Absolute garbage. DO NOT order from this establishment. Specifically ordered an antipasto salad without onions, as I am HIGHLY allergic and thats what I got. Called and they offered a discount on a future order as if Id order again. Quality of food is garbage and service is even less. AVOID AT ALL COSTS especially as theyre menu has not been updated to reflect their increase in price. You may not notice it, but your bank account will! My wife found all the onions in the salad just to make the point.
Meh. We ordered lasagna. There was one very thin layer of ricotta, 9 layers of noodles with watery and tomato sauce between them, sauce so acidic, we had to stop eating the dinner after a few bites. The meat was very tasty. The garlic knots were greasy, but still somehow drier than they should have been, as well as tiny to boot, pictured. Wont be ordering again anytime soon...disappointed.
I needed to use the bathroom... So I was going to use the bathroom and then buy something. They wouldnt let me use the bathroom they said it was closed. But they have one. Why dont they just let people use the bathroom and then we can buy a drink or something on the way out. Thats how you lose business. Theres really no other place on alternate 19 to use the bathroom when you have to go. People like me we have to drive in our cars all day We have to stop somewhere to use the bathroom because we go from house to house. I think its pretty uncool that this business will not let you do that.
I gave them 2 stars because I ordered from them once before and had no issues. This time I waited an hour and 15 minutes only to be delivered somebody elses order. I caught the driver before he left even tipped him $5.00. when I called to let them know they were not apologetic until I mentioned it. The only thing they offered was a discount on my next order. I cancelled the order in which they had no problem doing so. At almost $40.00 for the smallest pizza they offer, the smallest sized wings, an order of onion rings, and a long delivery time, you would think they would be more conscientious about delivering the right order.
I moved to Brooksville, but Im back in Holiday fixing up my rental to sell. Loaded slice has been my go to for dinner. I order from them about once a week, the food is always hot, drivers are fast and courteous, young ladies who answer the phone are polite.I usually get the spaghetti and meatballs, or chicken fingers platter with slice of cake... all are Excellent.Funny though I didnt care for the pizza much!I guess the spaghetti spoiled me!! Im afraid too many people forget people who work in food service are human also, and might make a mistake. If a forgotten item is the worst thing to happen in your life today, count your blessings people.Thank you guys for the great service!
I decided to try this place tonight, I place my order online and I never received my order. So my first impression of this place is Bad! I’ll always remember this place for that only. It’s best to stick to places that have their systems in check and on point.
The food isn’t good enough for the service to be equally as bad. We waited 3 hours and 15 minutes for a pizza. Why? The driver’s car broke down. Don’t care. Anyone who had an ounce of business sense would have given us maybe a free appetizer? But no. They flat out refused and instead delivered a cold greasy pizza and tasteless sides. Very happy with the Greek salad! Most places give you 2-3 peppers, 2-3 olives, etc. Not here! The breaded mushrooms were also great!
The food is pretty much overpriced garbage. Save your money steer clear. Definitely do not get anything fried. Also do not serve a Greek salad unless it’s actually a Greek salad.
I should have read the reviews. My sisters and I looked online and called to place an order. The pricing was different and I called to clarify. The female manager working was a complete and utterly disgusting human being. She called me names and hung up on me when I asked to speak to someone. AVOID THIS TRASHY ESTABLISHMENT!!!
This was the worst pizza I ever had in my entire life! It was so bad I only had one slice and threw the rest of the pizza away and then got food poisoning. The owner should be ashamed and should cover the pizza in holy water before serving it to someone.

