I always bring my kids here for ice cream and they love it! That is where its at for me.They also have a delicious cakes for sale that tempt me!

Pretty upset. Waited 40 minutes for an uber order for ice cream and the drivers were in the parking lot within minutes of me ordering so I know its not the drivers. Not sure what happened. My best guess is out of stock? But uber eats says if an item is out of stock the merchant will contact me so I can choose a new item. No one contacted me and after 40 minutes my order was canceled without anyone letting me know why. And yes, my phone number is correct on my order. I couldve ordered from other places and actually gotten what I wanted but now its late, so that sucks for me I guess.

Horrible. Clerk made sundaes terrible. Scraped hot fudge out of bucket, had no whipped cream. Absolutely rotten

This store should be shut down immediately. Im a part time Uber eats driver and I had to cancel 4 customers orders because they were short items they didnt have on all the orders. Do not go to that location. They deserve 0 stars.

Umm for one yall are gonna have to start paying gas money or free coffee to the people who wait over ten minutes with only three car in the drive thru ..... Oh and did I mention there was five employees in there four of which were just cleaning up because they wanted to go home leaving one guy to deal with the whole drive through and make orders.... Props to the one guy running the window and making the orders but everyone else needs to learn when theres customers in the Drive-Thru you have to take care of them..

I go to this location almost everyday for my drinks I ordered through Uber eats tonight I ordered three double scoop Sundays one of them was completely missing the other two the ice cream was melted when I got here and both of them were the wrong ice cream flavors and there was no toppings whatsoever on my Sundays and my prepackaged Court of ice cream somebody had already decided to try it out for me and help themselves whether they used their hands or they used a spoon I dont know and nor do I care and Ive tried to call the establishment 12 times now and it just rings and rings and rings if I could give zero stars for this review I would absolutely unacceptable you dont send an order out like that at all you should get my money back plus some for the disgusting service that was given and to think I go there almost every day for my coffee and or my drink and this is what I get yuck hire some better health and then hangs up on you terrible terrible terrible service terrible service

My order was a complete disaster. We ordered through Uber Eats and we were missing more than half of it. No second scoop on the doubles, no toppings that we paid for, no utensils that we requested, no contact from the store to substitute a missing item, and they treated our Uber driver terribly. DO NOT order ice cream or anything from here unless they get a new team. It was abysmal.

Slowest staff, be prepared to wait, staff openly talks nasty about the drive thru customers in front of customers in the lobby, don’t waste your money at this location.

Ive been here twice and for the last time. Rude employees, they never have the ice cream wanted packed and get upset when they hand pack it and then dont fill it. Never again. Very poorly managed. Store didnt look clean. Would love to have a good store near us.

We orderd for curbside but there were no marked spaces and after wait for 10minutes my husband went in and our drinks were waiting in the walk in pickup area. At least they were made correctly, just not served correctly.

My favorite one of these, and believe me Ive been to a bunch. Good consistent and a weirdly likable set of staff. Big recommend

I was a little suspicious when I saw Google labeled this location 24 hour. When I arrived, the sign on the road was out and the inside lights looked off as well. It did have an Open sign in the window though. I was all set to get disappointed that I could not get drive thru ice cream at 12:30 am but I took a chance and went through the drive-thru.I was delighted when somebody came through on the speaker. I ordered the praline ice cream and lived happily ever after. Thank u Baskin-Robbins Holiday Location!

Ordered 2x from them on uber eats and both times they did not have what i wanted. have been calling them the last 4 days in a row to see if they have what i want before i put in another order and get rejected again…. but they don’t know how to answer a phone.

Love the ice cream. Service was slow. Too much talking and bs between employees and no sense of urgency on helping customers.

Ive been to this Baskin and Robbins 3 times!first time they did not had penut butter cups, 2nd no spoons or vanilla ice cream so they handed me forks, today I went they had no spoons.never coming back to this location and the lady at the window was rude.

The drive thru worker was awesome, I brought my kids with me and they was unsure on what they wanted and the worker listed every flavor in two different drinks. Then my kids again unsure what kind of donut they wanted so the worker listed about 15 or more kinds. Lets just say the worker went that extra mile to make us happy.

I ordered a 2 scoop sundae hot fudge there was barely any hot fudge on the Sundae and the ice cream scoops were the size of tiny Armour meatballs my son got a milkshake that was watered down and of course their prices went up

Your employees are entirely to lazy to read out the options of ice cream that you rotate and actually have available.Your new policy is to also refuse service unless I force what for me is a health hazard upon myself in the form of a mask.Nice considerations.

Every time I come to a Baskin Robbins they never have vanilla ice cream or strawberry ice cream. I stopped at 2 locations and its the same thing. I just ordered cookies and cream milk shake they dont have that either. After they just told me they did. Use guys are running a horrible operation. The employees arent anybetter either. Worst experience every ti.e. This is the last time I ever try to give Baskin Robbins my business.

Oh my goodness where to I start. The employees have masks on but pulled down on their chin, one employee was drinking his drink while preparing drinks for customers, had us drive around the side and wait for our drinks while the drive thru kept getting served and driving off. Why was it so hard to make 2 milkshakes? We waited for 15 mins. Unacceptable!!! Both shakes were flavored milk. Ill never return.

The cookies and cream is to die for.. Its a little pricey. But if youre looking for high quality ingredients and a clean establishment for the kids. Then this is the place to go. Great staff as well!

I went here tonight Fourth of July got one ice cream cone and two hot fudge sundaes the hot fudge sundaes did not have any hot fudge the scoops were less than half of a regular scoop and I couldn’t get anybody to answer the phone here. I have watched this Dunkin’ Donuts plummet and the help they have become more sketchier and sketchier.

Great service and ice cream. Location was clean and the servers allowed my daughters to taste different products. Good job.

They ran out of spoons... Lol.

Employees were smoking and cussing in the only outdoor eating area. Then they couldnt offer the flavor of the day in a mix in because their soft,serve machine was broke. That was the whole reason we came here.

This place rocks the greatest coffee around for the price, unless you like paying 20 dollars for a cup of coffee. Also the employees are great always have a smile on there face would recommend this place to anyone!

They dint have bigmacs but other than that great ice cream!

I went inside because the drive-thru was too long the girl at the counter was waiting on the gentleman and having casual conversation and then the conversation continued and continued and then he puts his coffee cup down on the counter and they continue to talk she sees Ive been standing there the whole time makes no effort to end the conversation or wait on me and then I going back to my car the Drive-Thru was empty and going through there I spoke to that person and I got the standard okay Ill tell her okay Ill tell her we all know how that works out

Went to get a banana split and the girl didnt know how to make one.... Forgot the peanuts and by the time she was done making it, my ice cream was mostly melted because she wanted to flirt with her coworker instead of provide customer service. Never going back to this location again. Me and hubby were not pleased at all. ):
