Great service, I was really set on the Trail Boss after visiting Victorville Chevrolet but it took a bit to locate one. Made the hour drive out. Was greeted well and was a great experience from showing up dealing with the numbers and paperwork through getting my Jeep home too. Obviously I wanted to drive off with the new vehicle. So Greg drove my Jeep up the next morning.

Very accommodating. Processed paperwork quickly. Delivered my new car to my house at no charge. Great car purchase experience.

Tim was super helpful, and great to work with. He had a sense of humor, was knowledgeable, imposed no pressure for us to buy even though it was the end of his work week. The other person at the dealership who was trying to offer us protection plans for our car was also good to work with, even though we did not accept any additional coverage for our car. We had other experiences at dealerships in the past where there was a lot of pressure, it was not pleasant and the sale people were jerks. These people were all really nice and great to work with. I would go back and buy another car here and will recommend this place to others. They even charged our other electric car while we were there. Thank you for a pleasant experience and we love our new car.

While it does seem, so far, that our issues were taken care of, our appt was to repair the air bag recall only. After picking up vehicle, our AC blower was not working. It worked up until the moment we drove in the dealership driveway to have airbag recall appt. WHY didnt it work right after picking it up?? Suspicious!We were told the blower needed repairing. We did it. After picking up vehicle, 3 times during the night the car alarm went off for no reason. We have NEVER had this issue! Once again, suspicious! Why do things mysteriously STOP working and start happening right after repairs?? When there was NO issue prior to having vehicle serviced?? Were NOT happy!

I liked that I was able to request a certain salesman, Greg. He was assisting another customer when I arrived, but told me to take a look at the vehicles. I liked that alot. I was able to look at the vehicles to see what fit my budget, needs, mileage etc. I was able to think things through without someone pushing me to make a decision or steer me towards a vehicle I couldnt afford. I narrowed it down to two vehicles by the time Greg came out to me. I explained Id prefer a larger vehicle due to an auto accident. He ran numbers and got me into a Trailblazer . I love it! I feel safe in it!

I love this dealership. For most of our problems on the Tahoe, it’s been great. However, I needed a scan done to see why my airbag sensor light was one. Originally, I was quoted $165 for the scan and left thinking, that was high for just plugging in a computer. Called to double check the price and again, was told the same price. I needed it done so we could get the right part, and no one else in town could do it. When I came to pick up my Tahoe, the price was half (good for me) but I was slightly annoyed that I was quoted such a high price in the first place. Why the difference?? I think prices should be quoted correctly, after all, that’s how business relationships get started.

Very weird experience not wanting to sell me a car because you only had a few new cars on the lot.

Well, the service was good like always, but I had an appointment at 3:30. I dropped it off at 11:00 and asked if it would be ready by 3:00. Never received a call and when I called at 3:30 and they said it had been ready. So the shuttle driver is off at 4:00. So I had no ride to pick up my vehicle until 5:00.

Sales service and parts all top notch

You have to catch them in a good mood. Customer services never reached back to me dispite me calling and leaving a message on the machine after our first conversation in regards to poor service. I have to drive to another facility just to work on my car. To avoid voiding any warranty by going to a random mechanic.

Fantastic sales experience at Greenwood Chevrolet. We were looking for an LT Trail Boss and couldnt find the exact color and package combination anywhere in the Bay Area. The few that we found in the Bay Area were either the wrong color, or the deadership was adding in an excessive dealer markup, which I refuse to pay on principle (paying above MSRP for any vehicle is silly). I found Greenwood Chevrolet and noted that they had a Trail Boss in the color I wanted in transit. They went out of their way to contact the manufacturer to obtain the information on the packages included since that information wasnt yet available and we ended up agreeing the purchase price price over the phone and we drove down the same evening to sign the contract. Had to wait a couple days for the truck to arrive, but it actually arrived earlier than originally expected and the Greenwood team has been fantastic in every dealing weve had with them. We worked with Erick in sales and Gino in financing, both of whom were fantastic to work with. The GM stopped by twice to welcome us to the Trail Boss club, which was a lovely touch. Overall a fantastic 5 star experience. Would highly recommend this team and if we are in need of a Chevy again in the future, they will be our first stop.

Very satisfied with my experience. I picked up my son from school when my check engine light came on, we live all the way in Paicines, so I was hesitant to drive home. Went by Greenwood Chevrolet later in the afternoon, not sure if you all could help me. Carlos assured me that he would be able to fix my car, and got me a rental car in the meantime to make sure we got home safely. I think we were there at the most 20 minutes! My car was ready two days later. Wonderful experience! Wonderful staff! Thank you to Carlos for taking such great care of me and my family.

I researched the truck I wanted on Chevy.com (the site could really be more mobile friendly. I would R&D CarMax mobile experience. It’s vastly superior from a consumer perspective) I found the truck I wanted at the Holister dealership and they held it for me. The whole process was great. Everyone we worked with really cared about what they do and it shows. If you are looking for a dealership that is top of the line remodeled etc this is not the place. If you want a dealership that puts their money into the customer service, this is where you should always go. I would drive an hour and a half again to buy another vehicle from them.

Great place to pick up a Chevy! They have them a little less expensive then any San Jose dealers and their inventory is great. We found exactly what we wanted with very little hassel and we were out of there in just a few hours. Eric helped us and he was really friendly and not pushy at all.

Efficient quick service

After going around many dealerships Greenwood was the best as far as service and price! We bought a brand new red camaro for the lowest price in the US! The staff is professional and honest. I bought a Mercedes from them and I bought an expensive add on insurance, later to tell me their shop can’t touch the car. That they’re aren’t certified. (face palm). They are very slow at attending you after you purchased your vehicle already. Only wants to sell you the car and That’s it.

I needed a repair on my Chevy sonic which thank goodness was covered under factory warranty. They ordered my part and called me when it arrived to schedule installation. Found repair service staff friendly and my car was repaired quickly and they even had it washed. Great customer service I highly recommend for your car repairs.

Bought a car with them not too long ago and the sales man was not all that great. He wanted to make a quick sale without negotiating and got upset at times. Along with this he promised a clean car to drive off in and it did not happen. The sales man refused to get it washed making excuses about the daitailers at the place.

Should have come here first, Greg was very helpful, not pushy, straight shooter that took the time to answer questions and make my family feel comfortable.
