My phone battery overheated and this nice group not only had the right battery but they installed it and resealed my phone. I was told it would take about 3 hours but was happily surprised when it only took two. Employees were up front with what it would cost and what the charges covered. Great place very professional, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Great customer service. It was easy to shop online and order the car battery. When I was picking up the battery I asked them about the possibility of fixing the jack on my iphone. They said they would be happy to but recommended I check to see if there was lint build up first. They checked and they were right... it fixed the problem!

Had an iPhone screen replaced along with two cellphone battery replacements. Store personnel were great - very helpful and accommodating. Dont be fooled by the online appointment scheduler though. Apparently it does not actually coordinate with the store regarding their backlog. Call before you go to coordinate your visit for this type of service.

The website says they are Knowledgeable but when I went in there today and asked for a battery for an invisible fence collar, he said I needed to know exactly what battery I wanted because he couldnt help me. I said, I guess you dont know your products very well, there listed on your website. And he said Ive never looked at the website, its a corporate website. My prior experience wasnt any better, I asked for a particular light bulb, was told they didnt have them, but when I checked the shelves myself, I had no problem finding it. So if you are expecting knowledgeable people working here, DONT. Apparently they are not interested in knowing what products they actually sell!

Screen replacement. In less than an hour I was back up and running. fast, friendly and didnt have to replace my phone with a new one.

Ordered on-line and picked it up at the store the next morning (6V battery for an old tractor). The transaction went fine and the price was reasonable. Tractor cranks well and starts quickly.

The fellows were so nice. Ordered on line and saved 10%. Im 75 and needed help with batteries. Nice young man even carried them to the car for me, without me asking. My third time getting my batteries there.

Ordered a replacement battery for my Sony Vaio computer and was pleased with the product. It appears to be a similar battery to the original for capacity, run time and quality. Although expensive, it performs better than the cheap replacements available. Time will tell on longevity but the cells are Duracell Ultra Lithium - a good product.

I came in with 2 watches needing batteries. The attendant replaced the one but could not get the back off the other one. I asked what I should do about that and she said bring it to a jeweler. I was disappointed as this is their business. Today I put on the one with the new battery only to find out she did not put it on the correct time. I was the only one in the store at the time and would have expected the watch to be ready to wear. The cost is about $9 for a new battery and installation. I have replaced batteries in the past myself but thought this would be more convenient. From now on I will purchase a battery for about $3 and install it myself.Called Mike but was told he no longer works there.

My issue, although a bit unusual (light-up shirt not lighting up), was handled professionally and promptly. The batteries were low, but a wire was loose, too - and the helpful clerk fixed it all!

Salesperson/clerk was very knowledgeable when looking for items needed and very fast and efficient also with picking up our online order!

I needed a specific battery for an electronic, so I brought it in to the Holland Batteries Plus, and the guy found exactly what I needed. Saved me from hunting around a store or waiting to order online! They also had a bulb for my microwave which was super awesome.

Id been looking for these batteries for months, someone suggested Batteries Plus. It was so easy I ordered online and picked them up after work.

Unfortunately, they changed the product I ordered,and it had the wrong connector, not the one I needed, other than that it is a friendly professional place.
