Expensive and arrogant. They only seem to be concerned with excessive profit. No flexibility. They promise to “fight for you” to justify the added expense but when it comes to fulfilling that commitment they seem to have short memories. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Disappointed, Ive heard plenty of good things about the company. I however have had nothing but a cold shoulder from them. When I first arrived the individual who helped us gave us the impression we were interrupting her work and made us feel as an inconvenience. After finally going through what we liked & the different options for the styles we were considering & emailing a print we heard nothing back. Two weeks to by & I emailed again asking how the kitchen was going to only be responded it was the next in line. I wait another three weeks email again. This time I dont hear back. It feels as though they dont have time for an individual looking for a kitchen design for a new build. Needless to say Im disappointed because I liked the cabinets. I guess Ill be buying from elsewhere.

When I accidently broke a drawer, Warren made the time to come out and fix it the next day. Not only was he prompt and friendly, he took the time to show me what happened and how to take care of it if it occurs again. Although I expected to pay, he did not charge because there were no parts needed. This was in spite of the cabinets being more than a year old. VERY GRATEFUL!

Terrible customer service. Was not greeted when we walked in and walked around. When we finally got the attention of one of the ladies working there she acted as if we were interrupting her.She finally helped us and told us she would have a quote for our countertops within a few days and three weeks later still have not recieved the quote. Also not responding to emails enquiring about the quote.Would not recommend this place at all.

I ordered a custom hickory kitchen countertop, using the store sample as a reference. When the counter arrived, it did not at all resemble the sample and actually clashed with other design features that had already been installed in my kitchen.Initially, I was told that my only option was to purchase a new countertop since natural products can vary; however, Kaitlin from Standard sent comparison photos to the manufacturer and was able to work out a rebuild for my counter. Even though the rebuild delayed the completion of my kitchen, the new counter is really beautiful and was worth the wait.

Great location with a lot of options!

This company knows how to sell cabinets but the follow up has been horrible. Two rounds of warped cabinets that have had to be replaced, and not one Im sorry from this organization. Would not give us a time when it would be fixed. We began this project in May and still do not have a completed kitchen.
