Excellent and friendly service. Tina was very helpful in walking me through what was needed to replace the bumper on my Mini after it was damaged in a parking lot, and coordinated with my insurance company so there were no unpleasant surprises. Olivia got me scheduled soon after, and the repair was done fast and flawlessly. The team took great care to make sure the paint was perfectly blended, and even detailed the car so it truly looked good as new. Thanks to everyone at Herb Chambers!

The team at Herb Chambers Collision in Holliston do excellent work. Many so called body shops take shortcuts and use cheap materials, but not this shop. Tom, Tina, Ty and Olivia are an absolute asset to this company. They kept me up to date and went to bat for me against the insurance company. 10/10 would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a quality OEM-like repair!

I was involved in an accident with my new BMW i3, not major damage fortunately but still several parts in the bumper and fender area had to be replaced, including the wheel rim. The experience with Herb Chambers Collision Center of Holliston was top notch. All the staff members I interacted with were super professional, knowledgeable, and responded to my inquiries throughout the process courteously and without any delay. They did an extraordinary repair job, took care of the tiniest scratches by using all brand new parts, and the car is indeed just like new. Im very satisfied and highly recommend them.

I had a very bad experience with this center. I had Mercedez GL450 with side collision (57K looks brand new) and it can be easily repairable with bender fender fixes. I reported one side of the vehicle and these guys removed all sides of parts like tail lights front bumper which are not part of any repair. There was no communication and at the end the car is considered as total loss. I opted this center because of good reviews and after my personal experience i do NOT recommend this center. If i would had taken the car to the other small repair shop they would have done for 5K instead these guys gave a repair estimate of more than $30,000 for small bender fender issues. I leave their honesty up to them.

Let me begin by saying that I am very particular about my cars. Before I chose who to repair my car, I called around a few auto body shops. What sold me on using the Herb Chambers Collision Center in Holliston was the fact that they are a Porsche certified trained tech center. When I visited them, the head of operations Tom Lucas took me on a personal tour of their state of the art facility which was very impressive. The work they performed on my car was exceptional. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this facility. My car was in an accident right before Christmas and it was my first experience having to deal with insurance, rentals, body shop, etc. I was so nervous and upset but Jessica reassured me that no question was a dumb question and that I could call her any time (which I did). It was the holiday time and winter in New England so their schedule was very booked. They did their best to squeeze my car in - which they did - so I could get it back as soon as possible and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I honestly felt like Jessica and Shelly who was my client advisor were my friends which isnt something Ive ever heard anyone say about the people theyre working with when theyre in an accident. They even helped me get my insurance claims adjuster in there asap even though I could never get in touch with him. They helped with insurance, rental, everything!When I went to pick up the car even the location manager came up to introduce himself and talk about my car. It was such a pleasant experience.This is a true 5 star, high class facility and Im so glad I Brough my BMW here because I couldnt imagine going anywhere else. These guys are awesome. First of all, they did a great job fixing my 2016 Lamborghini and then an incredible job rebuilding my 2015 Maserati which probably should have been totaled. But today, my son and I picked up his 1967 Mustang and the body and paint work was amazing. We were just both blown away with how much effort they put into getting it perfect. Huge thumbs up to Frank and his crew. These guys are the best!!!

Great body shop with an awesome team. I brought my 2017 Honda Accord here after being involved in a pretty bad accident. Tina was my adviser and took the time to hear out all of my concerns and was reassuring every step of the way. It took about 3 weeks for my insurance finally total the car but Tina kept updating me regularly. She explained everything from how the appraisal process works, what the repairs would look like, and even to how to negotiate a payout amount with my insurance company by giving me credible sources to use to my advantage. They even hand delivered my license plate to my house. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience after going through a somewhat traumatic event.One week later, after purchasing a new 2018 Accord, I was back working with a Tina again. My new car came with a scratch on it, which Honda covered all costs to repair. Immediately after the manager told me they would be sending it to the Collision Center, I smiled and said I’d be happy to work with Tina. Just knowing it was being sent there made me feel good about it. The location of the small scratch wasn’t favorable so a lot of disassembly and painting had to happen, but they were able to repair it and send it back to Honda for pickup in 3 business days. Paint looks impeccable and they even buffed out a tiny dent I had on my bumper in addition to the scratch. Highly highly recommend!

