Purchased a used 2005 Dodge Durango from them in October with only 65k on it and a 5.7L hemi (score!). Not only was it a great experience, but the owner Mike took care to ensure everything on the vehicle was taken care of to pass inspection. Their service department took their time with it as I requested and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I gave it some time to post a review to be sure all of the issues were fully resolved and have been driving it since October. All of the OBD2 emissions readiness are in a pass state and the vehicle is in excellent condition and has already passed emissions in CT. Only thing I had to put into it personally was an O2 sensor which came up as a new issue after the 30 day warranty, to be expected on a 15 year old vehicle. Bring all our company vehicles here since we do service and constantly have damage in our vehicles.They have completely replaced a 2018 ford transit driver side door that was crushed by a deer. Did an amazing job on that. Considering it has tons of electrical controls involvedOne of our employees was cut off and ended up T boning a car. Smashed the entire front end and they did a fanominal job repairing that as well.In my personal vehicle I was backed into at the gym. The front bumper was scuffed. It’s Yukon Denali so there is sensors all over the bumper. Again they did an amazing job.Very down to earth and personable staff. Please use these guys you will not be let down!

It was an absolute pleasure to do business with Hometown Auto. My husband and I recently bought a used Jeep Wrangler from them. The selection and prices on the used Jeeps here were the best my husband and I could find any where. As with any used car, after we got it home, we ran in to a few small problems. One phone call to Joe and immediately and with out question the problems were fixed. The owner is honest, knowledgeable, considerate and very patient.
