We used Michigan Tile for a total main floor remodel. Elizabeth was wonderful to work with, she was on top of all projects and was a great communicator. All installers were prompt, professional and respectful of our home. We’re remodeling the lower level this winter and will definitely be using MI Tile again, I highly recommend them.

This is the second time I have purchased materials at Michigan Tile and both experiences have been great. Elizabeth and her staff were helpful, professional and patient while we were making our selections. The first time we found backsplash tile that was a perfect match to our kitchen. This time we purchased an engineered hardwood floor from Provenza for our master bedroom. I was able to install it myself and it looks great! The quality is very good and consistent, the color matching between boxes was good and I did not have to scrap a single piece due to defects.

Elizabeth got one of her fantastic installers out to my house in record time to repair shower grout that had crumbled due to my new home settling. Really impressed!!!

Excellent help in choosing tile and countertop. The installers of both the countertop and tile did a great job. Fred, the tile installer, was a detail guy and a hard worker. My tile is perfect and my kitchen looks lovely.

I had a good experience with Michigan Tile. Gary was responsive and helpful and Fred the installer did an AMAZING job.

BAD, BAD, BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The owner Gary Battagila even had the nerve to say to me (direct quote) you want cheap, you get cheap and something along the line of you get what u pay for. at that time i sent him a copy of a quote we had from someone else, showing he was not the cheapest as he claimed, we just thought he would be more professional and boy were we wrong. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY WORST ENEMY. JUST FLAT OUT A HORRIBLE BUSINESS. Following the owner Garys moto u only come (he said came) to us to get the cheapest work done!