I went in without an appointment and Greg was kind enough to help me out. He made the process seamless between the insurance, appraisal, and getting the job done quickly and flawless. What I thought was going to take a couple weeks, Greg was able to get it done in just 1. It was an excellent and stress free experience! My car looks better than new! This collision center is an IMPRESSIVE, STATE-OF-THE-ART facility ! Quality, workmanship, CUSTOMER SERVICE !! ...Tom Lucas and his entire team are the best in the business. Case Closed !! Honorable is the best word to describe this place....fyi I do color for a living and there is ZERO detection on any variance in color.....my Cayenne is Metallic midnight blue and is a hard color to match...in 10 million years can you ever detect anything.....the car came back to me in better condition than before the accident !! The detailing crew at the end is also 5 STARS !! Hopefully, I wont be back :-) but you never know !!

Went here to repair the rear bumper area of an 18 Q7 and chose this place based on their clientele. Professional and courteous throughout the process. There was however minor damage when I went to pickup the car on the bottom of the bumper but Eric rightfully took the correct measures to order a replacement and made it right. Regardless of the shop, customers should always do a thorough inspection before and after drop off of your vehicle to any shop for minor or major work. That said, completely satisfied with Herb Chambers @Holliston.

Excellent quality and service. I took my MB GL550 to Herb Chambers Collision Center Ashland in 4/13 and they did a great job. I spoke with Eddie A. the shop manager who wrote up the estimate and walked me through the process. He showed me the shop where they were working on a lot of other high-end cars. Everything was very transparent. I also spoke with two other people in the front office who handled my case. Everyone was very professional and respectful. The time estimate was right-on regarding when the truck would be ready. I didnt choose the rent a car path, so they drove me to and picked me up from my house, which was really great. I needed the truck back quickly because it has all the car seats for the kids and they really helped me out to fix the truck within the time estimate and still do a great job. The truck looks perfect regarding the quality of the work. Its June now and everything is as expected. I would highly recommend this shop and I would take my Mercedes back for any future work if needed or bring in my BMW M3.

I must say I am not used to such EXCELLENT service My only 5 month old car was in an accident and not drivable. Parts needed to be ordered from the UK and were delayed. I was without my car for 6 long weeks.Needless to say i received superb correspondence throughout the process. I found Jessica Lind went above and beyond to be a available for any and all of my concerns. She is a true professional and a rarity in my mind.Do not usually leave reviews but again it became a must given the attention I was given.By the way the car looks and drives great.Kudos to Jay in charge of repair process.Would highly ecommend them.

While I would like to say that the staff was very helpful... I would also need to advise anyone to be very very very patient. If you do go there and they say 3 weeks add 2 to it... And do not expect a call. Again staff is very helpful as long as you are constantly calling are requesting updates.

I was very pleased with this place. I have a busy schedule and after my wife hit the car, I only dropped it next day at the collision center and picked it up several weeks later, no pain. I did not have to deal with anything (rental, appraiser, etc.), all was set up by Dimitriy. He was incredibly amazing, he was sending me photos of my car during the repair process. Every email to him was promptly replied to me within 30 minutes. They also helped me with a rental car after my insurance stopped paying for that. I would recommend this place.

I brought my Mercedes to the Herb Chambers Collision center after being hit by a giant male buck on the way home from work. I must say that I had the GREATEST experience here. I am so grateful that I found this place. First of all, the place is immaculate, and state of the art. I have never seen a garge this clean. You could literally eat off of the floor. You can tell the staff really like working there. Every person I spoke to on the phone was so cheerful and upbeat. Any time I was waiting which was never long I was offered a beverage and there is an immaculate and comfortable area to sit. Even people I saw in passing (dropping the car off and waiting for the rental, or while waiting for them to bring my car back to me) were cheerful and said hello. I literally got a smile from every person I enountered . Tina handled my repair and took such great care of me. She pays such great attention to detail. After speaking to her I knew she was going to take great care of my car, and make sure that my repair was completed perfectly. She is super knowledgeable and knows the car inside and out. She called me multiple times to keep me aware of what was going on and they completed the work before the estimated completion date. The work was absolutely meticulous and incredible. When they pulled up in my car to give it to me I almost fell over. The car looked amazing. It looked like new. I cannot get over how beautiful the work was. This was my early Christmas gift getting my car back early and in amazing condition. It is NEVER great to have a deer mess up your car. But what IS GREAT is finding this place. I can trust them with my car. They gave me friendly service, took great care of me, communicated with me the whole time, and delivered a beautifully executed repair. We have had a couple of bad times with body shops, including at a Saab dealer where the paint on a new hood flaked off in spots after a year. In contrast, our experience at the Chambers shop in Ashland was smooth and exactly right. The hard to do right metallic red paint matches perfectly. Nice people. Good to find a place that does quality work!

