Great location, wash always gets my truck squeaky clean! Undergoing some remodeling on the exterior now. Store is always clean inside and staff is friendly.

THEY RIPPED OFF MY BUMPER! Very disappointed with the customer service at this car wash. My bumper was torn off at Washington Ave location and they pretended to be willing to help, the next day they claimed it was my fault. Would leave 0 stars if possible.

They fixed my issue, just beware of any after market add on. It best you inform yourself before u have there Unlimited car wash for years.

Its the best automatic wash in town. Very well run and the monthly program is a great bargain. It does have rotary brushes so you can expect paint swirls if you use it often. My trucks always come out clean, even the tires shine.

Clerk was very nice and helpful, then the car was washed, as expected.

This store has the cleanest bathroom Ive seen in long time. Were are here right now at 2pm and the gals working were very nice.They need recognition for being very nice and keeping the restroom very clean.I normally wont use public restrooms but this is very clean.

This carwash is a waste of your money. It didnt get all the bugs off the windshield, any of the bugs on the front of the grill, and I still bird droppings on my hood.

So they set up a special card reader which is good for covid, but when I got there the gentleman stood outside the glass in my car window with no mask 2 feet away. I asked where his mask was and he said he doesn’t have one. A foolish way to handle the covid issue especially since I am elderly

I went to the quality on Lakewood. Jenny was the best. Jenny answered questions I had and she was very patient with me. I would like to say because of Jennys attitude and great customer service, Qaulity is now my place to purchase my vehicle needs. Starting out having a terrible day and because of Jenny willingness to take time with me lifted my spirits all because how I was treated.Thanks Jenny.Thanks quality.

Absolutely an amazing gas station, car wash and service team! Free air station for inflating your tires quickly if you have a leak. The free car vacuums have lots of room for parking and the property is kept neat and clean. Family owned and supports other local businesses. Thanks for a great visit every time.

I’ve been using Quality for several years and have been extremely satisfied. If I’m not satisfied with a wash they always send me through as many times as needed. Also, I’ve had an antenna and mirror broken as can be expected and both were fixed at no cost to me. Great staff and management team.

Pumps are new. Store is clean, vacuums are free.
