Do not take your vehicle here!I went thru my insurance and selected this shop based on reviews. If I could give NO stars I would. The owner Steve helped me and it took him three attempts to get my windshield replaced. He was unprofessional and the quality of his work is unacceptable.First round, he took my car, started taking out the windshield and then realized he never ordered the glass. Second round, he replaced the glass, gave me back the car and the glass rubber trim was all hanging loose….he told me it was cosmetic!Third round he picks up the car to put in another new windshield and trim, then calls me and states he broke the windshield. He had to keep my car overnight and brought it back the next day. As of now it appears to be fixed, but I’m waiting for a heavy rain to see if it leaks.This shop is also affiliated with Safelite, so be careful if using Safelite. Based on my experience, I don’t know how this shop is still in business.

After my car was broken into, I had to replace my window ASAP for obvious purposes. I first tried a corporate company which told me they could replace it in three days so I called Starlite to inquire and I am very happy I did. They were delightful to deal with and had my window replaced for me the same day without zero hassle with insurance, needing supplies, and any kind of other excuses I have heard in the past. Truly cant recommend the professionalism and compassion of this mom and pop establishment. Its a must use for any of your auto glass repair needs!!

Top Notch!! Was shocked not only did this business make it a priority to come pick my car up for me because my back windshield was broken and storms on the way… they went above and beyond to help work around supply chain shortages on the car part I needed. HUGE shout out to Steve the owner who was hands on in getting this piece expedited to us for our car. Steve also helped my wife with her car and she couldn’t have been happier with the service and how comfortable Steve and his team make you feel! I will refer anyone over there way.

Long overdue review. I’ve used Starlite 3 times. Once to replace a side window, once to replace a windshield and once to repair a windshield. This shop is hands down the easiest, friendliest, and quickest place. I’ve gone through insurance which was hassle-free and paid out of pocket which was extremely reasonable. Steve is my go-to-guy and I will NEVER go anywhere else.

Guy was supposed to order something for me and said it would be there at 8 in the morning and when i showed up he told me he forgot to order it, very unprofessional and thought it was funny. Had to go all the way to belmont to retrieve my actual glass. do not recommend them

2 days in a row they dont show up and no phone call. Spoke with others who have used them and sounds like they are completely unreliable. If they cant bother to call and say unable to come how can I even trust their work. Do yourself a favor and use another shop.

I HIGHLY recommend Starlite Auto. If I could give more the 5 stars I would. My car was broken into last night and the passenger side window was smashed in. I called several places and was told that the earliest appointment was next week. Steve responded that he could get the glass ordered and installed TODAY. He was super helpful and so fast I could not be happier. I will be returning here anytime I need glass replaced on any of our cars! Thank you Steve for making this stressful situation so much easier you have no idea how much I appreciate it!

Needed my windshield replaced after traveling down LIE (aka The Flying Rock Tunnel). The guys at Starlite provided quick quality service for a great price. Much better than Safelite. This will be my go-to place now.

Fantastic service, very friendly, very reasonably priced. Had a leak around the windshield, quoted me for a few different options, decided it would be best to just replace the windshield. Scheduling an appointment was very easy and quick. Windshield looks great and no leaks! Highly recommended!

Came in for CARCO inspection. All went well. 2 weeks later my insurance company emails me telling me they have dropped my policy because I failed to get a CARCO inspection. Now it is uninsured, at risk of repossession. I need to have it towed to another CARCO facility to have the inspection done.I called my insurance company who told me that STARLITE AUTO GLASS FAILED TO FILL OUT THE FORM CORRECTLY. THEY FAILED TO CERTIFY THIS CAR HAS NO DAMAGE

I normally don’t write reviews but I was in a pinch yesterday and Steve really came through. I needed a windshield replaced on a Saturday that was broken by a branch during a storm the day before. I called everywhere and no one would help me until I had Steve on the phone. The car is a birthday gift today and putting a bow on a broken windshield would have not been great. I can’t thank you enough!! Professional and reasonably priced. I will always look to go here in the future.

My teenager daughters car needed a new windshield. Due to the age of the vehicle, it was insured minimally without glass coverage. Just had my driver side vent window replaced, very happy indeed with the service.

Starlite does excellent work. Theyve replaced several windshields on our vehicles over the years. I was a bit apprehensive replacing windshield in my wifes 2015 Yukon Denali being it has lane departure etc but happy to report no issues with calibration whatsoever. GREAT JOB AS ALWAYS!! Thank you starlite. Its always a pleasure to deal with a small business rather than a chain store.

Really nice guys but updating my review from 5 to 2. The rear view mirror came off about a month later and the black rubber seal I guess expanded and is now protruding.Still no leaks or wind noise but definitely unsightly.

Went to them about a month ago when my camry’s sunroof leaked in about a inch of water. Not only did they fix the sunroof they vacuumed all the water out as well. These guy are great and very nice! They are a neighborhood business which is also awesome. They are the only auto glass company I will use in future.

I did not end up using their services, because I called around several places trying to get my window replaced as soon as possible. However, they called me back responding to my message, were very friendly, and willing to do it ASAP. I really appreciated that kind of service, but had already ordered with a different company who was already picking up the glass. Keep this place in mind though!
