My car was fixed quickly. great job. but when i requested additional work done after my repairs i have not had a positive experience.headlight had to be replaced after car was worked on, wrong kind of bulb, now my headlights are different. i have requested an estimate to get seatbelt replaced never was contacted. followed up again a few weeks later and still never received a call back. i guess my business was not appreciated. very disappointed in the lack of follow through.

When i first got to caliber collision, my car was pretty much totalled. I told the person (Danny) who reviewed my car for a quote. I said this is my first car, i dont want to total it at alll!!!! He said well see what we can do. At caliber collision they took care of everything from my car to my insurance. And even dealing with the adjuster, even when my bill went over what my insurance would cover. They still made my payment to be the same amount that i had set my deductible to be (500). In the end my car looked better then my own expectations, better than when i bought it;inside an outside(used). Side note: they had no problem showing my the progress made, even when i requested to see my car in person.

I got rear-ended and took my car to Caliber for repairs. Even with covid making parts difficult to get, they got my car fixed and back to me in less than a week. I didnt have to hassle with the other drivers insurance. They took care of all of the paperwork. They even cleaned my car inside an out before returning it to me. It looks better than ever!

Hogue Brothers did a fantastic job with my Mustang when it got hit. Not a single person has been able to tell that it was ever damaged. They matched the paint with absolute precision and in a very timely manner. I will always have work done in this shop, I have absolutely nothing but good things to say.

Andy, at Hogue Brothers in Hollister, evaluated the damage to my car and gave me a written estimate in about 20 minutes. The shop did an excellent job repairing the damage. There were a couple of missed places when I went to pick up my car--they were fixed 100% by the next evening. My car had been detailed on pick-up, which I appreciated.They also work easily with the insurance company and car rental agency. I would highly recommend this shop. 12/26/2013

Brought my car in for repairs towards the rear of the car, pick my vehicle up to find plastic parts broken off the front and thrown in the back of the car.

Used them 2 years ago for a accident repair and was very satisfied. Another accident last week took the car in for estimate will let you know how this goes.

When I dropped off my truck The heavy set guy was just really rude any kind of question I had he didnt answer it he went around it hope my truck is safe there Maybe he was just having a bad day
