I spend beaucoup dollars here. Compared the the Grand Haven store, this is sad. Even before the pandemic, sloppy shelves, 1/2 the time, favorite items out of stock, POOR customer service counter - especially now. Ive had a pharmacist, in the past, be quite a rude man. Ive never been treated with such disrespect as I have at the return counter. The crusty old manager that runs it should be out of there because the younger people dealing with the people are not only rude, but rather dim witted.

Very unhelpful people. Called in an order 10 days before I needed it and it was never filled. I spoke to different people every time over the phone, who never seemed to know what I was talking about. Clearly, there is no sense of communication between workers. I’m still waiting on it.

Terrible the deli is closed every time I’ve been there but they have people making sub sandwiches but they can’t come out and slice deli meat for a customer the deli manger is rude and doesn’t care about the customer at all. Total BS

Walmart not giving 2 fudges!!!

Pretty average pharmacy experience. Wait times and weird closed hours make getting prescriptions stressful at times. Techs and pharmacist are all nice and seem well educated on their jobs. It’s a place to go and get your medicine. It serves its purpose. Nothing more, nothing less.

The pharmacist at this store is such a nice and personable guy! He cares about his clients.

Pharmacist did not fill my prescription thati had filled at other pharmacies.

Dont bother going ten minutes before they have to go to lunch, you will be greeted extremely rudely, given false information, and they wont take your insurance card information if you havent given it to them before (Im guessing because it would be too much work even if theyre still open...) Going to be switching my pharmacy as soon as possible.

No complaints, some drug pricing is cheaper than other pharmacies.
