Fred has been very flexible to work with on meeting us when we are available and answering the tons of questions my husband came up with. He is very knowledgeable and was able to get us mattress quickly. We like doing shopping here and I’m sure we will come back for a third time when we need another mattress.

I was desperate for a good nights sleep in our travel trailer. I made an appointment(so nice to have the one on one time ) And in no time Fred had my mattress measured up and ordered. He even helped with getting rid of the uncomfortable mattress that had been the source of many a bad nights sleep...I cant recommend his store enough.

I was initially a little skeptical regarding this approach to buying a mattress, but Im happy to say my skepticism wasnt warranted! I gave Jim a call and left a voicemail outside of normal hours, which he then returned and we were able to get an appointment in the store for the same day (a Saturday). Jims approach was straightforward- a combination of asking and answering questions to see what sort of a mattress we might be interested in, and simply letting us be to walk around and see what felt just right.Jim was anything but pushy- sharing anecdotes about mattress purchases hes regretted and simply giving us the space to take whatever time we needed without interruption. At the end of the appointment we asked for a quote and were able to leave without a trace of sales pressure, and were encouraged to shop around to find something that worked for us (even if it wasnt his product). We completed the purchase over the phone the following Monday and took delivery four days later (Friday). Piece of cake! Highly recommended!

Had the pleasure of working with Jim, looking for a king bed for our summer place. We made our appointment but I was a little skeptical initially - used to shopping in a large retail store.
