These folks are awesome! They helped me to fix a counter product that they do not carry and didnt install. They knew what was needed and were happy to share their expertise. If they are this great to non-customers, I look forward to working with them on a new project soon.

Our experience with Duca Tile was exceptional. Our bathroom remodel turned out to be a more complicated project than we anticipated, but through it all, Jacob was professional, creative, and reassuring. We really appreciated his ideas that enhanced the design beyond our expectations. We could not be more pleased with the outcome.

When I first stopped by DUCA I showed up without an appointment, simply because my kids naps make appointment-making a pain. Nevertheless, someone was available to help show me around the granite yard. From then on I did all of my correspondence with them via email. I cant express how much I love a company whose employees are not only willing to work with me over email, but also respond promptly and answer every question I have the first time. I got 5% off for paying up-front, which was nice. Everyone who came into my home was respectful and professional. They got the job done in 3 hours and it looks amazing. The seam where the two large pieces meet is virtually invisible. I paid $4,215 for 40 sq ft of countertop and that included demolition and disposal of the old countertop, fabrication, installation, and sealing of the new countertop, and a 4 backsplash. Very happy!

We had Duca Tile do work in our bathroom and kitchen and are not happy with the quality of their work. The tile floor that was put in our bathroom was not lined up with the existing kitchen tile floor and the email we received from Jacob (owner) stated this is normal procedure because they assume the old tile will go sooner or later and suggested that was an option. They did come back to do a transition tile in the doorway which was not what we had wanted originally but had to compromise on this option to make it look better. The kitchen countertop was also replaced which was Jacobs suggestion/design which even after a few trips back to install/uninstall/install and several phone calls, the counter is still not what we had wanted and the edge on the new countertop does not match our existing countertop edging. This is even after going over this with them and being told the 2nd time around they had the edging correct. We asked for Jacob to give us a call to discuss the issues but never received a call. We had talked with Suzanne and she said she had given Jacob the message to call us but was told she couldnt force him to call us. And, on top of this, our stairs were damaged when the countertop was brought in the house and it could not be fixed so we settled on a small refund. The only good thing we can say is that Tim who we met with when we went in to pick out the materials, was great to work with.

My wife and I hired Duca to install countertops at our home/investment property. From first call to final inspection Duca was great. The communication through the process was stellar. We had a very minor issue with a sink clip and they came out right away and no questions asked to insure it was right. Every single person that we encountered from Duca was polite and professional. I never hesitate to recommend them to friends, family or clients.

Top-notch experience! We remodeled a kitchen and three bathrooms over the past few years and Duca Tile (Jacob and others) helped what can be a stressful experience become awesome. They offered expertise, timely and professional work, and friendly customer service. We had some issues with our new heated tile flooring (not their fault) but they came out several times over the next year and made things right -- at no extra cost. They stand behind their work! Its so refreshing! Highly recommend!!

Duca has done 2 bathrooms and a kitchen for me. One of the bathrooms had a very unique pattern that was hard to match the caulk to. They came out 3 times at no charge to redo it and get the perfect match for us! Cant say enough about their craftsmanship and great customer service.

The whole experience with Duca was great. From picking out our granite to the installation they were professional and very knowledgeable.
