The most pleasant experience Ive had in a paint store. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and store manager went out of his way to accommodate my needs when a product was out of stock. Very clean store and good prices. If youre in need of quality paint I would highly recommend.

Went several miles out of my way hoping to get advice and personal service that is lacking in the big box stores. I was offered absolutely no help, they were out of the color swatches that I was looking for and they were only able to make one sample for me. I specifically went there because they are an authorized Ben Moore dealer. Ben Moore may want to reconsider this store to carry their brand! I did stop at Lowes on little road the next day and picked a couple of Olympic paint samples. Also got a fabulous lady who helped me and made suggestions based on the paint that I had already tried that didnt work. Will be buying Olympic paint from Lowes for sure!

They seem to know what theyre doing. I bought some Benjamin Moore alkyd enamel there and it was really good. I paint more often than most people and I had always shopped at a big box store before.

Been to this store twice - the first time I worked with someone that was amazing and very helpful but today, I received one of the worst customer service experiences over the phone from a young man - rude and condescending - so much that I am going to another Benj Moore seller to get my paint. Very sad the difference in service in under a year.