Ordered a bacon pepperoni pizza. Got there. No pepperoni. Asked them to hook me up with topping no problem, I can wait. Pizza came out. Burnt with 8 pieces of pepperoni. Really bad. Waste of 10 bucks. Little Ceases would of been a huge upgrade. Just really low grade burnt pizza with no toppings. A very small large pizza too. The worse slice in holiday...
The pizza at The Loaded Slice is so good! I was really impressed the first time we ordered it. And surprised honestly, because driving by, you might not even notice this little restaurant, attached to the convenient store. But weve had it dozens of times now and its always great! I love their White Pizza and I add fresh tomato & oregano. My husband loves the classic Pepperoni. They have lots of other items on the menu as well, but we love the pizza, so we havent got around to trying much else yet. Enjoy!
Great food and good delivery time! Other reviews had us a little worried but everything was perfect! Chicken tenders and fries are crispy, fries are great. Good ranch. Calzone was perfect and everything was delivered nice and hot.
I Was running late and figure I would try this place and it was a mistake, the pizza was so bland and tasted like cardboard. I took 3 bites and through the whole thing in the garbage Where it belonged. Waste of money. Angelos is up the street better off going there.
I think this place is a little emotionally attached with their sauces and dressing.Wings were bone dry sitting in a tiny pool of orange spotted oil and about a teaspoon of sauce in the corner under 1 wingthat says to me you don’t shake the oil off well after the fryer or you don’t toss them in sauce after to blend in with the oil.You’d think being so bland you’d give a side of buffalo to dip it yourself, but nope.. you give 1 small container of ranch or blue cheese to try and get through 10 flavorless dry wings and a side of celery.The ranch is thicker than I expected so it worked for the salad.But those wings.. good quality chicken, but come on... I was regretting not knowing about the garlic knots that came with to pour the garlic butter on them— it was that bad..

This is what happens when one man gets slammed by to many orders in a short period of time. The trick is getting your order in outside of the dinner rush. If you can make plans to time your order you will be very pleased. I have worked as a chef and I know what it is like to run a 1-2 man show when you have up to 15-20 orders at one time, quality will lessen. I give the cook here credit for doing the job he does under that kind of pressure and time brackets.If you do order within the dinner rush you should be patient. Perhaps even considering the cook to get caught up on tickets to take care of your order. There is a cardinal rule about those who prepare your food. The more pushy and rude you become the lower quality your food goes out.The golden rule is Tip your counter lady, and ask her how busy they are at the time. If they have more than 10 orders in at one time I would suggest asking if they can work 10 tickets at a time. Yes time is going to go up, but so does quality. The reality of having a skeleton crew in a kitchen is just that. It is a small place that has a dining room inside. Take that in consideration too. Got a flyer on my mailbox. and looked at reviews to see if it was worth ordering as i like to stay local and it said NY style pizza on flyer. looking at the pictures posted by other guests this looks more like dominoes pizza and nothing like a NY slice? so kind of confused. Was thinking about ordering but will stick with Slice of heaven.

Placed an order for a special with large pizza including 10 wings and a 2 liter of Sprite along with a baked ziti dinner. I am speechless. The ziti is good and garlic knots are good as well the salad has unripe veggies. But the wings seemed to have no flavor for ordering medium ones and never even received my 2 liter of Sprite. The pizza was completely crushed into one side of the box and doesnt look very fresh. I really wanted this place to match up to the other good reviews but I dont think Ill be able to order again from them due to this. Very disappointing. Spent $33.01 gave $40 to driver and let him keep the change...side note the receipt said paid and the driver still took my cash instead of just telling me its already paid. Edit **Want to add that I called to ask for a refund from the manager, they dont allow them. They would only do up another pizza and send it to me but Id rather have my money back to spend it at a place that will give a professional service right the first time. I STRONGLY advise anyone who is going to order here to take this review in to consideration so you dont lose your money like I did. Extremely disappointed.
Have ordered from here before and never had issues till tonight. Ordered chicken finger meal with side salad 2 extra ranch. I told the lady when I ordered make sure the chicken was NOT overcooked and crunchy. I got my meal, salad was good, they made the chicken super hard, over cooked and crunchy and no fries that should have came with the meal. When I called, the lady kept interuping me, tried telling me I did not order a meal when I did have have 2 other people in my house that heard me. The lady said if you want fries you have to order $10 worth of food. Are you Freaking kidding me, this is YOUR MESS UP NOT MINE. Guess what, no fries, you are not getting any more of my money and I will NEVER order from you again. Taking peoples money like this and not good service at all. New edit 11/1/21***Wife ordered food for Halloween and they were very quick. Food is still good. It wont go to a 5 star yet but Im glad to see things improving. ***Ordered food at 822pm and was told 45 mins. At 919pm driver pulls up to my house, looks in the back seat and then leaves. I have to call to find out whats going on as I was only watching on cameras for him to come to the door. They stated he forgot the garlic knots so he went to get them. Fast forward to 945 still no pizza and I had to call again. At first I was told manager not available, then someone gets on and tells me they have been busy since 4pm. Ok o get that but driver could have left pizzas and returned with garlics knots, or could have came to the door and explained what happened and offered the pizzas and credited the garlic knots. Poor customer service and it really irks me because they have good food. Sadly I will never order from again.

