If I could put one star I would! we had order two large loads of lumber costing over a thousand dollars for a job. the first order half of the products were missing and two of the boards were broke. the second order when they were supposed to replace the missing and broken wood it was still missing on top of that the order was supposed to arrive between 10am-2 pm it didnt arrive until 5pm 3 hrs late. the driver had a fall tire which we can understand yet the other two hours is just uncalled for and ridiculous. we will not be order from home depot again for another job.

Joe, Denise, & Stephanie are always very helpful. In the Holiday, FL. Store almost everyday, they get me out and on my way in a timely manner. Would be nice to have someone at the Pro Desk late Saturday and most of the day Sunday. But i understand retail and controlling hours. The Store Manager Sarah is absoultly wonderful....keep up the grest work.
