Long Range is the place to go! Phenomenal customer service and they know what they are talking about. Set me up with my Mathews bow a couple years back and have had no complaints! From bows, gear, ammo, and firearms they are your one stop shop!

I recently got a used bow from a friend and needed to get it restrung. I walked in and could tell that they had a lot of work orders on bows. They told me it would take about a week to get to it and sure enough just over a week later it was ready. Very friendly staff helped me get it sighted in and gave some good recommendations on types of broadheads to use for my set up. Great place to go with very experienced staff that did a great job, all at a very fair cost!

Very helpful and friendly staff! I also want to point out, their only bad reviews are from people complaining about ammo prices, which is totally unfair because the price of ammo has gone up for everyone! They cant sell it for less than they bought it!

I have spent entirely way to much at this place, but yet it never seems like I have spent enough. If you are looking for a top notch bow shop, this is your place! I bought a real nice Mathews, and it was a fantastic experience. Since then, I have purchased several 2a toys, that I have had to smuggle in, when my wife was asleep. I go there at least twice a month, and you never know what they might have. They do a great job helping you, and even have a layaway program. Great family owned place!

Went in to buy a 300 win mag for a moose hunt in Newfoundland. They listened to all my needs and hooked me up with what I needed. From another family owned business company, it’s good to see another family doing what they love and doing it well!

Awesome store!! We started going here for archery stuff because my girlfriend wanted a recurve. We now have a recurve, a childrens hybrid and many accessories that go with them. They have an amazing firearms dept with very high quality brands and service. I send friends here whenever I can too!! Stop in, look around. Dont get lost!! Build and AR maybe!!

At the time of this post all firearms & ammunition are sold out due to the recent election. The rifle I wanted to purchase was not in stock when I initially visited however they said they would call me when they received another shipment. In just 2 weeks I received a call the shipment arrived and picked up that rifle. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and gave the impression they wanted to be there and help. You truly are doing yourself a disservice if you dont pay Long Range Archery a visit. Thank you again guys for all your help.

Just bought a takedown bow there, and just Wow. The bow tech there set up my bow, and hit me everything I needed. This is the very best service I have ever received, in my 30 years of serious bow hunting. They just earned a customer for as long as they are in business.

Overpriced ammunition among most of everything else. They have raised their prices with sudden demand. Im sure they will respond and say our cost raised but I believe that to be BS. Plenty of other retailers have maintained their pre COVID-19 prices. It pretty sad that a local business will prey upon their local customers in such times. I saw in a previous review how a representative responded that they are doing the right thing in regards to Covid-19. Well then do the right thing and dont overcharge your customers.

Walked in looking for a handgun staff was nice they were good on explaining couple questions I had on different handguns will go back to buy more

I’ve called multiple times and days with no answer at all. Today I physically drove there and the sign on the door says they are open at 10, so I waited and waited but they never opened. I’m astounded that with it being archery season the only place around to fix bows and sells archery equipment isn’t open. Seems like a huge oversight. Either way I’m disappointed I’ve been there before and I know the employees are knowledgeable but that doesn’t mean a thing if your never open.

I was looking for a hand gun and they Blatantly ignored me,but where happy to help everyone else. Terrible service.

Was recommended by friends to go see these guys for a new sight. Ended up with the Spott Hogg fast eddie 3 pin. They helped set everything up. They also timed and tuned my bow. While sight in Dustin recommended a 10” stabilizer and also said to possibly remove the grip to help with left and right accuracy. I did and I’m 1” groups now at 40 as I’m working back to 60 in the sighting in phase. I do not normally write reviews but these guys are top notch and know their stuff. I drove 2 hours to see them and will continue to make the trip for any archery and hunting needs

My wife went into Long Range Archery to buy me a bow for a surprise wedding present. She was very pleased with how nice everyone was and helped to make sure she picked out the right bow. I have been in a few times since then and everyone has been very helpful and pleasant. These guys know their stuff and have patience for guys like me that can be indecisive. I will definitely be back for all my archery needs.

Absolutely the best solution for your archery needs in the entire state of Michigan. Owned and operated by a very good family with a very talented staff. This past year I have had a very interesting hunting season already and it has created some unique demands from my supplier. They have continued to knock it out of the park every visit. I would not consider for a second buying an archery product or for that matter most hunting products anywhere else. I give them more than 5 Stars if it was a possibility.

Decided to try this place because they were on Groupon. Always wanted to learn archery and the package was $50 for one hour for 4 people, including rentals. Nice indoor setup. They hook you up with a universal bow ( may have gotten the name wrong there), which adjusts itself to the user via pulleys, perfect for beginners like us. (Regular rates seem to be $5 for half hour/ person or $7.50 for the full hour, bring your own bow.)Dylan was great at explaining how to use the bow and arrows + safety on the range. Overall, we had a pretty good time. We have hand me down bows and arrows at home but never used them, definitely want to try now though once the weather warms up. We would love to go back more often if it wasnt 1.5 hour drive from home for us, but at least we know where to go if we are in the area.They look like they have a pretty wide selection of archery equipment in stock, but I am no expert. I recommend stopping by in person. Staff were all super friendly and knowledgeable.Wear long sleeves. Before I got the hang of it my left arm kept getting lashed by the bow string on release.

I got a brand new Center point bow for Christmas and I just had to get it tuned. I went in and immidately they helped me figure out what I had to do and they helped my understand why it was necessary. They are very, very friendly and from now on that is where I am going to go for anything that has to do with my bow! I recommend it 100%!

So i walk in and was greated by 3 poeple in less than 1 min of arrive asking if they could help or show you where thing are. i got my bow i bought from them a year back fully upgraded with new equipment and the amazing sale person who work there was beyound helpful he was informated on everying i seem to want. He taught me new thing about bow accessories i didnt know existed that just made hunting life easy. He ended up being the store owner just amazing guy chatted with him for like 2hrs. His knowledge of bows left me wanting to keep bow hunting again.