Honestly this place is the best. Their cheese pizza is the best. And their garlic parmesan wings are banging. I used to live in holiday and I wish I would of visited this place more . Ordered one pizza and a side of onion rings. It took an hour and 15 minutes (if not more) to get here. When I called to get an update I was told that they THINK the driver is on his way? So by the time we finally got it, the pizza was sort of warm? And the onion rings had congealed together in a ball of batter. After pulling them apart and reheating them, they were just mush. The pizza tasted good (after also having to reheat) but the wait time and the temperature was not worth it. 😔
Cheeseburger is not made with real beef probably frozen patties hence the reason when I asked if they need to know how I wanted it cooked she told me it only comes well done. And chicken wings were not fully cooked. Fries were soggy. Disgusting. Will never eat again.
Absolutely terrible service, even if they were 10 minutes till close, they should not advertise as open if they are not serving any food. Expected if the restaurant is advertised as open you would think you could still place an order. Extremely rude staff when food was requested, will never be back after this experience. Should not have a time your open later than your gona be serving any food....
I would not recommend this place to anyone ever. I ordered a sandwich and requested something different. The business owner came out from the kitchen and started yelling at me. He said he doesnt care about customers. He didnt even ask if I was going to pay for the additional order, he assumed I was not. He also didnt ask any questions. He just came out yelling. The bread was dry and the sauce was too sweet.
The pizza was fine but I ordered garlic knots and they were burnt .. they have no resemblance of the picture you guys have posted.. I told the lady on the phone and she said she was gonna have them send another one and I said okay thats fine.. when the delivery driver got here, he asked me to look at it to make sure it was okay, so I.did and it looked fine but when I got inside I picked one up and the other side was hard as a rock, and very dark just like the first batch.. the customer service was fine.. the lady on the phone was nice and the delivery driver was nice but the garlic knots were not.. Im not saying I wont eat there anymore because of this, because I actually liked the pizza, but I dont see how you can mess up on an order twice.
We left Brooklands Best Pizza because of nasty attitudes and a problem with our order with no resolution. Came ordered Cheese Lovers fries and other things. GREAT FOOD GREAT DELIVERY SERVICE. We then came in to eat. SONYA WAS AWESOME ALONG WITH THE FOOD. This place has a store beer cogs everything, and food they will deliver. We found a cool new joint
Yea my Itialian Sub that I ordered from here some months back was definaetly loaded with something and I completely forgot to leave a review about that incident so here we go. I had toast for breakfast late that morning, worked all day and had a granola and water only, 9:30 I eat an Itialian Sub from here and crash about 10:30 -11:00, wake up at 3:00 a.m. feeling very bad and it began for 4 days. The only reason that I ordered from you again was because Slice of Heaven was closed since it was a Monday. Yes a report was filed with the health department. Last year in fact and one of the last times I ordered from here the delivery girl came to my house without my food? You cant make up such a thing, I dare you to try! My incident was from somebody not washing their hands and you can never have an excuse for that.
I always get a calzone or wings from here. I think their website could use some work but the food is consistently great. Sometimes it takes a while to show up, other times Ive had my order arrive 20 minutes after ordering, just depends on the day of the week. Always have had friendly delivery drivers as well.
I ordered two days ago the food was disgusting. I waited over an hour for my food and when it got here it was cold, soggy and overall plain. The marinara tasted stale and some of my pasta was burnt on the edges. The actual noodles not the sauce or cheese. Whoever was on the phone was dismissive and had no personality, rude if i had to describe her. I saw them online and thought i would give them a chance. Today i came on here to leave a review and saw that maybe i should have done some research about them first. I will not be coming back as I now know they are a dirty establishment with poor management and people skills. Wouldnt recommend you waste your money here. the food was sub-par.

They dont give the food that you pay for, and then will not return to you the money that they have taken and not provided what you had ordered. Also the pizza was horrible. Dont not eat here they are crooks and the food is not good...When I called back they girl on the phone did not apologize. Instead she laughed as if it was funny. The right thing would have been to give the money that they took with out providing a service. THE SERVICE AND FOOD AT THIS PLACE ARE BOTH HORRIBLE!!!!!!
We order out from here pretty regularly - at least once a week. Delivery time is average (30-60 min), so we always pick up (10 min). The pizzas are usually really good. The pasta dishes are great. Amazing garlic knots.
We have ordered from here several times before and we obviously love their pizza. Last night I ordered a large white pizza and large veggie lovers. The white pizza was very good, but I was disappointed in the veggie pizza. For $14.99, the toppings were very skimpy and no tomatoes which is my favorite part! I’m sure we will order from here again, but I won’t ever get the veggie lovers. Not worth the price.