I brought my car in with a ton of bad scratches after a tree branch fell in front of me while I was driving. It scratched the front, roof, side, and rear windshield of my car. The appraiser suggested getting the car detailed. This was the best $125 I have spent! The car came out looking almost like new. I was ecstatic with the results and I would highly recommend the detailing service.

I have been a long term customer of this body shop, and have taken my cars there on too many occasions over the past fifteen years. There is a reason I keep back – they’re great. Most recently, I was smashed into by a woman backing her car up in a parking lot, completely crumpling the passenger side of my car. I feared that my carefully cared for Volvo S80 would be declared a wreck. Instead, not only was it repaired, but it came back looking as though I had just driven it out of the showroom when new. The entire gang went above and beyond, and the attention to detail was superlative.The wonderful treatment for me begins when I arrive. For years, I have been met by Kevin Ripley, who is kind, reassuring, and a master of making sure that the work gets done and everyone stays in communication. For little dings that I have repaired at my own expense, he is wonderful at ensuring the right level of repair for the right price. When I have had the misfortune of being hit and having more major damage, I know that I can just drop off the car and be delighted when I pick it up from him.The repair work itself is wonderful, both the body work and the paint/finish work. Many times I have found little things that were also damaged fixed along the way. In addition, the entire car is returned fully cleaned and polished, inside and out. In the rare occasion where a minor tweak needs to be done when I pick it up, it has always been something easily adjusted. They stand behind their work and want it to be done right and the customer happy.First class group of folks doing first class work. There is no place else I would take my high end car.

I had to get my bumper fixed recently and had to pay for a rental car out of my pocket since my car was hit while in a parking lot. Greg Lynch was amazing. He had helped me before on a minor touch-up and got it done so fast. This time involved more work and I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and had it back by end of day on that Friday AND he had to deal with insurance adjuster as well which caused delays. He really came through and made my day and weekend. My car looks amazing! I am very happy with the results and customer service. Strongly recommend if you value your car and want it repaired right.

I brought my 2015 Nissan Rogue to the Herb Chambers Collision Center after an accident that required my front quarter panel and bumper be replaced. I worked with Dmitriy, and he made everything incredibly easy - he walked me through the work, explained my options, and worked with the insurance company to get original parts/etc. Not only that, I really appreciated the updates (with photos) that he shared with me - they truly go above and beyond to ensure a great customer service experience. Dmitriy and his team were even gracious enough to wait for me when I was a few minutes past closing on a Friday evening to pick up my car. This was the first time I have ever had to get serious work done on a car, and I was definitely a little nervous about having to trust someone to do the work and do it well, but they did a fantastic job. I went in with a brand new car that I just purchased from Herb Chambers that, unfortunately, had gotten hit by a shopping cart. I figured this was an easy enough fix since it was just cosmetic and didnt require major body work. The appraiser, Greg Lynch, came out to look at the vehicle and then we went back into the waiting area. I asked how long he thought this repair would take and he said a week! I was shocked since Ive had far more sigificant work done at other shops in less time. He elaborated and said, well, we dont really know how long it will take, but I like to tell you a week so I can LOOK LIKE A HERO when its done sooner. Are you kidding me? Could you respect your customers time any less? Terrible.After that I knew I would not be using their services, but we continued the conversation. He said he could write up a quote for the repair now or email it to me in about an hour. I said email was just fine since I did need to get into work. A week later, Im still waiting on that quote. Thanks Greg.I ended up going to another shop and and the repair was done in under 3 days with excellent service. This business should not carry the Herb Chamber name...its an embarrassment to the brand. Avoid!

