Freedom Smoke is a great place to come for juice, accessories, Vape kits, and just about everything that you would need. The staff is very good at helping you right away and even when theyre busy they get to you when they can. Honestly some things are way overpriced and could be price down a little bit.When I walk in I feel welcomed and that I know that theyre going to help me with what I need and there has not been a time where they have not been able to help me. One thing I do enjoy is that there is always a new flavor of the month every time I come in. Some are better than others but theyre all pretty good juice.Employees are very polite to help you get in and get out very quick and they do the best to help you with everything that you need.

I have always had excellent service at Freedom Smoke. The employees greet me as soon as I walk in. I feel so welcome. Staff are very knowledgeable. Not pushy. Matt H at Freedom Smoke in Holland MI is extremely helpful. He can answer questions about the types of juice Freedom Smoke offers and lets you try flavors you may like based on what you’ve told him. He knows all about coils and which mod would work best for you. Excellent customer service. He even walks you to the door and opens it for you on the way out. Very happy with my experience at Freedon Smoke.

Ive only had 10/10 customer service here. Very helpful and kind staff. Huge variety of juices to choose from made in-house without much wait time. Only cons are that Freedom closes a bit earlier than other shops Ive been to and the prices are slightly higher but the quality is worth the slight price increase. This is a very nice establishment.

I have absolutely no complaints. Ive been vaping for almost 6 years and I have always gone to Freedom Smoke. The service is always friendly, the staff is always great about answering any questions I have or helping me if I have any issues. You can try different flavors before you choose which one(s) you want to purchase, and the juice is always blended to my specification right then and there. 👍👍👍👍👍

Always very nice and friendly. Talk to you using your first name. Since it was Saturday noon. They were a little busy. But they helped us as quickly as they could. Been here enough times I know most of them by there names and some of them know what my usual is. The only draw back I have is it is on the north side of Holland and I live in Hamilton, but it is so worth it. Go check them out, wont be disappointed.

I came in, was the middle customer of three. They tell me since my juice took the longest to make, mine was going to be last (no big deal). I explain Im on a 30 minute lunch break. Multiple customers coming and going until 40 minutes later, they come out and explain theyll get to mixing mine after they deal with the other customers.... yep, after 40 minutes of waiting they are still intentionally prioritizing other customers over me. This is the second time I had an experience like this, theyve lost a loyal customer to the internet. Sending someone repeatedly to the back of the line because what you agreed to sell them is inconvenient is horrible customer service...

Out of town and I went to Joost Vape and they are nothing compared to Freedom Smokes. This place rocks. They are friendly, willing to help and don’t make you feel bad when you want to try a lot of juices. This is the place to go if you end up in Holland Michigan hands down.

Its not that Freedom Smoke USA doesnt like children in the its just the rules. They are more than accommodating with customers Who have children. They even take your order at your car get it rung up and come collect for you. They even wait by the car if needed when there are children. I just wanted to make that clear to everyone! Its a great place to go!

Some nice employees but I switched to shopping online because my mod had defects and they didnt have the variety to break the cycle and I am glad I did. Without changing my budget do I get 4 coils for what I paid for 1, I get more juice and the ability to experiment with different brands and types

They lesser to be great and now they switched to lying about their products. Told my husband that to use his new vape too this special battery charger because supposedly the mod doesnt have the ability to use a USB to charge. Come to find out that was a lie and then the employee refused to refund the money for the $80 battery charger that wasnt even needed and refused to give the owners contact info. I tried to find an email through the website there isnt one listed. Extremely mad that now they are just lying to try to push products people would not buy normally.

Went in with dry hitting problems on a brand new Vape. They said I had a defective coil and set me up with a new coil for free as well as two additional coils that I used my freedom smoke points card for. They were very knowledgeable and helpful and polite. I drive all the way from Allegan, about a 40-minute drive to the north side of Holland just because they are so helpful

Pretty nice vape shop. Lots of flavors customizable to your liking. Staff is knowledgeable and knows what they are talking about and help anyway they can. They are not pushy in any way

They go out of the way to remember your name treat you with respect, take your order and get you on your way in a timely fashion ! If you have a question or a device problem just ask and they will do their best to fix you up any way they can ! The manager Artie is a out outstanding manager and knows his sh,, Business ! The people that work here are ridiculously helpful and kind! I absolutely love going into this store and getting my vape on! Hell, they even have a Pacman machine with 30 different games to play when you bring someone else with you or while you wait for your juice. I give this place a 5 stars mostly because of the people whom work here, they truly make the store.

I love freedom smoke! This is by far the best vape shop in holland/ anywhere else. Great staff, they can help you with any problem or help you out with anything you need, but they need more products other than smok and kangertech

First time there and never again. Someone recommended this place to me. Walked in was not greeted (ok no big deal), all employees where helping other customers (no big deal, I stood there and waited my turn). About 5 min later male customer walks in and passes me up and stands at the counter (thought he wanted a closer look at the product), few min later a 3rd employee comes up from the back and goes to help the male customer (completely ignoring me still standing there waiting for help). The other works looked at each and didnt even bother to say a thing. I waited a few more min and still nothing. That is when I walked out and went to Joost Vapor (first time there) ended up with great service from Joost

Freedom sells average juice. They have lots of flavors but the enviroment is not inviting. They do not always have what you need and what they do have is terribly outdated. Service is ok but the employee turnover is ridiculous. The owners do not have a clue about how to run a successful business. People want consistency in juice as well as who sells them juice. I am afraid FSUSA will run out of employees as the word is out. I wont shop there now I know what good juice actually tastes like.

In short, excellent customer service (almost unheard of these days), well trained staff, clean store, fair prices, staff does what they can to help fix my vapors when need be with spare parts, the front door is often opened for me and I am greeted warmly, great juice, and most of the time great rock and roll playing, kthey will change the channel for me when its head banging time, (lol) hey, Im 62 so I can only handle a little heavy metal...Anyway, with all this, why would I go anywhere else? Just terrible. They cater to the new e-cigarette buyer and gouge them terribly. Drive just a little bit and go to a reputable shop like Mister-E-Liquid or Kalamazoo Vapor Shop in Standale.

Fine do well dont mess with the juice

The juice isnt nearly as good as the make it sound. For example they claim its more pure then others but in all honesty it is the same. 100% kosher vg pg.. All that meens is you can vape it durring Passover. They also claim that they dont add things like alcohol and water in the juice but the claim in deceptive due to the fact that most artificial flavoring use water and alcohol in the making of the flavoring. Its public knowledge. There devices are outdated and not much to choose from. They have a very high turnover rate due to mistreating employees causing a staff that lacks training and product knowledge. I would recomend going arround the corner to vape 13.

They are seen as the up-scale vape shop. They sell inferior products for top dollar prices. Every product I bought from there I had a problem with. Batteries wouldnt charge, tanks would leak, wicks would burn up within a week.
