Very nice people and pleasant to work with, but be very careful reading documents before you sign and dont let them rush you through the process. I agreed to sign up for a 5 year, 75,000 mile service contract through them (that they confirmed would last through 115,000 miles since the car already had 40,000 miles on it), but I realized the next day that the contract really only covered the car up to 75,000 miles. I brought this to their attention and they offered coverage up to 100,000 miles for the same price, but would not lower the price or provide the service contract I had agreed to. They did agree to cancel the contract, which I am fine with, but it makes me wonder how often this happens to people without them noticing...

Overall great service. This is the second time we have bought a car here. They helped my daughter get her first car and I went in and was able to get a nice vehicle myself. Their inventory is great, kept in great condition, and prices are very reasonable. Definitely worth a shot.

When the husband and I were shopping for a new car we went here to test drive a van we had found online. When we got back after testing it, Crystal and the financing guy — I forgot his name but I know it wasn’t Tony— were extremely pushy. We asked to look at the financing and he included a warranty and when we asked for the pricing without the warranty he just continued to push it on us. He said we could downgrade to one of the cheaper warranties but we didn’t want all of the extra things. We said we were going to look at one other place and they got even more insistent. The guy told us that they were “counting on us buying the car”. Then Crystal told us that we were going to lose the van because someone else would need to pull our credit and we wouldn’t be approved and that the bank would pull our loan approval because we were “shopping around”. When we said we would take our chances she said there was a lot of interest in the van and that they wouldn’t be able to hold it for us if someone else came in and wanted it — which I knew was false because earlier,when I called about it in the first place, I had spoken to someone else and she said that they had no one coming in all day for it and we could stop in at any time but we made an appointment. They pretty much tried to force us into buying the car and the financing guy asked if we wanted him to draw up the paperwork even after we said we were going to look elsewhere. Overall just a bad experience. Extremely uncomfortable. I understand that sales people make money on commissions but know your customers before you try to hard sell someone. Most the time you’ll just push them away. No one likes to feel trapped. We went somewhere else and got a newer car with all of the extras upgrades that we wanted (and then some) and absolutely none of the hassle.
