FABULOUS!The owners are AMAZING!I got a wonderful deal on a New Triumph!They hooked me up with the Inspiration Guide, 1 year of Free sewing classes online, the rolling luggage cart and helped me pick out a set of 7 additional feet and 2 fabric guide and a few other feet!They made sure I was comfortable with my machine before I left and I was confident enough once home to Thread her up and make a few things using the 4 thread overlock!LOVE A A White!!!Best Dealer Ever!!!
I have an embroidery/sewing machine that I was having problems with. I took my machine to A & A White Sewing Center for service. I cant say enough how great my experience was. Mike was able to quickly determine the problem and had it fixed in no time. I was able to participate in my zoom class thanks to his expertise. Thanks again A &A! Youre the best!
I need to tell other customers and friends that this sewing store is fabulous. My local quilt store closed and I searched for awhile to find one that would fit my needs. Mike and Sherrie take the best care of all my 8 machines. They will help with projects. Will help find and order if they are able anything you need to make what you are creating a success. Please don’t let one person ruin a Great experience.
Staff is always helpful and supportive! I have purchased two sewing machines from A&A White and Mike keeps them working to perfection. If you need service on your machine he is quick reliable and helpful with advice on what you are doing that could cause a problem. Store is clean and bright with new fabric coming in regularly and awesome on-line classes.I am very thankful that we have such a great quilt store available locally!
I have tried this place twice. Both times the staff was rude and not helpful. Last time I went in and asked for help with a part for a Singer and was treated like the scourge if the earth, yet their website says they service all brands. Will not be back until the sell out and someone new buys the store. Sorry not everyone can afford high end expensive machines.
Sherrie and Mike are AMAZING! They have been an amazing source of support for the Pace Center for Girls in Pasco County, and we are grateful for all theyve done for our girls and our great community. Very caring, kind hearted and talented people. We are blessed to know them.
The store keeps irregular business hours, and closes for weeks at a time. I want to see people in person in case I have questions, not order online and wait for items.
Brought my machine in for repair. I didnt catch the mans name, but he was totally honest and up front with me about my machine. I appreciate his honesty and will definitely go back in the future for repair/service needs.

I had to stop sewing today to write this review! I paused my stitching multiple times in the last half hour to check my thread; my machine was too quiet and too smooth- surely a thread must have broken or the bobbin needed to be refreshed. Nope- my machine is just working exactly as it was designed!!!! Even the pedal seems more responsive when previously it seemed to be either thinking about energizing the machine with a it’s low hum or it was sprinting off uncontrollably. I am so pleased with the service I received here this week. I have an older Brother XL 3750 and have not been sewing very long. Fighting a hobbled machine the last few months was a confidence buster but with my refreshed and tuned up machine, I feel a renewed confidence to finish my project. Thank you for a job well done!!
Just when 2020 seem to be a nightmare, I found A&A White Sewing Center, I Love all the virtual classes, I have learned so much with Sherrie, her knowledge and her ability to teach is appreciated. Mike has always shipped all my class supplies out in time for all my classes.Hopefully one day I will be able to visit Florida.

2020 has been a horrible year. But in the middle of this pandemic, I found Sherri and Mike. I have loved taking virtual classes with Sherrie! I have learned so much. Mike has gotten my orders out quickly and promptly. I once was short one item, and he sent it out immediately. Cant wait for the pandemic to be over. Im heading to Florida for an in-person visit.
I went there yesterday to get a bean bag chair repaired, and the woman was so friendly. It only took her 2 min to repair this tiny little hole it had and so she did it for free and was so sweet and helpful throughout the entire transaction!!! Very courteous, very friendly, and she did an amazing job on the repair. I can promise you with every job that I might need something sewn or repaired within her job description, she has my business for life, thank you!!😊😊
Have you ever experienced frustration with your sewing machine? Have you got so excited to embroider some beautiful pattern you just bought? I have. I’ve had a problem with embroidering since I purchased my machine(almost a year ago). I’ve been told over and over that it’s me, it’s the thread I’m using, or my machine is set to fast. I began to believe it until I talked with Mike. He understood what I was talking about, and able to say my next words before I could. He just knew. He stated he was 99% positive of what the issue was. Like many sewist or quilters, we hate to take our machines into the shop because we don’t want to be without it. Well, I brought mine in to A&A White Sewing Center to Mike. He opened it up and was 100% accurate on the issue. He was able to fix it and with a smile on his face. I stated to him that I was also having issues doing decorative stitches. He took the time to - what I call- calibrate it. Once he showed me what my machine was doing compared to what it should be doing, I was able to make decorative stitches that I have never been able to do. Turns out it was never me to begin with and anything I did would not have fixed this issue. Only a man with a heart of gold and fabulous customer service could fix this and after being home for a few days I have not had a single “bird nesting” issue with embroidering. I cannot recommend Mike at A&A White Sewing Center enough! Any issues I ever have, I will be back to him. He has made my sewing more enjoyable and fun again. Thank you Mike for going above and beyond for your customers and with the biggest smile!
Very rude and unhelpful. Was waiting at register for 10 min. Had to search for employee. When I finally found him, he was agitated that I bothered him while he was reparing someone elses machine. Then just blew my questions off because he didnt want to help. Dont go there if you like customer service

Brought over all my T-shirt’s/jackets from my high school and college sports teams/clubs to get a quilt made from it all. (Every single piece of material was different with all different sizes) It turned out absolutely wonderful! Every single piece was used and colors were coordinated nicely. They even used the scrap pieces to make dog and cat quilts for the ASPCA. Couldn’t be more happy about it!

