music and movies are gone. The sales person took my phone in the back and whatever he did, reinitialized my phone back to its original configuration. It was locked so he must have taken the SIM card off. The manager told me he did not take it back but I watched him. I cant believe all I have lost on my phone and all the time I will have to put in to fix it. The store was of no help, but Verizon online chat was wonderful, helpful and truly cared about the problem. They helped me find my pictures online and gave me a credit for my trouble without me asking. I guess I should have known I was in for a terrible experience when the sales person asked me what else I needed and when I said that was it, he made the comment that I drove all the way up there for That. Well yes I did, but I promise myself and all the people I know will never make that mistake again.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! Through some terrible mysterious malfunction, my phone went into a reset mode. I thought every single thing was gone. Instead of turning me away and telling me to check the cloud, or that they couldnt help because it was a freak malfunction, Michael didnt do that and worked with me for AN HOUR AND A HALF until almost all of my material was recovered. I will be coming back here for any other verizon issues, and possibly to buy a newer better phone if mine is a dud. Michael J from Verizon, you the real MVP.

This is my absolute favorite location. Ive been thinking of switching to a different carrier because I dont like the new plans and I wanted a cheaper bill. Well today my phone crashed. It wouldnt stay on for longer than 15 minutes before it would crash and reboot. My whole life is on that thing since my job is half on my job. In a panick I rushed to this Verizon location and hoped to get it replaced. The wonderful customer service from Chris convinced me to buy a new phone. For 1.5 hours he tried his best to transfer my data from the old phone to my new phone but my old phone kept rebooting and not cooperating. Chris never lost hope though we both wanted to throw my old phone at the wall. I got there a little after 6 and at 8pm (closing time) my phone still wasnt cooperating. Everyone else had left, I was scared they were going to tell me there was nothing they could do to transfer my stuff. Then Austin walked up and together they both started pushing buttons, Austin on my old phone Chris on my new phone both effortlessly pushing buttons before my old phone crashes again. A third associate stood with me in anticipation (also for moral support) to see how it would end. Together Chris and Austin transferred my photos, contacts and calendar. Chris even started my car for me so it was warm by time I left. At 8:30pm I was able to leave with a new phone in a warm car.For the last year I was thinking of switching companies but was hesitant. Today I was reminded why Ive been with verizon for 10 years. The customer service I received was above and beyond! Because of that Im still a verizon member.......Side note: if Verizon prices keep rising eventually I wont be able to afford the customer service so verizon corporate, lets find a way to lower prices.

Worst service i have seen in a while. The place is full of frat-boy type sales reps looking to sell new contracts. Once the bald headed fellow found out that i had an existing contract, he had no time for me. I was told that someone else would help me, and after 15 minute wait during which i saw associates helping customers who came after me, i walked over and asked if one of the 2 associates who were hanging and goofing off could help, and was told that i could leave. Have been with Verizon since 2011, didnt think i would be treted this way.....
