We have a FedEx driver who leaves our dog Thor treats with the packages he delivers for us. One day we had packages arrive from multiple different carriers, but Thor and I knew which one was from FedEx...the one with the dog biscuit placed on top of the box. Thor loves this driver so much, he almost tried to get into his delivery truck (for more treats)! I want to give this driver 5 gold stars for being the difference in peoples every day lives. I dont know his name but he runs the route for Park Township, MI and comes down our road Algonquin Ave. God Bless and FedEx for the Win!

I have had packages shipped via FedEx 3 times. Last 2 times it went from origin in Pennsylvania to Bellville, MI, back to Pennsylvania and then to Grand Rapids then dispatched to my residence, about an hour south of there. Delayed it for days past original expected delivery day. My most recent order just got delayed the first time, originating in Pennsylvania. I called customer service to be reassured they would elevate this concern to look in why its happening so it wont happen again, but couldnt stop it from going back and forth to PA to MI this time. I can guarantee it wont happen again myself. Will never use FedEx again nor purchase anything shipped by them.

I was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently I was able to drop off two sets of golf clubs for shipping via ShipSticks this morning. The staff provided assistance with outgoing labels and label tags for the return shipping. Very courteous. I was in and out with a receipt in about 2 minutes.

Welcome to the land of double standards and improvised rules. Brought a package in to return in the package it arrived to my home, by way of FedEx. Had a label, we told that it cannot be shipped back that way and I had to have a box, funny it arrived at my home that way. After purchasing a $35 box they were willing to ship it. FedUp.

I designed my own wedding inventions on my computer, brought them into this FedEx for printing.... Let me tell you the experience was fantastic... Nick was the employee that helped us, he was great!! He sized what I sent through email and printed out samples so I could see what the end product was going to be before printing all 35 pages. He also cut and sized a small card I had made for Wedding Details and small tags.... Once we left we were checking out the invites and I had missed that there was a few words totally missing because of the spacing and font sizing ... My heart dropped lol, we called FedEx back and Nick picked up the phone and was so understanding and actually reprinted my whole 35 pages and cut them over again for free becuase he had missed the mistake too.... They made sure to make it right sending me an email to make sure and had them ready by the time I came back to pick them up... fantastic customer service ... Thanks again!!!!

AWESOME SERVICE! Tassie was so helpful when I came in to see if they could rush a print job for me that an online service screwed up. She worked with me over 30 minutes to get the sizing and cropping just right and never made me feel like I was an inconvenience or interruption (even though Im sure I was!). She was friendly and knowledgeable and Ill definitely continue to come back! THANK YOU TASSIE!

I was helped out kindly by an associate named Josh. He was polite, kind, and listen to my concerns which was to ship out a package from here to the west. I paid for them to package the item as well as for them to ship it. It was expansive but the equipment was fragile and needed to be professionally shipped. I think the only reason why it was expansive was because of the fact I wanted to ship out a tv.

The usps is faster. if time isnt and issue then i highly recommend these guys they will take almost twice as long as u.s.p.s.

Every time I order something using FedEx they always postpone my package. For example today is the 3rd time it has been rescheduled for Tuesday. Please update your expected delivery. Theres nothing more disappointing then being told your package will arrive today and then having to wait a week.

Online hours at open til 9pm and so does the door.....when I pulled up in front of the door an employee walked up and locked the door at 5:42. I walked up and knocked on the door and two employees ignored me. I cannot say enough how much this irritates me. I will NOT use them again and I will tell everyone I know NOT to go the location off felch street!

Package was supposed to be delivered Wednesday the 17th. I specifically ordered it Monday to have it delivered before the weekend cause I needed it and now I have to wait till Monday the 22nd all because they misplaced my package. The response I got was “sorry”. 2/3 past times this has happened. Last time I’ll be using fedex.

They were confused about SmartPost prepaid shipping labels. They turned mine away, Fedex is supposed to accept them. Went to another Fedex O&P, which did accept them.