Terrible experience. it took forever to get my car finished to start. two years later, the quality of workmanship is showing. driver door not properly sealed and leaks water. noticeable dust particles in paint job. clear coat already coming off. all very rushed and sloppy. i am extremely disappointed as the only reason i brought my vehicle here was become it was BMW certified.EDIT/RESPONSE: Emailed you. Have yet to hear back. Good job of trying to save face though on the internet.

Fantastic experience! The front end of my car was absolutely destroyed and the Ashland collision center got it back to perfect condition. They kept me very updated with everything, and made absolutely sure I was satisfied with the experience once I received delivery. They kind of just handled it. It seems strange to say, but I was not troubled in the least bit, and they just took care of it. Even something simple like leaving my rental in their lot: they coordinated with Enterprise, and I just dropped it and was on my way.Very professional team hear, and if I ever am involved in another collision, I would not hesitate to use this group again.

This absolutely the worst experience Ive had with a body shop. They had my ML350 for a month and a half and the repairs are horrible. It was front end damage. They called saying its ready but the paint had bubbles, major gaps, lights dont work. Twice I go to pick it up and there were major flaws. No one checks the work. Just now I am looking at the car and they screwed on the license plate bracket in the wrong spot on the bumper, covering air ducts. Please do not take your car there. They should not be certified in anyway. Herb Chambers should be ashamed.

I have had my suv serviced here at Holliston 2 x this year. First time bike ran into the back. Recently my son was driving and hit a deer. BOTH times I was very happy with their work. It looked brand new. Just recently I picked it up about a week ago. I did realize I lost a few components, for example the cruise control. I called Dmitriy. As always he was right on top of it I had me bring the car back and he brought it to the dealership and took care of it under warranty I picked it up yesterday and it’s like a brand new car I would highly recommend this collision center and more importantly recommend Dmitriy

I recently brought my Mercedes CL550 to Herb Chamber Collision to repair a dent in a rear quarter panel. They did an excellent job. The repair involved removal of the damaged quarter panel (which extends over the door) and rear bumper, repairing and painting the damaged quarter panel and reassembling the removed panels. The color matched perfectly and the parts were properly aligned. The car was returned to me spotless, both inside and out. My service advisor was Dimitry. He was terrific.The facility is huge but immaculate, filled with the highest quality repair equipment. The facility is certified by many high end car companies (Mercedes, BMW, Jaguar, Audi, Rolls Royce, Range Rover, Bentley,...). That means that the facility uses high quality (and very expensive) repair equipment, employs highly trained technicians and that their work is audited by an outside party. The facility staff are all knowledgable, professional, courteous and perform at a high level.The quality of their work at this facility is the highest Ive encountered in New England. Ive had cars repaired here several times. Sad story BUT with a very happy ending.We had some communications with the new center manager Tom Lucas.Who after investigating shared with us that the service team in their zealous for perfection had seen some very minor damage in the rear quarter panel. Feeling it might have been possibly from the incident theyhad it repaired and had my insurance carrier agree to pay for it.We came to an agreement and feel more confident knowing Tomhas recently taken over the facility management wise.Two vehicles we own had a minor fender bender. The first an SUV had damage to the left front quarter and driver door. The center repaired the damage repeatedly going back the adjuster for increases. At the end of the repair they contacted my wife and said damage was done to the left rear quarter panel above the height where the car could possibly have hit it. When we looked at the pictures taken of the vehicle, including the pictures the center took when the car was dropped off, there was no damage.When the center called back asking for an adjustment my wife questioned the issue bemail and was called and told a story where the damage occurred at the site and they would just have the insurance pay for it.It was not made clear to me at the time the full story. The appraiser questioned this as well hang found no damage from their repeated vehicle inspectionsI had my car repaired at the center, repeated delays, refusal to give final pricing and a time th vehicle would be done. Further additional amendments to the original estimate occurred above the norm and recommendations for work the appraiser indicated was not needed. When I finally got my car I mentioned to the staff how un happy I was with the experience. I was informed an additional assessment add on was doing and they would be getting the check directly.My insurance company then sent me the check which I am holding to till the un needed repairs on the first vehicle are properly paid for.I have had repeated emails and calls with a new site supervisor who seems unable to understand the situation or to fair resolve this issue.Please be warned.

