Great place to eat a free lunch during Mori days.

Im unsure of the total experience with DMG at this point since this is my first DMG purchase but my experience with my DMG distributor has not been impressive. They were unable to complete the setup of my machine and requests for training has fallen on deaf ears. I have a million dollar machine on my floor that I can not run because of training needs that are not being fulfilled. The responsiveness of the service and technical staff is far below my experience with any other machine manufacturer in my 30 years in the machining industry. Calls to DMG Mori Seiki University have gone unanswered with voicemails not returned. I would not recommend DMG to anyone in the Ohio Valley Region. I suspect that I am being ignored because I purchased my DMG GMX 500 Linear used but I have asked for nothing for free. I am a paying customer. I also must give a 100% positive to my DMG parts department who have been prompt and professional when I needed them. ESK, Louisville, KY.