My family and I were looking for a place to eat after my sons baseball game. My brother (who is in the military) literally just came into town after traveling hours upon hours from Japan. We had about 10 people with us and wanted to eat some pizza and hang out. This place wasnt our first choice, but we were all hungry and it was close by. We came in a little after 9pm and it closed at 11pm. So the hostess sits us down and shortly after this guy comes out from the back looks at us with a nasty look and mouths what the f$%# to her. My whole family got up and left. We did not want someone like that touching our food and the business did not deserve our money. Very rude.

First time trying it, figured id give it a chance they had left a flyer on my door. Plus there’s no good pizza over by me and me and my son were in the mood for pizza. Big mistake! I too of the pizza being cold, it was grossly greasy. The cheese is that’s what you want to call it crumbled off it didn’t even stretch. Highly disappointed as it was a waste of money and I’m not going to let my son eat it.
I freakin love this place my hubby n I order from quite often. The calzones r awesome, ya on a busy night it may take 45min to 1.5 hour but the food is totally worth the wait. My hubby normally gets the gyro which he loves, he took a chance last time and ordered the calamari (he was nervous because it is a small restaurant) he has been in America for 6 years and he said I havent had calamari that good since I left ireland.

We ordered pizza from there in which they said it would be an hour. An hour and 35mins later we received the pizzas, both the wrong type, burnt and cold to the touch. Called back immediately upon the driver leaving and spoke with a lady who identified herself as the manager. She refused to refund us our money. She then stated she was the owners daughter and that they would say the same that there is no refund on a cold, wrongly made, 40min late pizza. I promise I will never order from this place again. I would encourage others not to eat there either.

I absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Have never been diasapointed with anything I have ordered. Today I had the chicken parmesan sub. It was so very good!!! The food is always delicious and plentiful. Free refills on soda. And very friendly service.Last Sunday after church a group of us went there for lunch. I ordered the spaghetti and meat sauce. This is the photo. Then asked for it with mozzarella melted on the top. It was so good! When you order a dinner you get an entree, a salad and garlic knots for 1 price. The food is delicious, and you cant beat the prices.
So my son and I like the store beside the restaurant so we decided to go in for dinner. We were the only table there. We were met at the door by our server. She took our drink order. The phone rang and she answered it,taking an order.4 workers came from the back and was listening to her take an order. Roughly 10 minutes later still on the phone I said to my son they should have someone get our drinks instead of listening to the phone call. They heard me and commented that they were all drivers. I thought drivers took delivery calls. Needless to say we got up and left. We rode our bicycles because we live very close. As we were leaving one of the workers yelled out the door at. Implying that we couldnt afford a car and didnt deserve prompt, courteous service. It was a driver with the pony boy comb over haircut. Never again. I apologized to my son for their actions and statements
The website interface caused me to place an order inacurrauatly. I was oblivious to this until I received my delivery. I called the store with my concern and they where courteous. They promptly offered a new pizza and it was fresh from the oven upon my arrival.
Im from new York and this place is actually very good. I hate not being able to get individual slices but I know its a Florida thing when hours are slow. I could however do without the guy with an attitude staring you down from behind the convenience counter, but the girl on the pizza side was pleasant and helpful.
O.k. pizza. Not even close to how excellent the pizza at slice of heaven is!! So much better at slice of heaven. Manager at the loaded slice is just rude and needs to learn how to be a manager.
Worst pizza ever!!! You are better off ordering from dominos. At least your pizza will be delivered hot and they wont charge you for such chewy soggy microwaved pizza. I forgot greasy. They also have poor customer service and they do not want to hear complaints, because they are family owned. Heard good things about the place. Thought Id give it a try. But I dont care how good their food is if it takes 2+ hours to arrive ice cold. I highly recommend if the tell you their busy its gonna be about an hour for delivery either double that or order from some place else. Wont be ordering from them again. Oh by the way I threw the food away. My dog didnt even want it and shell usually eat just about anything

Great crust, great sauce and cheese also basted crust is tasty, side order meatballs are good premade meatballs, sauce is very good would recommend this place to anyone, server is very nice atmosphere is quaint and clean for a hole in the wall.

