Stain match that I dropped off had to be left for 3 days. 1 employee told me it was a brush application, the lid of the can said thin with naptha if sprayed...which tells me either. Color was definitely off. When I brought it back, I was given an air of indifference and a refund. Sadly, they did not come thru. And the service I received ensured what I already felt, I wont use them again. I can only speak to my experience during a recent visit to the Lakewood location in Holland, MI. When I initially purchased some primer I asked if it could be tinted to match the color of my finish coat and was told this would not be a problem. When I got my painting project underway I noticed the primer did not have any tint and decided to return and ask if they could tint it because previously I was told it could. The person I spoke to ask me what I wanted to do and I told her I wanted it tinted and she looked at me with a look that could kill someone and again ask me what I wanted her to do. I then said any amount of tint would help with the finish coat because I was painting the exterior brick on the front of my house. She did not take the color swatch I has so she could match it and proceeded to tint it a different color. .This experience was the worst I ever had to endure at any establishment in Holland, Michigan and it is not what the people of Holland need. I will never return to this location and will tell of my experience so that no one else endures the terrible treatment I suffered. I am only speaking of the person who I dealt with and not the other employees of this location.

We have used repcolite many times. I went in there Tuesday picked my paint out has a super nice lady help me out. Thursday afternoon my husband went in to pick it up. They were super rude to him and couldn’t get him out of their store fast enough. I called this morning letting them know they forgot one of our paints. And instead of them trying to make it right they pretty much just told me that the ceiling paint color and wall paint color were close enough.. which yeah maybe they are but it wasn’t what we were going for. Needless to say I will never go back there, not impressed with their staff at all.