Long Range Archery is a great place to get all things Archery, they even have a practice range. they will custom fit your bow when you buy it. they are extremely friendly and helpful! They also have on site instructors and even Kid activities.If youve ever wanted to learn about Bows they are a great place to start! They even let you test a bow before you buy it!

Very happy with my experience. Great service! I walked in with a new bare bow, sight, and rest that I needed setup, mounted, and tuned. Within a half hour I was in the range shooting. Unlike other shops Ive been to they did not give me a hard time for bringing in new gear that I hadnt bought from them. Instead they were happy to help me get setup and provided excellent customer service. Only thing I would have liked would be a paper tune and chrono speed test.

This shop is simply the best! They set my wife up with a great bow! Spent well over an hour with her shooting multiple bows. When she found the right one they tuned, tweaked, installed accessories and even gave her some shooting tips. The coffee was hot, and they even had some toys for the kids to play with while we shopped. Could not be happier. Almost forgot... their prices rival the on line giants. If your not from Holland drive here!

Ive been going here for several years. Theyre always friendly and eager to help. Most recently I had a bow string replaced last year and cable just this past week. Most of the work Ive had done was completed on the spot, unless parts needed to be ordered. Its nice having a professional shop in town. My only critique, is how busy they can be leading up to archery season... Good problem for them to have though.

My Mathews Reezen is shot frequently, used hard and put away wet and the service work it needs is always done well. I was in last week and my experience started out great. Large selection of Archery equipment for anyone to choose from. I started talking with Brandon? The military guy. Conversation started out good but soon into our conversation other local shops got brought up. The guy I was talking with just started bashing these other local shops. Ive been in business for a long time and I understand dealing with competition but to say the kinds of things he did is down right unprofessional and arrogant. I dont shop with businesses that find it ethical to bash people or other businesses whether they know them or not. I will not be back.

I have wanted to stop in here for a while, stopped in a couple of weeks ago after being to Cabelas to get some hunting gear - which was not in stock there, had planned on stopping in here for some arrows and to check it out. I got my arrows and was pleasantly surprised by the in store inventory, especially the Sitka gear. Will be back, staff was knowledgeable and friendly and the selection was good.

The firearms in the title is a little generous. Store does not sell used guns only new guns that any consumer can get anywhere else at lower prices.Now thats not abnormal as everyone needs to make money and judging from the reviews I expected great customer service which everyone is willing to pay a little bit more if there is great customer service.However while looking for the M lock version of the ruger PC carbine which I know to be on the market, A separate customer was talking to the associate that was helping me about his experience completing his CPL training. The Customer mixed up his shop and only in America gun shop in wayland. The associate for the store then insulted and mocked the owner of only in America gun shop by name. Ive been to every shop within 50 miles of this location. Never have I heard another shop mock a fellow shop. Sure people say silver bullet employees are grumpy. But to mock the mans business when it sounds like hes never been to it just astounds me.The funny thing is a guy that runs his gun shop out of his Pole barn has 4 times the gun selection that this commercial store has.Heres a tip for the owner of this establishment. I understand that gun sales are down in the current Political climate but its probly not gonna help your sales when your associates insult and mock fellow small business owners that sell guns.To end this review I would like to say specifically to the associate that a bern is commonly used to stop bullets. Thats how the bullets magically stop from hitting objects on the other side of it.**updated after owner response**5/3/2019I was off putting for correcting your other customer? Your customer insulted Both Only in America Gun shop as did u and the customer mocked their hokey CPL instructor. They also mocked the CPL instructors age. As for the rifle it matters little when u allow this type of commentary when other customers are in the store.

This is not your average achery shop. They have wide selection on many things from thumb releases back tensions to arrows and stabilizers. Best selection of bows around. They have it all for spot shooting, your 3d guys and hunting. If they cant find it or you want something custom they will order it. People there rock super freindly and nice will help you on anything. Even if its your first time ever! Good family run business that makes you feel at home!

Ive been going to this archery shop for roughly 4 years. When I started going the service was great. As a matter of fact, it kept me coming back even when I moved over an hour away to Plainwell. The service has gone down hill over the last year and I am sad to say I will not be going back. Some of the examples of poor service are when I got my bow restrung. I ordered a new set of vapor trail strings but the strings werent the issue. The issue was when I went in to get the bow tuned..... I shoot an axcel accu-touch carbon pro sight. Not cheap. I went in to get the bow tuned and the person working the counter said it was already tuned. I said, I havent shot it yet. He told me that he shot it and that it should be good for me to use. He is much taller than I am and we have much different arm lengths. I asked him if the the 3 axis levels were set. He said the first 2 were set so the third should be good to go. I knew right then I was going to have issues. After re-tuning my bow at a different shop while I was shooting it, the bow was dialed in.I went in today to get some arrows which would seem simple enough. I was standing at the counter for roughly 15 minutes without so much as a hello or, well be right with you, or even a nod. I had the arrows in hand, and an arrow from my case for the length to cut and ended up leaving after being there for 25 minutes without any arrows. I did, however, get asked if I need help finding anything by someone who didnt work there. I thought it was odd but whatever.I understand that things get busy, and I understand that things happen unintentionally. The string of bad luck that Ive had the past 3 or 4 times Ive gone in is just too hard to over look.

Poor service, will not stand by their work. Took my Barnett crossbow for a new string one year ago. Now it is frayed so I brought the bow in with my receipt. Long Range will not honor their work saying because the bow is a Barnett, they will not replace the string. The owner said in a month his store will be full of Barnetts needing new strings and it is the bows fault. He will still take your $100 but not honor his work.
