I had pretty much decided on my drive here that Id buy a new to me (used) phone to replace my Iphone6 that had been acting up. I went at lunch to see what they had, picked out an Iphone 8 and a case, came back after work and it all was done. Working great with all my apps, photos, email, everything on it. Great friendly and quick service! we came with a broken iPhone screen and they fixed it in less than 20 minutes. they accepted a coupon we had and let us keep it if we come back for something else, and offered to stay after closing to make sure they finished the job same-day.

Really cool shop for mobile needs. The owners are cool and knowledgeable. Service is very attentative. Service with a smile and as an IT tech myself they are easy to talk to and work with when explaining what I needed. After having my screen replaced THREE times from another repair place I needed to find someplace new. I stopped here in on my lunch break and the girls were able to replace my screen within 20 minutes. It works better than before it cracked. They also gave me a discount on a new case.

Not happy at all. I went there on Monday to drop a phone off for a friend and it felt more like a used car lot. The guy kept trying to sell me these Bluetooth speakers they had. I had to tell him no several times. When I asked who the manager was he said “I am the store manager” with a smirk on his face. I will not be back.

These guys were great to work with. I had a phone that they werent sure if it was the battery or charge port that was bad - so they replaced the charge port and put in a different battery as well so they could test it quickly and make sure the charge port worked - and then only charged me for charge port replacement. Great Experience - and super fast. I had friends and family recommend them and I would highly recommend them as well.

I took my Moto Z play in for a new battery. They installed an aftermarket battery( they did not inform me that it would not be an OEM battery). The charge was $137.80 The new battery was faulty so I took it back the next day. Andrea was very helpful in having a new battery ordered and sent to Muskegon where the experienced technician would install it. I picked the phone up 2 days later and discovered that the tempered glass screen cover been taken off . I was told that it had to be taken off in order to change the battery. So they tried to sell me a $50 replacement. I refused. I then went to Icare phone repair for a screen cover and asks how much a factory battery would cost me from them. The charge was $50 and I was told that the screen saver would not have to come off.Lesson learned I will use Icare from now on.I AM HAPPY TO SAY that all of my issues have been solved in a very satisfactory and professional way by Andrea. She made sure that my phone was repaired properly and replaced my screen saver with an upgrade at no charge. Thank you Andrea for a very pleasant experience.

The phone I purchased had to be brought back over a dozen times. Owner never returned my calls. It was a nightmare.

My screen was a wreck!!! I took it in & it was fixed in a about an hr and Cazandra was nice enough to throw a screen protector on for me. She even speaks Spanish which makes it easier for me to communicate. Definitely recommend this place to anyone in the Holland/Zeland area! You guys rock.

Really nice people helped me solve a service issue with local carrier and walked me through the steps of temp. number and porting it over to another carrier. Even though they could have charged me they gave me the option to do it myself. They saved me 30 bucks. Who does that? I will be going back not only for tec support but for repairs, service and purchase of a new phone. I like them a lot.

Ace communications is top notch. They are honest, knowledgable, fairly priced and fast. We have consulted with them twice on two different phones in the past week. Ths first phone they were very upfront and honest and said he didnt think he could fix it. He could try but it sounded like the phone was probably ruined by what I described. We could bring it in and not pay a service fee of twenty dollars for looking at it if it wasnt fixable which is a great deal.Phone two stopped working before one of our children went on an important trip and he worked with us ans did a rush job. We appreciate your honesty and hard work and we will be back again when the need arises.
