I was especially grateful that the repair person was willing to walk me through the replacement of a remote on the phone, so I could prevent a service call,
Untrustworthy, poor social skills, not helpful at all, totally bad experience. This is not our first bad experience with them. One of many but baby, this is definitely our LAST!!!!!!
Always helpful, I’ve been using them for years for my oxygen supplies.
Jessica was such great help to my family. Super kind and put a smile on our faces. 5 star !
My new bed feels great, thank you!
Absolute horrible customer service at this location. From the phone operator up, completely horrible! Left messages for the therapist and never get called back. So sick of hearing “ she’s out of the office this week”My advice is - Go someplace else or get the run around. I really think it would be beneficial to Airway and it’s customers if they retrain their staff in customer service.
Needed a medical humidifier for my wife who has cancer in order to get the machine i would need to charge it. I have blue cross/blue shield using Carelinc for all my medical supplies from now on. Terrible cuatomer service this company shouldnt be in the healthcare business
Took off work, walked in for a replacement part for my broken cpap mask and was denied service.they want me to call in. lost my business forever!I would rather choke in my sleep than spend money there!
I have had two pregnancies with which I received a prescription for a breast pump. Each time I visited Airway Oxygen and they took care of my need and were able to give me information regarding my options so I could best choose my machine.Pros: one on one customer serviceCons: each visit seemed to take quite a long time and there was a lot of “lag time” from tech to person. Nothing seemed very streamlined or efficient for their paperwork.
Sue did a great job of helping me. Good experience thanks to Sue.
Horrible. Impossible to reach anyone.
I called on behalf of my mom who has had sores all over her body for 12 years from a spider bite. We finally found a solution we think will help her. Yesterday I called to ask if you have a three way splitter to divert the flow of oxygen. The woman who answered and seemed unwilling to help me, was more interested in asking questions like an interrogator and telling me how complex it was than actually helping me fulfill a very simple need. Mom has a prescription for the oxygen concentrator and needed a simple piece of rubber to split the flow of oxygen in two directions. I was told she needs a prescription for a splitter. It’s amazing I can order them online without a prescription. Just another reason to shop online. I’m sure Airway Oxygen is a great company, but when you hire uncompassionate employees in an industry that could use a lot of empathy when dealing with sick people’s needs, I thought you might want to know about it.
Extremely poor customer service. The respiratory therapists were not helpful at all and front staff are very rude. I have used their services 4 times.in the past 4 years, 2 for my mother and 2 for my own medical needs. All have been poor.
They gave me a CPAP machine. I dont like that machine.... the lady was really nice. Great communication
Pretty much average service...
Horrible people to try and work with... they do as little as possible and are just after money
Not very pleasant people to work with.
They have helped me so much! The equipment was delivered and worked with every think i use...
Out for money. No patient care.
