Recommend this to everyone shopping for the perfect dress! My experience was fantastic and Shana was so sweet and accommodating. She was very knowledgeable and made the process so easy! The dresses are not your typical “cookie cutter” dresses, they are BEAUTIFUL! After shopping at a few different stores this is the one I would choose a thousand time over. It has such a warm welcoming atmosphere, great one on one customer service and amazing dress selection!

Jenna In White was the best bridal shop I had stopped in at. The experience was amazing. Jenna herself was helping me try on dresses, and when she realized I wasnt quite loving it still, she suggested adding a layer of sparkles and customizing my dress. That made me say yes to the dress and I LOVED the turnout. Absolutely beautiful dress, I was getting compliments all night at the wedding stating that I looked like a beautiful fairytale princess! Jenna made it comfortable and fun for me and my party. And they were actually filming for Say Yes to the Dress when I went to try on dresses, which made it even more entertaining. OH MY GOD. Shana is a GOD SEND. I went to how many different places and tried on 30+ dresses. Every time I came out more and more disappointed. Jenna in White has so many gorgeous dresses, and I found my Jenna dress. The initial appointment was a bit rushed. However, Shana did choose ones she thought I would like and helped me find the perfect dress for me. What keeps me from rating them 5 stars is how I felt they were more concerned with how I would wear the dress/how it looked on me vs my comfort. This resulted in last minute/week of fixes due to not feeling heard early on. It also came in too large, which I’m unsure how due to custom measurements. The end results were they finally shortened it 3” so I wouldn’t be tripping on it, even though they did not want to, and I’m so thankful it was shortened! It ended up being perfect.

Okay Jenna in White (Holland location) was the best experience ever!! Shana is SO knowledgeable on every aspect and helped me find the dress that screamed my name!
