Terrible customer service in the pharmacy. Rude and I won’t be going back there. Plus I overheard the employees talking about how they hated their job there. Something’s gotta change!

The Pharmacy Techs are very friendly and helpful. They always greet us with a smile and answer any questions we have. The Pharmacists are also very helpful and knowledgeable. They are busy so they may not chit chat a ton with you but they are professional and kind. I have seen customers be extremely rude to the staff here over insurance concerns, etc. I think people need to distinguish between insurance, doctors offices, and what CVS staff can do and be more respectful to the staff.They would get 5 stars but there is sometimes a wait to get medication ordered, due to the small size of the Pharmacy I understand they can only have so much on hand.

I just watch the rudeness of the pharmacy staff in awe. I cant believe the behavior I witness. Complaining about a customers in front of a line of people after they leave. Eye rolling. MOST of the pharmacy staff is simply indifferent and defensive. I wanted to have a conversation about a medication. I got yelled at. Rarely do I call a headquarters. I did for Holliston CVS.

I can look past the run down building inside and out.I cant look past the pharmacy. I have a raging migraine as I type this. I just need to refill my triptan prescription and I can be out of pain in about 40 minutes. But its going to take THREE HOURS. They cant just help someone whos in real pain and standing in front of them? I know it doesnt take 3 hours to verify my insurance.

If you like to be greeted with a smile and appreciate good customer service I would advise you to find a different pharmacy! The pharmacy techs and pharmacists are miserable and rude. CVS should really invest in some training for this location. Literally, do not to here unless you enjoy being treated like scum!

Everytime I have a prescription called in, they never seem to have it. Multiple times, all different prescriptions. I either am told it wont come in for a few days (often that doesnt work when you need it that day) or I have to tell them to send it to a CVS pharmacy who has it. If I didnt live so close, Id def have my prescriptions filled elsewhere.

Ive been giving this pharmacy the benefit of the doubt for quite a while. Most people who work at the pharmacy are very short and extremely rude, to the point of amazenent. This is the third time Ive spoken to them and thought to myself, Wow. On top of that, their customer service is not the best.

This place is aweful! Very slow, not friendly or helpful. Every time I get a prescription here I wonder why I didnt go elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. Dont get me wrong, there are a couple awesome people there but they are severely outnumbered. Choose another location.

Every time I go to this location, one or more of my prescriptions has not been filled, and everyone is downright disrespectful and rude. What happened to the service industry, where do pharmacists get off talking back to patients? If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. Ill never be giving this place my business ever again.

So many things wrong with this store. I waited several minutes for a manager because a clerk didnt know how to do their job.

Staff is friendly, but at 9:20 the pharmacy wasnt open as advertised.
