Found New To You from FB and decided to stop by today! So glad I did. Not only was it organized and easily navigated but it was filled with some pretty great items. I also had my toddler with me and he was quite curious and touching everything and the woman working was very understanding and helped me find the gifts I was looking for. Can’t wait to really browse the home decor/clothing selection this weekend (kid free).My sister loved her “get well” gifts and my son has not let go of his little treasures. Charming store that I cant believe I just recently discovered! The clothing is high quality second hand, I bought about $150 in tops and a few bottoms (probably got about 10 items for that price plus some decor/signs, and a cute little necklace for my daughter) and I love all of them, perfect for summer. Especially because Im in between sizes right now I dont want to go invest in a whole new wardrobe so picking up some gently worn pieces has been helpful. I have met the owner and also another woman who works there, both were super helpful and sweet, and so kind to my daughter who is only 4 and sometimes challenging to shop with. Both ladies helped distract her so I could try on items and even let her help set up the store, so cute! Ill definitely be back soon.

I dont live in the immediate area but this shop is definitely worth a trip! Great selection of good quality consigned womens clothing plus a nice selection of vendors for jewelry & home decor items. If youre looking for a personalized gift.... stop by.

Ive always loved this consignment store as its a cut above the rest. Since theyve moved to a larger establishment, its even more pleasurable. There are different boutique vendors throughout, along with clean pre-loved clothing. I also have Wendy doing all my personalized closing gifts for me which is HUGE and takes all the think out.

New to You is a great resource for shopping high quality consignment apparel and accessories and gifts. I always find a great deal there! The owner and employees are pleasant to interact with.

It’s a quaint, clean, and unique boutique you need to visit regularly to see the new items that arrive weekly. We are lucky to have this in town!

A unique shopping experience! Each time that you visit, you get a taste of the ever changing inventory.The home section is small but she does a good job staging and fitting it all into the space. I found a brand new item from Pottery Barn which was half of the original consignment asking price because it had been there for 90 days.The clothing section is only for women but includes purses, shoes, jewelry, wallets, and more. All items are higher end brand name and in very good (if not new) condition. Prices are a little high, but if you are willing to take your chances and wait, the prices decrease every 30 days.Reading the other Google reviews, complaints seemed to be that the staff was dismissive and rude. I did not find this to be true at all. The woman working there (who I assume was the owner) was helpful, polite, and friendly.A fun shopping trip with some cute finds for not a lot of money!

I am a young professional who has always invested in nice clothing and finally decided to clear some space in my closet. I recently called the boutique to schedule an appointment to sell some of my clothes. Wendy, the owner was pretentious and unfriendly. She questioned the brand authenticity of some of the clothes and purses I mentioned bringing into the store. Then after explaining that the items were not knock-offs, I asked her if she had an appointment later that day or early next week to drop off my clothing and in response she laughed and told me the earliest I could drop of my clothing was two weeks later. Overall, I am very disappointed with this customer service and decided not to support the store and bring my business elsewhere.

Love this place. Great additions to my wardrobe, and a great help with downsizing. The owner emails me when clothing by my fav designer comes in. Fun and fine.

I have brought in furniture in the past and had a fine experience. When I went in today with neat laundered clothing, she told me she doesnt take anything until 11:00am (it was 10:00). Ok; no problem. When she asked if I was a consignee in the past, I told her I was. She then informed me all clothes have to be brought in on hangers. I inquired what if I dont have enough hangers, I cant bring in my clothes? She said she doesnt keep the hangers, but gives them back. So.. whats the purpose? I was told it was easier for her and so they werent wrinkled. How about not accepting wrinkled clothing? Just because a piece of clothing is hung up doesnt mean it is not wrinkled or wasnt folded prior to be put on a hanger. This is the most assinine policy I have ever encountered in any consignment shop. Furthermore, when I told her that the last time I was in her shop a woman had brought in a bunch of clothing draped over her arm with no hangers, she just shrugged her shoulders. So not impressed with her unfriendly, unbusinesslike demeanor. I am not going to patronize a local business who really doesnt appreciate her customers, as mentioned on the website. I will no longer shop at her store, bring in any more items for consignment, and unrecommend her shop to all my friends and co-workers.

Not only pretentious and unfriendly, but entitled and dismissive. Despite having contracted several items for resale, the most expensive items were somehow accidentally donated with no pay out and/or apology for her costly error. Consignor beware! This woman is ruthless. Her response to any upset or disagreement - - it is what it is.