I love this place! I get my embroidery done here for my shirts and I love going in and taking a look at all of their machines! They have really fun classes and the atmosphere is just amazing!
Really nice expierence. They seem to know what they are talking about and were helpful. I knew what I wanted and what I was coming for but the still ensured any questions were answered. I felt like I got a great deal on the machine and have really interesting designs.

Took my machine here and the guy told me it would cost 100-200 to fix, I brought it home and fiddled with it, turns out it was just the wrong size bobbingEdit: I first called them and a nice woman answered and told me to bring it up, said that if it was simple she would help me (I would have tipped of course). When I got there the technician fiddled with it instead and Im sorry but I suspect he knew it was the bobbin size (I had a few different bobbins he even laughed wont work). He also seemed rude, wasnt warm but made fun of me and my 90 year old neighbor..
Sherrie and Mike are professional, yet warm and welcoming. I felt like I entered their home. They are more than happy to answer questions, explain things to you, just very accommodating. There were numerous fabrics I have not seen elsewhere. So refreshing these days - thanks Sherrie and Mike. See you soon :-)
Great place to go for quilting supplies, fabric, and everything else you need. Sherrie teaches the classes and does a great job. The classes are Kimberbell, Anita Good, sewing, embroidery and server. Mike does the best repairs on all brands of machines as well as scissor sharpening.
I just had a great class with Sherrie on how to use my Brother Nouvelle. I was gifted this machine and really did not know how to use it and she was sew awesome. Thank you Shirley. I cant wait to get home and sew all day!

As a small business owner I walked in their location expecting to see old school sewing machines, products, etc. However, that was not the case. Their studio was amazing With all up-to-date equipment & products! The owners were also extremely knowledgeable in their industry and very professional . I look forward to doing business with them in the future for all my embroidery needs.
Just got my quilt back from A&A White— they did an awesome job using the long arm machine. Professionally done and finished in a timely manner. Have had several other pieces done on their long arm machine and have never been disappointed! I will continue to have my quilts finished on the long arm by A&A White! People are very nasty to you. They are not help full I will never shop with them. Learn to treat people better they are keeping your doors open. This very disgustingly rude nasty people.

We use an older pfaff sewing machine that has been tinkered with over the years. Mike saved our sewing schedule with an emergency timing adjustment! Thank you Mike for fitting us in on short notice and doing a great job!
The shop is small but well stocked and the staff are very professional and helpful. The service after the sale has been phenomenal and they have been willing to go above and beyond to help me learn about my new machine. The hands-on training they provide has been wonderful. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone for any kind of sewing needs. They know their stuff, plus, they do alterations!
This place is beyond amazing, the people are super respectful and kind, and took perfect care of my pants. I came in right before they closed and they still took me in and got me out of there in a heartbeat and the work they do is great. Would of given more than five stars if i could lol.

Technecian very unprofessional, rude condescending. Refused to service my 2month old Brother machine. He wouldnt listen, talked over me. Ill never go there again! I would advise everyone not to bring the machines to be serviced there. I took my machine to the service center on 52, wonderful man went above and beyond to help me.This is in response to the response from the owner. I did have the receipt showing that the machine was only 2 month old and still under manufacturer warranty. I told you that. You being an authorized dealer should have also known that. The warranty as I told you was for when then manufacture warranty was up. You were rude, spoke over me when I tried to explain what was what. Then in the middle of me explaining you kept saying thank you and good bye!! If you had any question about it you should have called Brother and you would have found that the machine was registered with them and under their warranty. But instead you shut me down and wouldnt listen. The only reason the other warranty was with the receipt was so that I wouldnt lose it. Im done with you and I will not refer anyone there because of you! The ladies are all very sweet. This is no reflection on them!

Worst experience with this unprofessional establishment. Prices on sewing machines are marked WAY up! None of the prices are displayed. Mike the owner had to keep going back behind the counter to give us the price. When we asked about the luggage, Mike told us it would cost us an additional $500!! We found out that the luggage is included from the Brother promotion with the purchase of a sewing machine. He tried to package up the display model and sell it as a new machine. We asked him to order us a new one. Mike did not refund us our $200 cash deposit even after we contacted him within the week of wanting to cancel our order. Mike never told us the sale was final and nothing was displayed in the store stating that. PLEASE do your research!! There are so many places you can buy a new machine that are honest and caring. For anyone getting their machine serviced by this man, do not trust him!

I won a Verve Baby Lock through the West Pasco Quilt Guild quilt show last week and when I went to pick it up I was given a class on how to use the machine!! How sweet of the proprietors to give me instructions!!

No stars! I dropped off a cover to have zipper repaired on a Saturday . Monday morning They called me and told me that they can’t repair the zipper and that it will probably need to be replaced . No problem. They said they would call me back and let me know. No word tues and wed so I call we’d and the lady had no idea what I was talking about, so I said I will send an email. Email sent no reply. Thur I call and ask if they are replacing the zipper. Mike says he Sent the lady a message and no word yet. 15 minutes later I get a phone call and the lady says I can come pick up my cover. I say “great did you repair or replace?” She says neither. I was a bit confused but figured they didn’t want to mess with it so I said, Ok fine, I’ll pick it up Friday.Friday I go to pick up my cover and mike says “she fixed the zipper “ . I said wow she told me she wasn’t able/going to. I look at the cover and the zipper ISNT fixed! Mike said she fixed the other zipper. I said that zipper did not need fixed! He said it did. I said it’s pretty clear the zipper that needs to be fixed is the one that is gapped apart and won’t close. I told him I’m not paying. I took my cover and started to walk out. He took my plastic bag and aggressively threw it at me and said” take your bag”. I threw it right back and said “ don’t you dare throw anything at me” . He started to follow me out the door. I asked “what is wrong with you guys??”Mike is RUDE and doesn’t give ANY update or details. The ladies are fine, but MiKe has an attitude
