Brought a deer there for the first time, Very impressed.Very friendly and helpful staff. Did a excellent job of cutting up my deer. I have a processor 5 minutes down the road from me but I will drive a half hour to bring it to them.

The owners are INCREDIBLY nice!! Their products are so good!! We get meat sticks brats, etc. Today I tried their pulled pork (pictured) and coleslaw (also pictured). I was blown away.I highly recommend that if youre in the area (or even if youre not) stop by and give them a try.

Blue Star Meats has some of THE BEST beef. I bought 2 strips out of the freezer. Both were individually shrunk wrapped. I grilled them tonight and they were two of the most tender strips Ive ever had. Even my wife commented shed never had a strip like it. She said It was one if the best steaks shed ever tasted. I also bought 2 amazing ribeyes. I can wait to see what those will be like.

I have been going to this place for over 1 year now!!! I will not ever go anywhere else to buy meat!!! Awesome quality and completely awesome staff!!

The BBQ lunch is excellent here, and the price is less than a lot of fast food restaurants! They also have a big selection of other meats in their freezer.

Love to buy smoked meat there. There pork chops. Are out of this world. And brats and hotdogs very good on the grill.

Rod, the owner, is super friendly and works hard to insure that his products are top notch. He also does smoking on bacon and ribs.

I ordered a 1/4 cow that was being processed at Blue Star. I spoke with them more than once about specific cuts. When I got my delivery, I was missing the cuts I requested specifically and what I had paid for. When I called them to discuss this, I was given the run around, I was told the butcher would call me back, and nothing. Not very good customer service at all. Disappointed.

Quality meat and decent prices. We were happy to shop here and support local at the beginning of the pandemic. The only reason we came here to begin with was we had a gift card from a company party. Other than that, we had never heard of the place. We were happy with the product and will definitely be back.

I drive from Belding, Mi. To Blue star Meats, because they always have Quality meat. There was a misunder standing on pick up time. So they delivered my meat to Belding at no delivery charge. That is about a three hour round trip drive. They have great service.I always get meat there, because it is always tender and delicious.

State law said that people could only jack up prices 20% during this pandemic. these jokers went up 45%. disrespectful to the community during a crisis. i wish i could give them minus stars. blue star meats will not sell me any more product.

We just did catering with Blue Star. We had Rod drop off the BBQ Buffet at our park that we rented for the day. It was delicious. All of our guests raved about the food. Excellent, Excellent, Excellent. Rod did a wonderful job in meeting and servicing our needs, and at a good price. Accolades. I can fully recommend them, and will use them again when it comes up.