I have been going to this place with my boyfriend since September last year when we moved to a new place nearby. The staff is pretty friendly and treat you like family. We found out that a friend of ours works in the kitchen making the pizza pies and he is a phenomenal chef! Great pizza no matter where he goes! Bathrooms are always clean, store and restaurant are both clean as well. Restaurants hosts/hostesses are always friendly and attentive. Chicken tenders are SOOOOO good as well as the garlic knots! As always, I will return!
Took them near two hours to get the pizza to us, and we live literally down the road. We even called about an hour in because we thought maybe we didnt actually order, but she said it was out for delivery. Another hour later, we were VERY confused. As for the pizza, it was about as cold as youd expect a two hour old pizza to be. It was not even close to worth the wait, it was just dough and cheese and grease. No actual flavor, just plain. Should have listened to all the bad reviews, stick to Dominos (as much as I prefer to support local).
Always great service. I moved from Holiday and was worried they wouldnt deliver where Im at, but they do!! Turkey subs are absolutely delicious and beer delivery couldnt be sweeter. Thank you guys!
My whole family was so hungry so we decided to order from here because they had fastest delivery. We ordered xl pizza with 4 toppings, what we got was greasy s@it full of cheese. I dont know what happened to that pizza but size of tomato was about 1/8 inch. Whole pizza goes to garbage, because it was disgusting to eat.

Ordered for pick up.The calimari is good- but is soggy.Chicken tenders are good but to me a weird taste. Fries-good but soggy as well.Cheese cake is quite a small slice for almost $4. 😞 i was expecting a little bigger slice.The food has an overall good taste, but is soggy.Even if the order sat for a short time(not an hour) it would have been soggy from the start, the fries were undercooked soggy not sat out soggy. One of my favorite pizza places!!!!! One of the things i like about this place is that they dont just serve you plain crust but they flavor it with garlic. Not only do they add garlic to the crust but the portion sizes are great ( I guess when they said the LOADED slice they really meant it lol). The cheese is so savory it makes me want to eat the whole thing!!! I recommend the white sauce pizza if you like white sauce by far the best I have had!!!

Decided to try delivery for the first time and was immediately disappointed. I modified my ordered (which was confirmed twice over the phone) and it was delivered with everything I didn’t want. Also, buffalo chicken wraps are normally known for the chicken to be cooked and hot; their chicken is ice cold. Fair warning.
Sometimes a 5 star sometimes a 3 star, So I ordered from this place every few months, I have received amazing service and the food is amazing, the burger is killer and the the subs are great, but the pizza is my favorate. Tonight my pizza was light on toppings, it was covered in airpockets, the dough had not raised so it tasted like burned dough, it was not what this pizza lover wanted, but I cant wait to try the next one. and I ordered some cheese sticks for friends and the marinara was clearly watered down to 30% . We will see how the next order goes. I will always support the staff, Im sure tonight was a bad night, I must say they were busy and it was a Friday night. But I love pizza, and quality ingredients and they serve both fantastically.
Ok so I decided to get a large cheese pie for my kids thought it was a good deal 7.99$ carryout so my daughter comes home and there is basically no cheese on this pizza no sauce really it was not even right. my poor son was hungry and I didnt have much cash to buy something else so I just let him eat wasnt going back it was raining .please if u have deals Please value them and prepare them correctly sad .

Tenders where great not home made but not cheap tasting! Girl on phone was dope and suggested some garlic cheese bread. The garlic cheese bread where a little strong on the garlic and not 100% properly good but it passed ✊🏻🅱️💯
Would never order again. Took an hour and 15 minutes to deliver we are across from you. Even driver hung on me for directions. Food was cold and burnt.
Awsome gyro sandwich. Tender savory meat with wonderful sauce. Large amount of food for the price.
Tried the garlic parm wings. They were not very crispy on their edges which I understand some people dont like. However it seemed like more of an olive oil and Italian seasoning mix on the wings. Very oily and till I looked in the bottom didnt see any minced garlic. Even then very little. Also the tenders and fries are not bad but very thin chicken cuts and for the price not that appealing. I will be fair tho this is my only visit, I plan on giving it another shot on other foods.

