ICare Repair in Holland MI was fantastic in helping replace my broken screen and camera when I dropped my iPhone 8+.Andrew who works there especially was incredibly professional and knew exactly how to fix my camera issues which were related to both the physical camera being broken and a software issue. He fixed my phone really quickly and had amazing customer service. Can’t recommend highly enough. This was my first time using a phone repair service and I now know who I’ll always go back too if I need anything else. They are the experts.

This place was great. My husband has been there many times but I was there for my first time yesterday. The young man working there was fantastic. He took care of me right away and fixed my husbands phone in about an hours time. We went to dinner and he called us when it was ready. easy in easy out and very reasonable price

I was blown away by the service today! They were able to get me in same day and for cheaper than Best Buy who was out three whole days just to replace a cell phone screen. They were great to work with, we have brought phones there before and will continue to do so!

Super Professional and courteous crew. Competitive pricing and very fast turnaround. They did want my pin to be able to thoroughly test the repair which I was not comfortable doing. I am sure they are Professional and trustworthy but they worked with me and completed testing upon pickup where I could unlock for them. Beautiful work and will not hesitate to return.

I was quoted through their site for a repair on my phone. The site quoted a 1 - 1.5 hour fix. When I took the phone in to be repaired they informed me that it would be a 3 - 4 day fix. I need my phone for business and really cannot be without it for more than a few hours at most. Im extremely irritated with the misleading information. I doubt Ill ever go to them again.

Went in because I had a screen protector that 3 others had tried to take off and it was not budging! The two guys working were awesome! It was giving the trouble but they didn’t give up and got it off. They even put on the new protector for me. Thanks so much guys!

I went into iCare cuz my iPhone was having problems. I had called and they told me to stop in. So I did and literally 2 minutes and he had it fixed. Didn’t charge me either even tho I offered to pay. These guys were super helpful, know what they are doing and super professional. Any further phone issues in the future will be taken straight to iCare!

They repaired my screen because the last repair shop did such a bad job, the screen was hanging off it& I could see thru the side of the phone! I drove 2 hours out of my way for iCare to fix the problem. They fixed it, did an excellent job, and put a lifetime warranty on it. Lied to about qouted price to replace screen, lied about inventory of parts to replace screen, told I had to come in before and sign agreement or drop off phone before they could order! Talk with supposed manager Cole..parts in stock and price different excuse was that weekend crew dont know prices or inventory of Android products...will update of craftsmanship after I pick up phone but one of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered since being in this area for 14 years totally unexcusable....Update now because of review refusing to do service...phone medic taking care of which is awesome service for same price they come to you....thanks ColeAlso as you can see from picture taken and posted today the governors emergency order means nothing to these guys totally out of compliance and dont care about the safety their consumer. Needed a speaker replacement on a Moto Z2 Force. It took a day or two for the replacement part to arrive (its not a common failure so few places would have it in stock) and the repair was finished the next day. The new speaker works fine, and the screen looks to have been reinstalled properly. Price was very reasonable, especially considering how difficult it is to remove the screen on that phone without damaging it.

Called in and was able to get my dads iPhone 6 battery replaced. The only small complaint is they told me it would be a half hour to install the new battery but it ended up taking an hour. Not that big of a deal because we weren’t in a hurry but a little inconvenient because we weren’t expecting that wait.

Omg let me tell how amazing this place is!!! My toddler dumped an entire glass of water onto my MacBook and I immediately took it to Icare. Not only were they able to save my data they completely restored my laptop!!! These guys are amazing. If your devices need any repairs this is the place to go!!!!

I was having trouble with my charging port and stopped to get an estimate to fix or replace. The technician took my phone, cleaned some dirt out and handed it back in two minutes working perfectly. Never even charged me. Cant beat the customer service. The best

Honest, fast and less expensive than previous repairs. I took my cracked iPhone 7 Plus and my daughters cracked iPhone SE there for repair. When he looked it over, he noticed that it was just the glass screen protector on the SE that was cracked, not the screen itself. Instead of charging me for the repair anyway, he just replaced the screen protector, fixed my iPhone 7 screen and only charged me for my new screen and the new screen protector. I less honest place probably would have charged me for the full replacement and I wouldnt have known any better. Very honest. HIs estimated time for repair was 1 hour, but he had it done in 45 minutes and that was with another customer ahead of me. Also, $50 less than the last time I had it repaired through iCracked. Honest, fast and less expensive. I would definitely recommend iCare Repair.

Poor communication and poor quality repair parts. Originally I was told my device would be fixed same day. It was not and I was not notified. We started a cycle of me calling and them saying the display we had was bad, we ordered another, maybe tomorrow. It took 3 attempts, none of which they called me to notify me of. 4 days it resulted in me picking up my device and they still charged me $15 cancellation fee. They never called me, they told me one more day multiple times, only to bill me in the end.Cant say enough bad about these guys. Ineptitude. Poor quality parts that are tested in your device for function, if it goes out the door working, its not their problem.

Wasnt sure they could help me, but glad that I took the risk.My phone mic worked just fine for voice search, but didnt pick up sound for phone calls. I had done my research online (or so I thought) and assumed my problem was purely software. Everything from reboots to a factory reset.The two guys that helped me knew their stuff. They took the phone into the back and found that the problem was with my hardware as there must have been something stuck in front of my mic, blocking it from picking up audio. Fixed it within 5 minutes.Same visit service, Emery and Cole are knowledgeable guys with a nice looking store. Will gladly recommend iCare to any of my friends.

Needed a new screen and display for my iPhone 7. After the new display was put on by iCare Repair, it started to develop some issues. I contacted iCare Repair and they offered me a refund and apologized for the problem. Good customer service!
