Earlier this year our family experienced a very dear loss and I was looking for a way to memorialize their memory.About six weeks ago, I had an idea to make some adjustments to my wifes promise ring but I didn’t know where to start. After a recommendation from a coworker, I found myself walking into Thomas A. Davis jewelry store. I spoke to the store owner’s son, Brendon, and after 5 minutes of speaking with him, I knew I had come to the right place. I describe to him what I was looking for and immediately we were on the same page. The whole process took about a month but it was well worth the wait. In the beginning, I had given Brendon a direction, but in the end, it was Brendons artistic abilities that had made a masterpiece. I was absolutely thrilled that they were willing to put a battery in my watch. I purchased the watch at Kay a few years ago and stopped in there and they turned me away. There Corporate office said due to Covid they arent aloud to install batteries. Well not only did I get a battery in my watch, but I also purchased an absolutely gorgeous watch from them. I had a great experience buying a Custom made Engagement ring. Chanel helped me find the perfect band to set the diamond I had in. My fiancé loves the ring and I was under a time crunch and they were able to get everything done in just 3 weeks!

I went to Thomas A Davis Jeweler about 1 or 2 days before everything got shutdown for corona virus. Channel still helped me though the whole thing remotely and worked hard to get me the perfect diamond for my fiance and for a great price. We exchanged photos of bands to nail that down and she was available night and day to help me thru the process. The ring was slightly too big and free of charge they welded some beads on the bottom to make it fit perfectly. High recommend!

My wife and I were vacationing in Holland, MI and decided to walk into Thomas A Davis Jewelry. I found a beautiful chain and heart pendant for my wife and a great deal on a new Citizen Captain America water resistant watch. I purchased the chain and pendant for my wife on Monday and Tim and Chanel gave me an offer on the watch I couldnt refuse even though I came back a couple of days later. Chanel made a note in their computer about the percentage off I was guaranteed if I was still interested in the watch and they kept their word when I purchased the watch two days later. When shopping for an engagement ring, something that my fiancee was going to have on her finger for the rest of her life, I knew that we had to find a jeweler that was willing to work hard to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for. Everyone at Thomas A. Davis was very friendly. We worked directly with Kyah through most of the process of purchasing an engagement ring and then a wedding band. Kyah was very helpful. She helped my fiancée and I pick the perfect engagement band. She also helped me pick the perfect diamond to go with the band, all while keeping the total purchase on budget. My diamond was coming loose in my engagement ring but I was leaving on vacation the next day and didn’t want to leave my ring or risk losing the diamond. They fixed it for me that day and polished it up so nicely it looked brand new! Thank you guys so much!

Ive had great experiences here. I love their estate jewelry collection, and Ive bought a handful of items from that collection which are unique and very reasonably priced. The customer service has been excellent. The store is always clean. I would certainly shop here again.

Nice store, the girl that helped me was fine as well. They have quite a high mark up on the mounting I want though... compared to other jewelers, and the same company atuller, you would think they would come in about the same.

I needed a diamond in my wedding band replaced. They were very helpful and timely in getting it replaced as well as fixing the prongs on my other stones so that I didn’t lose them too.