My husband and i decided to try the food here for the first time yesterday. We asked for delivery and were told that it would be 45 minutes. After a little over an hour i called to see what was going on. The girl on the phone said that the driver had left ten minutes before. Ok fine after almost1 hour and a half he finally arrived with the food. I asked him what took so long at first he didnt answer, then proceeded in a very nasty tone that they always tell you that it can take up to45 minutes to an hour. My husband got upset with him for being disrespectful to me. They had words and he got very belligerent with my husband, yelling and also flipping him off. We have lived here for over 30 years. We hardly ever complain about anything, as we have both previously worked in the food industry. It is very sad to see someone that represents someones business this way. We know alot of people in the area and are very sorry, but we cant in all honesty tell anyone to do business with you. Never again.
Ive never dined in, but delivery has always been on point, and the food is amazing! Killer pizza, tastey wings!Only place I order from anymore. :)
The owners children r out of control when hes not there. Spend over $20 a day. 2 and a half gours to get dalad 2 blocks awzy mato coulsnt eat. Today his son had attitude threw money at me still picking change from yard. Kost my business but my office bldg as well
Every aspect of my one time of dealing with this business was absolutely awful. The girl on the phone that took my order was extremely rude and talked down to me, like I answered phones for a living or something.The delivery showed up after an hour and 15 minutes. Google said I lived less than 10 minutes away and all I ordered was 1 pizza.The delivery guy sounded like death as he coughed into my open doorway without covering his mouth. He also cracked a joke about my dog being overweight. The irony was he was standing outside, and his bulbous gut was in my living room.Lastly, the pizza absolutely disgusting. I odered their cheeseburger pizza and I guess its my fault for not reading the menu. But most places just do maybe a drizzle of thousand island dressing on the top of the pie. They SLATHERED the whole pizza with their own heavily mayonaise based version. Who does that!? How are you supposed to reheat the hot mayonaise pizza too? Yuck. Just no.Sorry for the long review, but Ive ate and worked around more than my fair share of pizza. This was my absolute worst exerience ever. Operating like this, I dont see them being around much longer though.EDIT: TO WHOMEVER RESPONDED, it was a weekday, at lunch. No excuses. I have worked in hospitality for years. I will repeat myself so thatIT hopefully resonates with you, EVERY SINGLE ASPECT OF MY EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR SERVICE WAS AWFUL! Rather than apologizing or offering to make it better (like you should in hospitality) you make excuses. Best of luck with that approach jerkoff.
Just ordered 3 gyros and order of fried mushrooms and jalapeño poppers.What i received was soggy mushrooms mashed together. The gyros were old and seemed to be reheated, the fries were soggy and cold. We called for a refund and for them to pick up their food or we could drop it off. They informed we would not be getting a refund but would have the owner call us back. We never received a call back.Im paying more pictures so toy can see the poor quality of food. Steer clear of this establishment!
BIG DISAPPOINTMENT in all aspects of a pizza shop, I must add if you like - dirty surroundings, mouthy workers @ FILTHY MOUTHED OWNERS,OVER-PRICED CRAPPY FOOD, GO 4 IT ¡ ! One of the post above, your right it will be boarded up within a year.Careful if you do DARE order food there if MALE OWNER/MANG. IS THERE @ ask him to wash his hands, He was handling his sausage then went back in kitchen, ENUFF SAID.
By far the best pizza around! The employees are always cheerful and willing to go that extra mile to make you feel at home!

Ordered a salad that was 6.99 and it was the size that could feed a LITTLE BABY..they either need to make the salads bigger for 6.99 or lower the price this is ridiculous that a salad u charge so much for is so small smh.I will never ever get another salad from here again.it didnt even have enough toppings to make it worth it..
Pizza was good but they charged me 60 cents for tap water and the gratuity was added in at 20 %. Thought they only did that at fine dining. So I probably won’t go back unless I take out.

Bad food bad customer service. You cant even make a complaint because they dont apologize and try to make it right they dont know how to deal with customers at all. I am 90 percent positive they wont be open in a year from now unless they fix their customer service and the nasty wings. They are so incredibly soggy and when I said something the response was, well everyone else likes them. Which is so untrue as I have heard others complaining about them as well. Their garlic knots are inconsistent and nasty. Look at their Facebook reviews, all they do when someone complains is tell them how wrong they are instead of apologizing and correcting the situation. If you have this many people saying the wings are nasty it means its time to fix them. Also they have been open long enough now to where their customer service skills should be better than this. I will never ever return here again.