I purchase my Mercedes from Commonwealth Auto Sales 639 Rogers St in Lowell and a year after I got rear ended. The people from Herb Chambers Collision Center from the entrance of their offices to the end results are the nicest and most professional people Ive seen. The service was superb, and the quality of the job mouth dropping. All parts only original and the paint job I have to say is even better than factory. My Mercedes Benz was delivered to my office when ready, and the car was detailed. Indeed, this is a true luxury car service center, do not go anywhere else. I was concerned that my 2 week old car would never be the same but I had heard good things about HC Collision in Ashland. They did not disappoint. The repaired area was perfect. There were some minor issues at pick up and these were tended to quickly and professionally. Both Dmitriy and Frank along with their team are very good at what they do and I would highly recommend them and their teams work. They made dealing with the insurance company and rental company seamless and stress free. The office staff was always helpful and efficient. Well Done Everyone and Thank you!!

Excellent service and high quality job at the Holliston collision center. This review is for Dmitriy and his team, they are very professional, knowledgeable and thoughtful. They listen to your concerns and are flexible to get the best results. They deal with insurance company directly and the entire process is very transparent. My brand new 2019 CLS AMG (2 week old!) was rear ended....... but when I picked up my car at the collision center, it looked like as in MB show room again! Thank you Dmiytry and your team.

Paul Bourque went out of his way to contact after my Mattew Killian service advisor(Mercedes-Benz of Natick) already set up the appointment with me. Paul told me I would get my car with in two 2 days and that the car would be stored inside the shop. Paul made me feel very comfortable. Paul is a big car guy as well. They had the shop foreman work on my car. The car came out amazing and Paul kept his word. The customer service was great. Thank you Paul.

I’ll start by saying that I’m not sure how there are any less than perfect reviews for the Herb Chambers Collision Center in Ashland. When my Audi was hit by another car, I immediately panicked because it was a lease from Ohio, and I had no idea what certified body shops were around that could be trusted. After some research, I settled on Herb Chambers. Beyond the repairs that they made on my car, they worked hand in hand with my insurance company to show them issues that were not initially found by the adjuster. Erick was fantastic and even pushed back a number of times when they wanted to put non OEM parts on my car. For anyone that has been in an accident, you are aware of the pain that many insurance companies can be and how hard it is to get your vehicle taken care of correctly. Erick went to bat for me from day one and made sure that my car was taken care of. Jill was also extremely helpful arranging a tow delivery and keeping me updated on the progress of my car. I hope that I do not have another incident with my car, but if I do I know exactly where I will be taking it.

We dropped our car for body work in mid December - we were told the car will be ready by December 24th. We never heard back from the auto shop about any new information or approval that may have been needed from the insurance company. When I called them today- on Jan 3rd- a very unhelpful Jill Hall answered the phone and the work on our car has not even started. I would never use this place again. It would have been professional for the body shop to contact us and let us know if things were not progressing as predicted. In fact Jill Hall had the audacity to say we shoukd have called to check on the progress- even though there was no communication from them via phone or email. We were expecting to pick up our car today but now not only do we not have the car back but there is no way up even know when it will be ready.

I bought my car here for repair 3 week ago. It took 2 weeks to get my car back from the shop and when i got it back i notice that there was additional damage to my car. I woul like to point out that the manager should have their repair guys to double check their work and report any additional damages that have occurs so these kind of problems dont happen again.

