We decided to choose Parrot Pizza for our food for our party. The service was very kind and patient with the large order. Even though the order had many differnet things, it was perfectly made and on time. Due to the size of the order, he gave me a large cheese too. Overall, the food was very delicious. Definitly recommand!

Food is good, but marinara sauce is quite watery. A few fans to cool the indoors down would be helpful.

Terrible food and unprofessional staff. I dont recommend this place at all. Droped my fries on front stairs scooped up and looked at me like I did something wrong. So many places around who have such better tasting food,on time and professional.

Been trying to order 9:00 p.m. on a Sunday night when theyre open till 10:00 multiple times with no answer, try it online and get a time delivered at 10:00 a.m. the next day, if youre open till 10:00 stay the f open till ten! 🤦🏻‍♂️

We ordered Fish and Chips and baked haddock. All was overcooked, the baked haddock was burnt so bad it was stuck to the container! Never order fish!

The quality tends to be hit or miss. Sometimes there are a lot of toppings on your pizza, sometimes not so much. Sometimes you get mixed greens in your salad, sometimes its just iceberg. Usually we dont expect too much from them. Sometimes you get what you ordered, sometimes you get something else.My last visit though was just insulting. They are adding a 3% surcharge to credit card purchases. I placed an order over the phone and they said nothing about this. I dont carry cash, generally and had no choice but to accept this charge when I picked up my order. This was the last straw.

I had there pizza for the first time and it was to die for and now I tell all my colleagues . And I have friends in city and state Police and fire departments whom I have told about this place and yes they have delivered to my nephew Fire Department see how much they love this place YUMMY. Was my first time there with my wife she told me about it. The mushroom onion and sausage large pizza was really tasty. The staff was great. I would be back when In the area. Try this nice pizza place in Holden ma and you will differently will not be disappointed!! Only thing the pizza place needs is to be more handicapped assabile.

Pizza is good, including gluten free pizza. Buffalo chicken tenders are good. But 3 strikes and you are out on your salads. Note that menu says field greens. That does not mean iceberg lettuce . And not just iceberg, iceberg with a lot of brown and wilted pieces.Please either change your menu to NOT say field greens, or improve your salad making skills, or charge $1 more per salad and actually use interesting greens.

Love the pizza. Couldnt find a good pizza place since we moved to South Barre and then we went to Big Y and we saw parrot pizza and decided to try it. Now its the only place we get pizza from.

I LOVE Parrot Pizza! They have the best pizza/grinders in Holden. I usually get the turkey bacon sub which is delicious. Delivery is always in the time frame they say, inside is pretty nice too. The only thing I would change is the location of the bathrooms.

I wanted to like the place but it just fell short for me. I ordered a large pizza, toppings were plentiful but the pizza had no crispness to it. It was soggy, it also lacked a good amount of cheese so I didnt get that gooey taste you get from pizza. I thought the price was high. It was 20+ dollars for a pizza and 20 oz coke. I miss Vals when it was there.

The place was sad, empty and items on the menu board were taped off as they were no longer making it. One guy was doing everything including answering the phone, help wanted signs on the door on the way in and on the walls. The steak and cheese grinder was very good and that is why I gave 3 stars.

Chicken Alfredo Pizza is delicious. I cant give a decor review because I never been inside. I always get delivery and is always in the time frame they say. Delivery guy actually carried change.

We have ordered weekly for about 2 years, usually on Fridays. My overall rating for the food remains high *****, and the people are nice enough, but they have delivered the wrong food probably 6 times out of the last 6 times. Taking a break from ordering, what happened guys?** Update, they are back to delivering correctly. Slight recent changes to recipe detected, but still just as good. I am relieved to have our cooking free evening back.** Quality has changed with the ownership sadly

Great grinders, pizza has very tomatoey sauce for which there are better options in the area. kids like the pasta and chicken tender dishes

Just ordered a steak & cheese with onions and mushrooms. She even repeated the order and still got it wrong. No mushrooms, but with peppers. This isnt the first time they’ve messed the order up. Won’t go back again.

Their menu says chicken finger platter. (Fries included) For $10 I got 6 pieces of the most disgusting chicken tenders Ive seen. Nasty cartilage pieces that were grey looking on the inside! Absolutely disgusting. To top it off all of theit sodas are expired in the coolers. Im sure if they cant rotate their drink stock they arent keeping up with the food.

This is the worst place to eat in holden i dont know who the loud mouth lady is behinde the counter is its saturday night and odered for things and its not just my food its everyone who order food from her in the last 3 hours that has not gotten the right order she blames the customers for making the wrong order saying that the customers is wrong she works every Saturday so and does a double word to the wise. Supposedly she says that she is the manager i dont ever write one of these but this is ridiculous. I was told to come back and pick up my order told this woman just give me my order i get there and you i am so pissed i cant even

We ordered a 2 dinner items and 2 sides. We were told it would be delivered to us in 40 mins. An hour goes by, we call and they say it will be here very soon...another 30 mins passes by we call again they say it will be here soon... 20 more minutes go by and our food gets here cold and the pasta didnt have sauce that we ordered the shrimp in the pasta still had the shell of the tail on it.... usually I enjoy my experience here, but this was rediculous and we didnt even get an appology.

Food is good, but they mess up your order every time. First time we got the wrong sandwich, next the wrong pizza, third was they forgot the sandwich, fourth was charged for someone elses order, fifth was wrong sandwich again... the list goes on and on. To make matters worse, the owner seems to blame you for their mistakes. Just last night, i picked up my order and they gave me the wrong pizza. When i brought it back to get mine, he looked at me and simply said you took the wrong pizza. No sorry; no well try harder. My advice, try the new dominos or holden pizza, but stay away from parrot until they can get their act together and the owner learns how to treat people.

I have no idea how this far-below-average place has 4+ stars. Almost laughable. I think that says a lot about the palates of the people who live in the Holden area.Ive lived in Holden for 11 years and have ordered Parrot off and on since Ive been here. It has always been no better than average...and it has consistently declined over the years, which has caused me to order their food less.Im deciding to write this review now, due to the poor experience I had last night. Here it goes...I called and ordered delivery. The girl on the phone was clearly an uninterested teenager. But whatever, thats almost expected here, since it seems the entire staff is high school or recently graduated high school kids. I ordered a small Taco Pizza, a Tuna sub, the Chicken Scampi & a Greek salad. Normally, delivery takes between 30-45 minutes. An hour rolled by and still nothing. I called to inquire with the uninterested teenager, who remained uninterested. About an hour and ten minutes later, the delivery person showed up with the, almost-room-temperature food. Now, to speak to the food...1. The Taco pizza was missing half the ingredients, including the lettuce, the tortilla strips and the salsa I had asked for. (who doesnt put salsa on a taco pizza by default, by the way?)2. The chicken scampi was about half the size it used to be. There was barely any scampi sauce, which literally tasted like water with some garlic in it. The chicken was tenderloin and most pieces contained that huge, hardened, cartilage-like vein, which I had to cut off3. The greek salad was literally a garden salad, with a cup of greek dressing (not sure if it actually was to be honest). Also, contained 1 olive, no feta, etc.My father was up from North Carolina and decided to treat him to some dinner, and thats we he got. Thanks guys!If you want to remain in the business, you really need to rethink your staff and instill in them the importance of producing a quality product. But, I suppose if you continue to serve to Holdenites, quality doesnt really matter.

We order every Thursday for family game night. It’s officially been over a year! The food is delivered hot and we live in Paxton. It’s delicious, made correctly and the staff is always pleasant and accommodating! We LOVE Parrot Pizza Holden!!!!