Within the last 6 months I have had two experiences with Herb Chambers Collision Center- Ashland. The first time was my Mercedes AMG- vandalism in February. The second wa a deer strike to my Lexus 2 weeks ago. These experiences are stressful to say the least. Everyone I dealt with, from Shelly, to Ed- Body Shop Manager, to Greg- Production Manager, to Jason- Service Director provided the highest quality service.I am a perfectionist. Ed walked me through the whole procedure for each vehicle, from adjuster to updates.The Center is definitely committed to customer satisfaction. Any issue or questions were addressed immediately. When you are on hold Herb Chambers voice over comes on and you hear the Collision Center has the best technicans, the best state of the art facility, and that your vehicle will be as good as new. From my experience it is not hype. The Center stands behind all repairs as long as you own the car(s). I received my Lexus back 3 days ago. As with my Mercedes, it looks perfect and runs great.

I brought my car there after this place was recommended by my cars dealership. I also read some reviews but had hard time believeing the negative stories. Boy was I wrong! First they said the car will be done within 2 weeks or so. Then 3 weeks later they said it will be done by the end of the week. Same story 4th week and 5th week. Finally I got the car back thinking (or deluding myself) that high quality work takes time. The car that is only couple years old and has never had a single problem was returned to me with check engine light which I was told it came up because the engine needed maintenance. After checking with local mechanic I was told it was on due to other reasons (electrical/computer) that were most likely caused by repairs they did. Trip back to them resulted in them telling me that the light just disappeared on its own right after I left. One week later car wont even start up. Battery was brand new replaced last month! I will never ever use this place again and would not recommend it to anyone. Youve been warned!

I was rear ended and had called HC BMW in Sudbury and they referred me over to the Collision center. The office staff was helpful and friendly and answered all of my questions. Dmitriy worked on my car and he was absolutely fantastic. My insurance company only wanted to repair my bumper so he fought with them to pay for replacing it. He also helped fix a rust spot for a very reasonable cost. He was fast, kept me informed of every step and was very friendly. When I picked my car up it was buffed and the interior was detailed. I highly recommend this center and Dmitriy for any body work needed, I am extremely happy with the end result.

Took over 50+ days for my vehicle to be returned. Apparently no one knew it got dropped off even though my insurance company amde the arrangements while I waited on the line. It sat-lost of their lot for 15 days according to Herb Chambers...even though I confirmed it had been dropped off. My insurance and HC can fight over whos fault that is...all I know it was not mine. I followed up as told and did what I was told by both and responded within 24 hours of any contact...I cant say the same was done for me.Once it was found (took them another 2 days to return my call-I had no idea why they were calling me to begin with if it wasnt done) and being worked on...I was told hopefully by 8/2/13 it would be done. That gave them about 10 more days. This was after telling me it was going to be totalled and I spent the next few hours looking for replacement vehicles. I never heard back from anyone...finally they called and said they were going to fix it. They were pretty sure they could do the 8/2/13 date since it was pretty slow right now. I guess that is why a 2010 vehicle with almost $10k worth of damage was not totalled...they must have needed a little more revanue. The second came and went...and when I called I was asked what was the new completion date I was asked what was the rush. The rush was the rental was now coming out of my pocket...I was not at fault and shouldnt have any out of pocket expense.Then I was told the following Friday...nothing...no word...no follow up...nothing. By this point I didnt even care anymore other than I am paying for a vehicle I cant drive...cant ever trade in due to the amount of damage done. etc etc etc...FINALLY after sending a lovely message of total disgust I find out it was finished...I also have asked the manager to call me...email me...tellagram....anything...never does.About 10 later after getting my vehicle, I hear aweful noises...turns out I need breaks. I take it to the break people and they asked if the vehicle had been sitting idle for a while. I said yes...it was hit on 6/22/13...I got it back 8/20/13.Turns out the pads and rotors had fuzed together and were a total loss. I know the breaks needed to be done soon...but I was not prepared for that expense on top of the other expenses I was given while still waiting to be refunded by other insurance companies.The sum up-Stay on top of these guys...dont take them for their word...you do all your own follow up and make sure things are as they should be.Also, if anyone ever wants to finally send the receipt for work done...that would be great.They did a few little things to help us out here and there...and admitted they had the vehicle for far too long.

Took my car in for repair, waited for almost 2 months to get the car back. Absolutely terrible communication, told the technician to install OEM bumper but instead got the aftermarket part installed.After the job was finished, I found out that my passenger side door panel was missing a courtesy light, reached out and still hasnt reached a resolution after 4 months. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!
